    My wife and I went here while on vacation. We both absolutely loved the experience. Professional, friendly staff, lovely environment. We had coffee scrubs followed by massages and both were fabulous. I canā€™t say enough of how wonderful my masseuse, Petra, was. She did a great job working out the knots in my shoulders. I felt so much better leaving. Highly recommend

    I scheduled a bridal hair and makeup appointment with Renee. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was kind and welcoming. Renee listened to what I wanted and made my dreams come true with a beach half up hair style and beautiful makeup. She paid close attention to detail, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and was very efficient. Even with a very rainy day, my hair and makeup held up remarkably well. If youre getting married in key west, I would 100% recommend Renee for your hair and makeup needs.

    I got a hair wash and blow dry with Erica and it was amazing! The product she used with the tea tree conditioner is a must try as my scalp felt clean and refreshed. I had the ā€œmy scalp had a mintā€ feeling and Ericaā€™s hand felt magical. Highly recommend if youā€™re in town!

    I am so pleased with the result of this afternoons appointment with Erica. I truthfully cant believe how amazing my hair looks!! The cut is exactly what I wanted and the colour is Incredible. Erica did everything possible to make me a satisfied client and I am!!Thank you to everyone who made my visit such a pleasant one.

    My husband and I went for a couples massage and my husband received his massage from Jane. She was absolutely fantastic!! She is very knowledgeable, hit all of his pain points and really cares about the client. She continually checked to ensure the pressure was appropriate. Highly recommend her!!

    I had the Body Melt Back Therapy massage with Mark and it was great! He was very attentive to my specific concerns and hed clearly read the notes I left when I booked my appointment, which I really appreciate. I had a sunburn and he was careful to make sure the massage was comfortable for me. This was 100% the best massage Ive ever had. Highly recommend!

    Booked a couplesā€™ massage with the wife while on vacation - we found this spa through reviews and we were NOT disappointed! Eileen and Michelle were absolutely fantastic - the perfect balance between clinical and personal. As a dude, Iā€™ve only had a few massages in my life, but Eileenā€™s was the best so farā€¦really setting a high bar!Also, and this is unique in Key West, the parking was convenient, right behind the business. 5 stars, highly recommend.

    Im a little torn for this. The hostess was very friendly. My wife had her hair done and loved it! Would definitely return.However we did a couples massage and were split. My wife really enjoyed hers and would go back. Mine was less than great. My lady seemed like she was too busy to do my massage, zero connection, zero feeling. I wouldnt return.

    My husband and I had Aileen and Petra for 90 minute deep tissue massages. I had Aileen and she was a true gem of a person and gave a REAL deep tissue massage. My husband had Petra and said she also did an excellent job. Will definitely be back!

    Renee did a beautiful updo for my daughterā€™s 16th birthday dinner!! It was a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend Renee and Ocean Wellness Spa and Salon enough!We went back the next day for reflexology. Michelle was terrific!! Best thing for our feet and bodies after a busy Key West vacation!! I hope to visit again.

    Ocean Wellness Spa was wonderful! If you are looking for a walk-in spa that is friendly, clean and professional... they are great. We walked there from our hotel (Santa Maria Suites) in 10 min. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and our massage appointments were on time. My husband and I had 90 minute massages and they were both FABULOUS!! We are picky about massages and we were both so happy. The therapists were friendly, knowledgeable and very good at customizing to our preferences. We booked online and that worked great too... they called to confirm the day before.

    Nice little day spa in downtown. My wife and I went in for a couples massage. They were attentive and experienced and we left happy. We had a phone call to do prior to our appointment and they let us use their outdoor orchid garden so we could do it in privacy. Super grateful. Thank you!

The lady checking us in was great, friendly, and offered perfect service. The massage therapists were great!     Andrew is an amazing massage therapist. I went in thinking I had thrown my back out that wasnā€™t healing after a week and a Toradol shot for inflammation and pain. He listened, found the problem in my lower back and the next evening I could tell my back was finally healing. Thank you, Andrew!!! You are awesome!

