    Hands down 🙏the doctors is the best in key west he is amazing, he knows exactly what to do professionally and also with care about his patients.. I can’t wait to do more treatments for my face , I love it it’s literally the best best in key wet I went to so many others and just didn’t feel that they wore enough knowing , facials lasers botox needs to be done with a real doctor not a nurse to my opinion !!!!!!

    Had 2 massages with Sam and the facility and service was great. Booking was easy and flexible when I needed to change, welcoming and relaxing entry area and facility. Sam listed to my specific needs as Ive gotten many sports massages in the past, and followed what I asked perfectly. Post massage chocolate and water was also welcome!Reasonable prices, great service. Totally happy client!

    The best Med Spa in Key West—and the only place in town offering Fotona 4D Laser, which is life changing! Dr. C, his family, and staff, are so professional and so kind, they make you feel comfortable and right at home. And who doesn’t want to relax with a mimosa in the luxurious Lido Lounge?😊🥂They also offer monthly specials on FB, and have a very detailed webpage. I highly recommend Key West Med Spa!!!

    I had such a wonderful experience at this new & upcoming med spa. I had previously gotten filler a handful of times in my lips and Dr.C sat me down and corrected unevenness and wrinkles. He sat me down and examined my smile and went to the extent of making sure we were doing what was right for me. I was greeted by the wonderful Marquesa working the front desk, and could see her smile all the way behind her mask. Wonderful staff wonderful experience. Give Dr.C your time. It’s worth it.

    Amazing experience! Carlos and Marquesa were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. I did laser hair removal and Carlos was patient and explained everything thoroughly. The experience was painless and I love the result! Highly recommend! They offer other services, and I would only go to them for key west!

    Dr. Carlos and his staff is incredible!! I was extremly nervous given my health condition and medications. I appreciate a person who takes the time to ensure there arent any complications. they knew I was nervous and never made me feel pressured or rushed i never thought i would be able to use these services with my health and they made it possible! looking forward to my next session.

    The staff at Key West Med Spa is unbelievable! Everyone is so welcoming, professional, and kind. Dr Carlos Cespedes explained me everything, I was amazingly comfortable with the procedure. I loved my facial laser treatment. This is my first time, and I got many compliments about my skin. Can’t wait until my next appointment. To me what made this place a 5 STARS was the educational part, Carlos explain me very well, this does that, that does this. Knowing more about my skin today, it will help me in the future to fight against those fine lines. I will highly recommend this spa. Gracias Carlos! Excelente trabajo...

    I love how honest the doctor is, he wont sell me services I dont need ,even if I want it .. I referred a friend without sharing that detail and she told me the same thing- he wouldnt sell her a service she asked for because it wasnt for her needs.. besides that, my results have ALWAYS been great

    My Cryo-Facial was so soothing, relaxing, and refreshing. A must have for the upcoming summer season. I tried laser hair removal for the first time. I was hesitant at first but my nerves were quickly put at ease with the professionalism of Dr Cespedes. I will definitely be back soon for more treatments!!! Thank You Key West Med Spa.

    Dr. C is what we have all been waiting for!!!! I thought I was going to have to go back to San Francisco to my doc there…. But this one is the real deal! He is a laser specialist and the Fontana 4 D laser is far superior to other methods in my educated opinion! He is an artist with fillers and well ladies and gentlemen Botox is only needed in you wee problem areas.. He is magic and he is on our island!!!! BTW I’m not getting paid for this comment just want to celebrate what we now have in KW

    I am very please with Key West Med Spa on Green Street.Dr. Cespedes has a very calming presence and always asked if I was comfortable. The results are amazing for the Fontana 4 D laser. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I will be back.

    I can’t say enough good things about my experience and RESULTS! Dr. Cespedes is very professional and a true perfectionist. He takes his time, no rushing and explains as he goes as needed. The Fotona laser is state of the art- do your research! No more old fraxel type lasers.

    I had botox for my forehead and, rather than fillers, Dr. C recommended botox for a lip flip which turned out great. I highly recommend this doctor. He is experienced, professional, friendly, patient and has a good eye to see what is needed. His staff are very nice and I felt I was in good hands.
