I was very skeptical at first. I went in for some simple skin tightening and didn’t see allot of results. But Sophia and Paula are very knowledgeable and taught me about other options. They also gave me some great deals that made it more affordable. It’s not an easy process and nothing happens over night but Sophia and Paula are available to answer questions via text message at any point. The customer service is outstanding! I’m finally seeing results and it’s getting even better.

I cannot express how amazing my experience was at the Florida Cosmetic Center- Celebration office.When I was In my 20s I had several Botox/fillers from various doctors, and nurses and never got the results I was looking for. I decided to give it another go, and did some research, and came across FCC.My first visit to the office I met both Dr. Pasha and Sophia-- who both showed me respect, courtesy, and attentiveness.After my first session of Botox, I was receiving compliments everywhere I went on how great my face looked. So, I decided to schedule another appointment for facial fillers. The practicing nurse in the room, Shiva, made me feel calm and at ease, she was awesome! Dr. Pasha took his time, in each area that I spoke with him about. He did exactly what I wanted, and spent over an hour, taking his time, to really bring out the areas (lips, chin, jaw line, cheeks) in which I wanted to enhance. He is truly an artist of the face! He is board certified and is at the top of his game! The injection process did not hurt at all (unlike past experiences with other injectors).It has been over a week since the injections and I LOVE the way my face looks. It looks natural too!Last but not least, Miss Sophia, the beauty advisor/director of operations, delivered the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in a long time. She spent time, taking pictures of my face, and listening to my concerns, as well as offering suggestions, too. She truly cared about the results I was looking to achieve. The best part was, I was able to text and call Sophia, anytime, to discuss my post-injection anxiety and concerns. She went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I cannot wait to go back for laser hair removal and def. more services here in the future. They are truly at the top of their game and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The cost was less than the competitors in the area. The place is very clean. They didnt push their products but gave samples first. Tasha helped set up the first appointment over the phone. She was very patient and helpful. Their patient system is electronic and very convenient. I think it was Linda that did the treatment and she made it easy and comfortable and took the time to explain the process and made us feel at ease. Most of all hubby felt instant relief. I came to Orlando FL on a short trip and needed to stop by a quick laser session and a weight loss session since I had been traveling for a few months now. I needed a place that had experienced staff (since Ive been at this for over 2 years now), a quick accommodation, fast but efficient service and friendly staff (lets face it, the intimate parts require a good enough connection with the person who will be performing services).I was SO ecstatic to find this center! It was truly a one stop shop for anything you can pretty much imagine! They have laser hair removal services, weight loss services (3 machine options and a weight loss program that was unbelievably affordable), and a whole bunch of beautification services that I honestly havent seen anywhere else.The doctor and the staff were incredibly amazing and were not pushy at all. I wish i could move here so I could be there permanent patient because of the dozens of places I have been to, I can say that this was clearly my most pleasant experience. PS: The laser machine they use is really top of the line and barely hurt even with my high levels. Definitely a place worth checking out!

Initially I went to florida cosmetic center laser hair treatments which are going great, Linda is very professional and experienced in her field I love her the first best decision I made at this wonderful facility. But then I spoke to Sophie the lovely receptionist there about my weight loss struggles and she encouraged me to get consultation for their weight loss program. I have been struggling with my weight for many yearhad developed high blood pressure, sleep apnea and serious self esteem issues because of the weight I gained. Paola will listen to you and suggest the best weight loss program she believes will give you the results you are looking for. So far I have lost 30 pounds in 1 and half months and I have my coworkers and family already signing up. I didnt believe I could lose the weight and now I can because of Florida cosmetic center. This is my second time using Florida Cosmetic Center and I believe her name was Maria. Both times were very professional and she communicated everything that was going to happen before she did anything. I had IPL done on my face since I was moving to a Caribbean island and I wanted to give my face a head start since I will be out in the sunshine a lot for school. She gave me great tips on how to take care of my face in the sun and focused on parts of my face that really needed extra help. Although the initial recovery time takes about 5-6 days afterwards to let your face settle, once it is over your skin is SO SOFT. Its probably the softest it has ever been in my life. Although I will be leaving for 1.5 years I know that the first place I will go to after I get back will be Florida Cosmetic Center! So happy with my results!
