So glad I found this place ( had a terrible experience at a wax studio not too far away) .The Christian music in the background made me feel so welcomed. Lauren does a fantastic job ( never been bruised😀) . They use hard wax and underarms only takes about 5 minutes. Conveniently located in the loop. It’s also competitively priced which is a huge plus nowadays !

The waiting room is gorgeous and sets the mood. The desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. They had all of my information and got me checkedin in no time. My esthetician was amazing, she was gentle and walked me through each step. Ive never had a near painless waxing before. Jessie is stellar! I’m beyond happy and will definitely return and recommend to anyone and everyone.

I recently visited Nature’s Spa, and it was an extraordinary experience! The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the most beautiful, heavenly music that instantly sets a tranquil mood. After my entering in, I felt renewed, refreshed, restored, and rejuvenated. I recently switched to here after 4 years of waxing regularly at UniK Wax (also at The Loop) because of the ease of booking appointments online with the same provider. Michelle did a good job and quickly. There is so much turnover of staff at UniK that by the time I get used to someone and find someone I trust to do a bikini wax, that provider has left. I will be staying with Natures Wax. I also like how the front desk lady is knowledgeable about all the services and the waiting area I very comfortable.

I highly recommend Nature’s Wax and Spa. I go see Kathrine regularly for sugaring hair removal and every time it is a good experience. She does great and makes me feel at ease while I’m there. It is easy to make an appointment online as well. I am treated kindly by staff every time I go. I have been going for over 8 months now and recommend it to anyone who asks. Prices are also very fair!

I just moved from NY to Kissimmee and was in need of a new wax place. After doing a quick Google search and reading reviews I decided to give natures wax a try. This place is stunning, and Jessie was absolutely amazing. She made my feel comfortable and the waxing was almost painless. Have been going here for last minute wax as they always have later availability. Lauren has been great and is as pain free as waxing can be. I also went in for a massage and facial combo with Patricia and wow! she did an amazing job. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The massage was more geared towards lymphatic drainage, which I loved, and was not an extra charge like most places. Definitely recommend this location for beauty services.

Amazing experiences with Lauren and her brazilian wax services, very detailed each time. Everyone is super nice and welcoming.This is now over a year later. I used to get all my waxes done by Lauren who unfortunately is not there anymore. She was amazing! Now I switched to Jessie and no surprise, she was also extremely detailed and patient with me. She took her time with her service and talked me through it to make sure we were on the same page and she was very gentle through every step. I was afraid of the switch since i had been used to the same person for so long but all the staff is very professional and you can tell it’s all about quality. Thank you so much to Jessie and the rest of the staff for attending me and caring for my service. I recommend this spot for waxing and other services!

I already been going here for a few months now, normally doing my underarm wax and I already did it with 2 different ladies and I can say that they are 100% capable to do the job. They made me feel confortable and asked me if everything was going okay before continue and they are super nice. My first time doing wax after too long was here and I let her know that and she explained and asked me everything before continuing which made me feel more confident. Always keep good communication with them so they know how you feel. I also did my eyebrow wax and tint, which I was not that confident but after her explained me everything and did it I was felling great!!! These people work amazing and I am looking to do different procedures with them!

I cannot review my experience at nature wax and spa highly enough. After having had a not-so-pleasant Brazilian wax at another local salon prior to my first visit at nature wax and spa, I was a bit nervous. Luckily, I was treated to a genuinely fabulous experience, which is hard to come by when youre talking about brazilian sugaring ! The atmosphere was lovely, and katerin who performed the sugar waxing was at the tentive, thorough, and extremely professional. The sugar they use (or perhaps just the technique?) was *far* less painful than other experiences I have come to endure as necessary evils. I definitely become a regular at this spa, and would highly recommend that others do the same!

I absolutely love getting my brows done by Kiara. She doesn’t amazing job every single time. The customer service is great and I love my chitchats with her. There’s a great photo op to the right once you enter the store all around I love coming here. I’m Latina and the owner makes me feel like she’s family. She’s extremely sweet and kind. I will see this please book in advance, because Kiara is usually always busy.