    Piera Bastidas gave a wonderful massage - probably my best massage ever. I was suffering from some knee pain and she took care of that as well. I loved the atmosphere and the beds were so comfortable. Definitely recommend Ocean Wellness.

    We just had a couples massage here and it was AMAZING!!!! The best of my life. My husband is a new man. Lisa and Hillary were incredible. Kind, asked the right questions ahead of time, gave us our space and time, while meeting us at the end with great suggestions. Highly recommend this spot and them! We will be back.

    Just left my deep tissue appointment with Crystal and I couldnā€™t be more pleased with my experience. Crystal took the time to listen to my concerns and fine tuned my massage to what my body needed. I feel rejuvenated and centered. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. We left relaxed and pampered! Highly recommend for a romantic touch to your vacation or just a solo pampering experience during your trip :)

    I felt so relaxed from the time I walked in the door. I was there for a haircut and color. Amanda Lewis did a great job with my haircut and the color, as well! She is a master stylist, and knows her profession! The receptionists were so sweet, and fit me into their busy schedule! I noticed everyone treated clients special.     I just moved to Key West and I am so happy that I found a place to call home for my Brazilian waxes. Ive been getting waxed regularly for years across several different states (military) and this is by far the best experience Ive ever had. By far the least amount of pain Ive ever experienced and just an overall great job! Elena is wonderful! I highly recommend Ocean Wellness for a Brazilian wax. I even received a hair consult as I am looking for a textured hair stylist and I really appreciate how welcome the stylists made me feel and her honesty with what shes comfortable doing and not so much doing.     My Mama and I came down to Key West to visit for a few days and were treated to a girls spa day which included a massage from Marc. I cannot rave about him enough! It was absolutely incredible. I also got a pedicure from Michelle that was amazing. The staff makes you feel like family and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. I would rate 100 stars if it were an option! Will definitely be back next time we are in town.

    I had a 90 min Swedish Massage by Scott Shambaugh and oh btw i am an out of towner!! I have never ever had a massage quite like this it was amazing i have had many many massages over my lifetime and this by far was the greatest ever.. i told my husband it was so good i want to come back to Key West just to go here!! My family travels in December every year bc it is less busy for us we have been to different locations in Mexico and different islands in Hawaii and i always try to visit the Spa at every location and just by chance i was referred to this spot by the spa at the resort i am staying and i could not be happier with this referral!! Beyond happy with the decision to go here not just a bad back rub which you get from other resorts this place is the real deal wish i lived in the area would go here monthly for sure!! Thanks Scott you are amazing!!!

    My wife and I both had Deep Tissue massages here, which were great. Our masseuses knew right where the trouble spots were without being told and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The price is cheaper than the typical spa massage you may find here in Key West and better in our opinion. We will definitely come back!

    Beautiful spa, exceptionally clean and professional. Diane combined the perfect balance of a little friendly inquiry to both set me at ease and attend to problem areas, my shoulder and hip. She was very knowledgeable, used perfect pressure and the products were very effective! I had the Alpine Arnica Deep Tissue Massage with Diane, which was absolutely amazing and one of the best pain relieving massages Ive every had! My only regret? I didnt have time to book a 2nd one.

    My husband and I were in Key West for our honeymoon and after a long and stressful year of planning, I thought we both needed a relaxing massage. I searched a few kind of last minute and was excited to see Ocean Wellness had both good reviews and availability. We were not disappointed! We did intake paperwork to alert them of any areas of concern or injuries, and promptly were introduced to the massage therapists. Again, they made sure to ask about our pressure comfort levels and any particular areas of focus or concern. Both my husband and I agreed that this massage was absolutely fantastic and just what we needed. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and even got some recommendations for where to go for dinner. It was the perfect start to our week and I thank Ocean Wellness for helping us get right into vacation mode!

    I am so happy with my massage from Aileen!This was my first time coming to ocean wellness , and I legit called 4 friends after and told them that I found the best massage therapist of my LIFE. Honestly I get massages at minimum once a month , and after covid hit in 2020 my previous therapist moved away and I havenā€™t found anyone I liked since .and now I found someone BETTER. It was the perfect amount of pressure .. I feel like she was incredibly intuitive , and naturally found any problem areas with my body and worked on it . 10/10 recommend . Thanks SO much Aileen. You the bomb. Iā€™ll be back.As for the business itself , totally professional from the time I called and made the appointment , down to check in and check out .

