I have been going to Sassy Nails for years and they never disappoint. My technician, Janet, is the best. I got a manicure and deluxe pedicure and it felt absolutely wonderful. My feet feel like silk. My nails are perfectly clean and well groomed. I highly recommend Janet for anyone in need of an excellent nail technician. The owner, Ann, is absolutely lovely too.

I was recommended this location by my sister-in-law. Ive only been coming here for 2 months but, I must say this has been the best location I have ever done my nails. Ann is amazing at her work. I love that I can show her a picture of what I want and she manages to complete with her own twist. I always get tons of compliments on my nails.Not only are her designs awesome, but the quality of the work is superb. My nails have never lift and I can go 3 weeks before its time for my fill. I choose to go every 2 weeks however because Im always anxious for a new design. :-)

I have been to many nail salons in and I came across this place and picked it for its high reviews on Yelp. I have had Ken and Ann both do my nails and they are both amazing. Ann did some awesome nail art. I have also had a pedicure from here by Stephanie and she is exceptionally good at the pedicure. Prices are great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING AND MAKING AN APPOINTMENT!! This place is always busy and its not fair for people to leave a bad review because they had to wait extra long times for being a walk-in. I know they do their best to accommodate everyone. I guess I dont mind waiting just a bit for the quality of work I receive.

I have been going to Sassy Nails for over 6 months now, and Ann always does an amazing job! She’s quick, her shape is always perfect, designs turn out exactly as requested, and they always offer coffee and make you feel welcome. A little pricey but I mean you get what you paid for and they are GOOD. Took about 2 hours if I remember correctly. The lady I had was quiet but that didn’t bother me. Overall WOULD GO BACK!!!

There are no words to explain my experience in this sSalon. I was looking for a place to do my nails since I recently moved from Miami, none of the location near me had excellent reviews besides this Salon. Ann, Ken, and Erica made me feel super welcome! I made my appt for 7 oclock and even though they were suppose to close at 730, the work did not feel rush. I was taken care of right away, Ken removed all my gel manicure,and Erica was still very patient and delicate with both my manicure and pedicure, and Ann make sure my manicure was dry enough before I left so it wouldnt get ruined. I am very happy with my experience and hope to come back soon! 💕💕💕

I made an appointment and 30 min before they confirmed. I arrived on time and they were ready for me. Had a basic pedi, and matte acrylics with gel polish. I’m very happy with my nails, price seemed fair, customer service was good, place was clean, organized and seemed like no one was waiting crazy amounts of time bc they had plenty of staff. Looking at customers beside me, their nails were all consistent with great talented nail techs. I would come back here and def recommending friends and family.

I was greeted kindly and asked to wait 20-to-30 mins as they were busy, which was okay with me because I really needed my nails done and I wanted to try out their salon lol. I had a gel manicure from a another salon removed and asked for acrylic tips, coffin shape with a Christmas like design. Ken removed my gel manicure, did the tips and painted most of my nails. Then the lady next to him (I forgot her name) did the design. They came out really nice!! All my nails are even and the acrylic was applied perfectly lol (Im very picky when it comes to my nails lol)Also I like when youre checking out you can see how much youre charged for each thing you got done. Ive never seen that before

SECOND VISIT REVIEW- ($65) pedi/mani; Acrylic fill, with gel and nail designLiah is a really talented artist. She was right on point with the red color that I wanted on my mani/ pedi. It was a long wait because I didn’t initially have an appointment, but they were very friendly and advised me of the timeframe. I left and came back and only had to wait about 10 min to be seen.Con: It can get a bit costly. It was an additional $for every design. Looking at the pic, I paid for the marble design, the French on one nail and an additional cost to add lines to the French (three different designs). This was 3wks after my first. visit.FIST VISIT REVIEW ($75) Acrylic nails w/designLeah was amazing! She was personable and the only person I could find in Saint Cloud that does true ombré. Even when it seemed like the owners were rushing her, she took her time and I really appreciated that. I could tell that she took pride in her work. When the owner advised me that no one could do the additional design on one nail that I wanted, again Leah took her time and tried, instead of sending me away just saying, “no”. ...and it turned out great. While, I didn’t appreciate the perceived rushing from the owner. I considered giving 4 stars as a result. Leah’s service made up for it. I’ll definitely be back!! Check out the pics!

Prices were decent! I like that they have an express pedicure which is $25 and then the basic pedicure which is $35 and then of course the prices go up from there. But I also really like that they were particular enough to add the detail of how long in time that the express pedicure last. So that one is about 15 to 20 minutes long, which basically they will change your polish. Let you soak for 5 minutes. Clean up your cuticles and repaint your toe nails. Ive never been to a nail salon that had these type of massage chairs. These were the kind you see in the mall you pay for while others are shopping. The woman that did my pedicure was Eurika and she was great! I loved how she paid so much attention to detail! No complaints! 😍

Very clean facility. I was able to walk in 1 hour before closing time and they took me with no problem. Never once did I feel rushed. The woman that gave me my pedicure did the most amazing job I’ve ever had. She took her time and paid special attention to pressure points in my feet during my massage. The massage chair was different from any chair I’ve ever been in. It was so relaxing and did a body scan so it hit all of my back perfectly. I then had my manicure done and it looks beautiful. I will definitely be back when I am in town in July for the Mecum Auction.

