Today was the first time I was able to have a visit to the office in almost 7 weeks because of the VA’s total and sheer incompetence ,but I digress.I came in with so much pain that I was almost in tears walking to the front door of the office. My previously surgically repaired right ankle was swollen 2 times its normal size and practically impossible to ambulate. The inflammation that was effecting my body has been extremely debilitating. Dr. Rusnak came in and diligently began to work on me like the expert she has always been.She was able to significantly reduce the pain from the inflammation as well as increase my quality of life . The decor and ambiance are perfect, temperatures always nice and cool, the burning incense can be enjoyed as soon as you open their door.There was a gap during the start of Covid where I was unable to attend treatments and I could definitely tell a difference in how I felt. This is by far the best acupuncture and wellness office I have ever visited. From the moment you make your first appointment, it feels like the entire staff has a vested interest in your health, healing and wellbeing. This is by far more than a clinical experience, it is more like a recharge of your spiritual and harmonic self. Dr Rusnak is a well trained and extremely competent practitioner who shows the care and compassion that you appreciate from the moment you meet her. The staff is the most well trained and efficient group that blends therapeutics and positive energy from start to finish. I literally came in for my visit barely able to walk without assistance from a cane nor able to fully dress myself. By the time that my appointment finished all that changed and I was able to leave feeling 100% better and walking under my own power with no walking aide.

Dr. Rusnak offers a positive and caring approach to heal the body as well as the soul. Her staff makes you feel welcome, safe and secure. Ive come to her to resolve stubborn muscular issues to reducing inflammation and chronic lower back pain to getting permanent relief from vertigo. Sometimes one visit does the trick and other issues take a bit longer. But she will never tell you to come back for more visits if you dont need them. Shes honest, direct and asks a multitude of questions to get to the issues at hand. An added bonus is that prior to your acupuncture service, an on-staff massage therapist will help relieve the area that needs addressing with a 10-15 minute massage. This is my second review and an update. I have been more than pleased with my treatment. It is pain free which surprises some people. The overall effect is relief of pain as well as a feeling of well being and enhanced energy. I would recommend this treatment to anyone needing pain relief, or issues such as trembling with Parkinsons Disease to name just a few conditions which can be helped . Dr. Rusnak is kind, a good listener, and adjusts her accupuncture to the conditions at hand.

I’m so glad I found this place. The staff is great, very personable, friendly and professional. I love that unlike other acupuncture places I’ve been to, here I receive a massage with essential oils prior to the acupuncture. Wow! What can I say, I am who I am today because of Acumed!!!I felt I was at the very end of my rope when I decided to give Dr. Rusnak and her team a try... And I praise the Lord I did!!! Alexa is knowledgeable in special types of massages to cure all my pains. Dr Cecilia has created a peaceful and calming environment with music and aromatherapy that helps make a meditative state, all the most important for healing. This in conjunction with the acupuncture and other methods is the exactly what I need to help with all my ailments.