Finally getting around to utilizing my gift certificate. I was greeted by Richard, LMT for 60 minutes. I went in with much stress, left feeling amazing. I could not shut-up about how fantastic I felt and this followed days afterwards.My next stop was with Dr. Wischmeyer for a 60 minute facial, her relaxed demeanor, knowledge of the products and explanation of each treatment was enjoyable and my skin felt amazing for days.As a local, supporting businesses is a priority to me. Im grateful for these services offered and I would recommend to anyone who lives in the keys and or is visiting the area. Well worth your time and money. Self-care is priceless, wait no more!

    10 months ago while my husband and I were on an epic road trip, I got an appointment with Amanda Lewis. I was two months out from my last at home (CA) haircut and color at my local Aveda salon. The cut and color was perhaps the finest Ive ever had. Amanda corrected some color, wrote down the directions for replicating what she had done, and gave me a haircut that still looked great another two months later. What a wonderful experience. And Im still missing the experience almost a year later. Id import her if I could. Thank you Amanda!

She was friendly, had a good touch, and provided a great experience at this spa. If I lived locally I would be a regular of this technician, but I was in town vacationing.     First and foremost, this facility was very accommodating and professional! This was the day of the local parade for FanFest and they were able to fit my wife and I in for a couples massage! The facility was clean, orderly and I felt myself began to relax as soon as I walked in the doors. My therapist was Richard and my wife had Jocelyn. It is worth saying that we both have had many professional massages in the past but none were as amazing as the ones we received that night!!! The best massages ever hands down! Both were very attentive to our particular aches & pains. I was in a bad accident years ago and have debilitating leg/foot pain. The day of our massages I was having a rough pain day. Richard took the time and worked on my leg/foot and I felt amazing for the next couple days!!! šŸ™šŸ»So very thankful for his healing hands. He is a natural healer & this was the best money we spent on the trip to pamper ourselvesā¤ļø I would highly highly recommend either therapist for a massage and I would recommend this business hands down if you want an amazing, attentive & professional massage!

I was gifted a spa package for my birthday and WOW, such a great gift!!I had the best massage in my entire life by Piera, who also performed reflexology on my feet and gua sha on my wristsā€¦what a talented therapist! Such fabulous energy! This was followed by an amazing full body scrub and shower, with balm application afterwards by an amazing esthetician - Becky (I think) and it was the perfect service to compliment post massage for me! These ladies are FANTASTIC! Everyone at the spa was warm and welcoming.I apologize if the names are slightly wrong or misspelled. I was in la-la land when I left.I was able to purchase some Aveda products right there in the spa to take home. DEFINITELY will be back. Thank you so much for making my birthday special!