As soon as you walk in it’s a comfortable environment and the ladies in the front always have a good attitude and are willing to help with any questions or concerns. Personally I always get my eyebrows done with Katherine, she is so good at what she does and always leaves my eyebrows looking their best. She makes it a comfortable environment to be in and always makes conversation. So if you come for a waxing service I recommend asking for Katherine.

This is my second time here and it has been nothing but a great experience. Jessie did my first ever Brazilian and she was so professional , considerate and knowledgeable so I will be using her from now on. Today was my second visit with her and she was just as great as the first time.She even recommended one of the other girls to do my eyebrows which I found refreshing. First and foremost, I want to say that I absolutely LOVE this place. The aesthetic of the “it’s all about me” picture wall is super cute. I love that it’s full of white flowers. 🥹💜 They offer a healthy hot detox tea as you wait for your appointment. The music is so soothing to the heart. This place radiates peace. It radiates light, and love. I came in today for a deep tissue massage. My masseuse was amazing. Words can’t fully describe how I feel after this massage. As a server, we tend to carry heavy plates and there’s a constant walking back and forth. My shoulders were feeling so heavy, and with a strong tension due to working so hard. I came with the pain, and I am leaving feeling like an absolute light feather. 🪶 I highly recommend their full body deep tissue massage. 💆🏻‍♀️ it is so relaxing, and the masseuse has such a peaceful hand; yet she gets in those knots and she releases them all. I’m so grateful I made time for myself to come get this massage today. I got points towards my visit today, and I was also notified that for Mother’s Day, there is a special running for the massages. It was my first time here and I got the acne facial service from Maria. She was fantastic! Definitely worth the money! It had been a long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away since I had a facial and this was amazing! Especially when she massages your shoulders and neck for a bit. If you do get the acne facial, just remember you will come out a little splotchy because of the extractions being done to clear your pores but thats normal and it goes away. I highly recommend this place and Maria! And dont forget to tip. 😀👍

I went to get 2 different wax services, and from the moment I walked through the door I was received with a warm welcome from the front desk staff. I didnt have to wait long before I was called in. Nay was my technician, and when I say she gave me the best costumer care, I am not exaggerating. I have always been treated great and have always have competent professionals providing the services I need, but with all due respect, Nay exceeded all my expectations. She was very professional, did not speak too much, nor did she speak too little (for my taste). It was like she knew when to speak, and what to say. Also, the techniques used by her on my skin (with wax), were so good I was able to feel relaxed (the remaining time) after she began the process. One thing I absolutely appreciated is that she didnt have anything negative to say about the people she works with, or the products used at the facility. She also did not insist I take her number nor insisted to make sure I learned her name, giving me the impression she did care about me as a costumer rather than being there for money. I LOVED IT! Thank you Natures Wax & Spa! You made a great choice hiring Nay. I appreciate it!

Alejandra is amazing! Ive always been nervous about going to get a Brazilian wax because of the horror stories Ive heard. This is not the case here! Alejandra makes me feel comfortable and taken care of. She talks me through everything I will expect and might feel during every step of the process. Ive been going to Jessi for my Brazilian for over 6 months now and I love her. She made me feel very comfortable my first time and explained everything to me. She has great hands so the pain is tolerable and I get very few ingrown hairs with her technique! I also used Katherine once when she was out of the office and found she was great as well. Maria is my go to person for everything. I purchased a fat reduction package (8 treatments) after doing the consultation with her where she explained to me the whole process. I also purchased the waist trainer and started off on the first hook. I finally finished all 8 treatments today and theres a significant difference in the amount of belly fat I have. I took before and after pictures to see my progress. Before, my stomach was kind of lumpy and bulgy. Now its flat and Im at the last hook of my waist trainer.Ive also had my underarms waxed here twice so far and I love it. They recently introduced laser hair removal so Im going to look into getting that done next.
