I came in on my day off to get pampered last minute with a relaxed spa pedicure & I was so well taken care of and my toes came out perfect and so refreshed! Highly recommend stopping in! Way better than 3.3 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Were new to the area, and I have been looking for a new spot to get frequent Mani-Pedis. I pulled into JTs and was given a warm welcome. Everyone was so nice and was quick to get me set up. Lihn was amazing! My nails turned out perfect! She got me out of my comfort zone and got me to try colors that look good with my skin tone, and she was a great conversationalist. Im excited for next month when its time for a new set.

Came in while on vacation as a walk-in for a pedicure. David was my technician and was fantastic. I read a lot of negative reviews on this place but I had a great experience with him and his wife, Lynn. I also appreciated that they accepted tips via card.

Love this place! 12/10-highly recommend! My daughter, mother-in-law, and I went in today for birthday pedicures and they couldnt have been nicer or more accommodating! They are very friendly, very efficient, and do great work. Were thrilled with our nails, and also with the impeccable customer service we received. If you want to look good and feel good, go get a pedictat JT Nails and Spa!

They do a great job with customer service here. We were accommodated quickly after making a last minute appointment! Everyone wore masks and there were temperate checks as well. My girlfriend rated their pedicure as 4stars.

Been going to JT (owner) for my nails. Make an appointment and you can thank me later! If you feel like he tries to pawn you off to another tech, he’s not being rude, he’s just trying to help out his employees. However, he’s very respectful if you tell him that you only want him for your service.

If you want simple and not to spend all day, this place is good. Location is good too, Target is right here and so is a smoothie place and several restaurants. I had Phoung Kim and she’s a full specialist. Very polite and quick without being rushed or hurting me, very gentle. I got the deluxe pedicure and she said a reg mani would only be $10 more so I did that. Manicure isn’t my favorite (tried a different shape and don’t love it, but that’s not her fault at all) but it felt nice and looks cute! Pedicure was the bomb and the owner couldn’t have said it better when he saw me smiling, “feet happy you happy”. Haha he was right on, I’ll be coming back for sure.

So I hadnt had my nails done since covid-19 hit us. Were In Kissimmee for a family weekend at a nearby Airbnb when we found JTs. So professional taking every precaution to be safe. The staff was amazing & fast working their magic. Myself, my daughter & my sons girlfriend all got nails done & pedicures. I would go here regularly if I lived in town. Tried to get them to come to Jacksonville.

I’ve been going to Jackie (the owner) for almost 10 years. From random salons to opening up her very own- I won’t let ANYBODY do my nails besides her. She is amazing and never disappoints! I can go almost a month without getting a fill and my nails actually STAY on!!!! Yeah it’s not the cutest look when you let them go that long but I’m so glad I have someone who knows what she’s doing!

This will be my new go to place! The employees were so kind and sweet. I really enjoyed speaking with them! They make you feel comfortable and get to know you. They had my boyfriend and I laughing. We will be coming to the area more often and we will have to make this our monthly spot. We got pedicures and the service was great! Our feet are like brand new! Also the place was very clean.

I was a bit reluctant to book after reading all the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. They were absolutely fantastic. I booked for a party of 5 and they ran on time, had 5 people available so we can all get our nails done simultaneously. They did beautiful jobs on all our nails, gave friendly and professional service. Would visit again.

Place was super clean and they followed all CDC guidelines. Only problem was they didnt discuss price and upsold me to a deluxe that was double the price. Tips are only in cash, so I wasnt prepared to paid 20% with what I had on hand. would still go back, just make sure price agreed before begin.

I love this place! There is never a wait and all of the staff are very friendly and polite! I go here for gel manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. All of their services are decently priced and they are quick and efficient. Great shop overall!