    My haircut with Toby was my first experience at Ocean Wellness Spa and Salon. The salon is beautiful and the staff very friendly and welcoming.     A phenomenal experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I tried a custom Swedish massage therapy, menā€™s facial treatment, key lime scalp treatment, and peppermint foot treatment.I was looking for a safe way to treat myself to a therapeutic massage and facial skincare. I was a little sunburnt, and I had a minor surgery a couple of months ago. I needed to trust that my professional would be VERY safe with COVID precautions, but also highly skilled to avoid some painful areas. This place hit every mark - from masks and gloves, sanitizer stations, thorough hand washing in your treatment room before any touch points, and reminders of safe procedures as they go. You can tell they are well trained and careful. My therapist was careful to ask what I want to focus on and where I need to be cautious.Overall the lotions and oils used were extremely high quality (some retail for $125+), all organic plant-based (minus 1 necessary antioxidant on-request), and you get to see the products your pro used in case you have questions or want one for yourself.Overall I left feeling very taken care of, my safety well-respected, and my body refreshed and relaxed head-to-toe.     Simply amazing! 1st walked in and was warmly greeted by Gizzy and Ariella. Waiting area is plush, clean and relaxing. Because of a medical condition I have always found massages to be painful. This is the 1st time Ive ever enjoyed a massage! Aileen is simply magic. Due to a best friend who is obsessed with massages. Ive had a lot of body scrubs in a lot of spas, in a lot of countries. Aileen is the most professional I have ever encountered. I also had a facial by Becky. I have incredibly sensitive skin. But I wanted the full benefits of the facial and told Becky I had nowhere to be that day to do her worst. Ive left facials in other places very red and blotchy. I walked out of there glowing and exfoliated and fabulous! They also have the most comfortable beds/tables. Overall exceptional. They have a small parking lot in the back.     They are several massage and spa businesses in the KeyWest area specifically around Duval St- so it was bit challenging deciding who I wanted to invest my money and time in. I came across Ocean Wellness online and was met with a bright attitude willing to answer all my questions, while on the phone. Upon arrival, I was again greeted by a young lady with a great attitude and so accommodating. I got the package for facial and full body massage. Totally worth it. My facial tech was fully involved into my skin care and personalized my visit. (I think her name was Amille). It was so relaxing, I fell asleep several times throughout the massage. We both laughed about it! She stated, ā€œNo worries, I take that as a complimentā€. I then realized how good she was- Iā€™ve never been more relaxed before. I then moved on to my massage. Before moving to the next room, I was given a comfortable robe and slippers. Felt like a šŸ‘‘. My massage tech was great as well. We talked about what I needed and wanted- she exceeded my expectations. The room was very tranquil and relaxing. The body oils were settle and smelt amazing. Of course, I fell asleep throughout the massage as well.My experience was so amazing, I brought my friend the next day. They also have some nice natural products. Scale of the 1-10. 100! Lol

    Ocean Wellness spa was a great experience. My wife and I had Kristal and Hillary, both very well trained therapists. I had mentioned to Kristal before starting that my lower back was tight as well as my shoulder, not only did she pay more attention to these areas she also moved my body in such a way that REALLY loosened up those areas making me so relaxed that I fell asleep! (sorry Kristal lol). I would highly recommend this spa to anyone in Key West and will definitely be going back next year for round two, thanks so much!

    Ocean Wellness Spa & Salon is great. I went there with my girlfriends when I was vacationing in Key West Florida. I had a mani-pedi with Michelle. They have a great variety of colors for the nail polish, as well as packages. Michelle was very nice and did an amazing job on my nails. The salon itself is really cute, neat and has a good ambiance, very relaxing. I left the place with an amazing looking manicure-pedicure, which lasted long and looks great in the pictures.     I seriously made my appointment online at 9:30 the night before. I took a chance that there would be 1 spot in the morning with my name on it given the COVID restrictions in place. There was! I found her business card on my desk from a previous visit months, almost a year, earlier and went to see Michelle. She was as FAB this time as she was the last time!!! I went in with unpolished toes, and she was so kind and personable during my entire appointment. We tested three polishes on fingers to see which one I loved best, and I went with Zoyas Purple Aurora! Michelle cleaned, trimmed, buffed, filed and EXFOLIATED - did she have her hands full on this! The leg and foot massage was both relaxing and invigorating at the same time. My legs are the light tan color they have become since living here full time, in lieu of the blotchy, scaly white due to dead skin cells.     Hubs and I were on a much needed vacay and on day one, we were looking for spa options for a great massage within walking distance of our hotel (The Marquesa). Our hotel recommended Ocean Wellness Spa and even called to get us in the same day- YOWZA!We arrived to a pristine, serene environment- friendly staff as we waited for our couples massage. The decor was lovely, and we were offered drinks while we waited. Once we were called back, we were greeted my our massage therapists who were thorough with each of us, asking about our sore spots, where we carry stress the most, pressure, etc. Both of us had a great experience. We are regulars with getting massages, so we really wanted a therapeutic and relaxing experience. Often, when you travel, you can get a relaxing massage, but it often feels like a waste when the added therapeutic factor isnt included, but with Ocean Wellness, we were covered!Next time we are in The Keys, we will be returning! Such a lovely place!