Brandi is really amazing. She’s quick yet takes her time with every customer. I always give her design ideas and she always tries to do what I ask and if she can’t, she lets you know and gives you similar suggestions. I only go to her. The owner likes to double book Brandi bc of how good she is. So if you are waiting past your appointment time, it’s usually the owners fault. the owners also likes to not listen to customers when they request a specific person. I suggest booking directly with the preferred tech & getting her personal number& social media to avoid issues and miscommunication.

This is my first time coming here and let me tell you, my experience was amazing! I came to visit from Massachusetts I usually trust only my nail lady from up north but I haven’t got my nails done since like 2-3 months ago. So today me and my sister decided to go get our nails done before I go back tomorrow. My nail tech was Ann and she was the greatest. She gave me the greatest pedicure ever, the massages were my favorite part.. and she blessed my toes/feet. They’re so sweet here they even offer you water,tea,coffee and soda. I love this place. It’s clean and professional. Sometimes you may have to wait 10-15 minutes before seen but that’s because they don’t do rush jobs. So I don’t mind waiting for quality service. The young lady who sits at the first nail desk is amazing and so nice ( I forgot her name) and Brandy does amazing pedicures and makes sure your feet look and feel amazing. Ann is amazing! She is unlike any nail artist I’ve ever had before— she’s super friendly! If you show her a design you want she will give you actual feedback like “no I think it would look better without glitter” etc. I always get Dip Powder on my natural nails and she always does such an immaculate job. I’m super picky about my cuticles being clean, no bubbles etc and she really does check all those boxes for me.

The pedicure chairs were the best I have ever been in with full massage and heat. Everything was so clean and no harsh salon smells. They have a ton of colors in the dip powders and also in gel. Let me first say this was my first time going here and it was about 30 minutes after opening. When I walked in i was greeted immediately and was asked to go wash my hands and that someone would be right with me. I noticed how clean it was and the equipment looked like it was well taken care of. As I was washing my hands a nice young lady named Brandy greeted me and directed me towards her pedicure station. The pedicure chairs were bigger then the normal ones I’ve sat in and super comfy with a wide Variety of options as far as how you would like to get massaged. The only downfall that I found with the chairs was that I didn’t fell like it was sitting me up as much as I would have liked it to. Brandee was very Sweet, kind and provided a lot of attention and care to both the manicure and pedicure. She was also extremely gentle and super patient with me choosing colors as well as provided option and opinion to colors and not once make me feel rushed at any moment that I was there. I walked out very pleased with the service and outcome of my pedicure and manicure.

Update: 3 years later things have changed a lot they set appointments for a certain time not to get you in until 30-40 mins later. There are some of the manicurist that really should not be here, one was working on my friend and was falling asleep during pedicure, also ended up cutting all her toes stating it was taking care of ingrown. Then when I took this to the owner Ann- the girl decided to go tell another worker that I was the other KAren of the day thinking I did not know English, . Marsha is great would recommend 100 percent. They need work really hard on customer service (Great service and lots of colors to choose. Absolutely amazing here. Everyone is very friendly, they always go the extra step to make sure youre comfortable. All of the equipment/ products are of good quality and they are the best with designs! Everytime I leave is with a smile. Definitely recommend Sassy Nails in Kissimmee to anyone! 😁❤

Amazing! I love this place great service and amazing people! From the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out I am greeted and offered a beverage. They go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the services. I had been sceptical about doing acrylic again after 5years because not every nail tech is great at what they do but this place does great nails I couldnt be any happier! Thank you guys for being amazing!

Been coming to sassy nails since they opened 2 years ago and they’ve always provided excellent customer service! Always clean and on time! Beautiful nails overall! My nails never lift and I’ve gone 4 weeks the most without a fill! Definitely recommend sassy nails!

I came down to Kissimmee for the very first time from Massachusetts. I was very afraid of going to anyone, I took a chance and came here, they took care of me right when I needed it. I am so satisfied with my nails. I cannot stop showing them off! I will always come back here when In the area. Very personalized touch here. The nail technician (Ann) gave me a reflexology massage that was better than an actual reflexology massage I paid for at a massage parlor. The organic treatment Ann used on my feet and legs revived them, as they look more youthful. I tried the pink and white dipping system for my finger nails and was impressed by Kens technique, my hands have not been this well manicured in a while. I will most definitely be patronizing this salon again while visiting Orlando.
