    This is my second time coming here. The stylist I had is Tyler C. she was great and made sure I was well taken care of. I got the lash lift and tint and I absolutely love how they turned out and how long they last which makes it very convenient for me. I definitely recommend Tyler C. to get your lashes done!

    ***PLEASE ADD eyebrow threading to your bookings, it is not available for online appointments?*** I’ve been getting my brows threaded here every other month for the last 2.5 years from all the stylists, whom are meticulous and get my eyebrows exactly how I want them! Scheduling is flexible and the studio is pristine, stylish and peaceful. Thank you ladies!

    I got my permanent makeup touch up done with Nina S. and she was AMAZING! She did exactly what I wanted and they came out even better than I could have ever imagined!     I have gotten my lashes done at multiple lash salons, and I have found that Lash Lounge in Lake Mary is by far my favorite. I see Ashlynn Gibson here for my classic level one lashes and I absolutely love the retention. I have struggled with issues in the past on lashes coming off too soon after I had them done, but this has never happened at Lash Lounge. Super clean salon super professional absolutely love it here!

    For my first time it was great. They take good care of your actual lashes and ask you why type of style you want.It takes about 2 hours to put lashes on . After your done they follow up with you to see if everything is going well. I purchase the foam and brush to help clean my lashes clean . It does feel like natural lashes thanks to Lisa .💖

    This was my first time ever getting hybrid lashes, and mostly because I have thin lashes so anything more than classic would be too dramatic and look unnatural (at least I thought). Senior stylist Lisa changed my whole mindset on these hybrid extensions. They are so beautiful and super super light (sometimes I forget I have extensions on). I’ve had lashes done professionally in the past at other locations and I’ve had some issues with itching, and just felt heavy on my eyelids, which is why I rarely get them done. Here I am, really excited and looking forward to my 2nd refill with Lisa. I highly recommend Lisa. Her work is incredible and I really appreciate the time and effort she takes to ensure your lashes are perfect. My very first lash extensions lasted over 2 weeks, even though it’s recommended to get a refill every 2 weeks. That should tell you the quality of their products. I’m on my first refill and so far they’ve been holding up well. I also brush them throughout the day and wear the face mask at night to protect them. Overall, I am satisfied with the place, the staff and everything from Lake Mary Lash Lounge. Oh and yes I had a lot of people complimented on my “natural” lashes 🥰

    It was my first time getting my lashes done so I was a bit nervous. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from booking the appointment to arriving to the location. The place is super clean and it is beautifully decorated. The reception employees working the reception desk were extremely professional and helpful. I was already feeling comfortable with the process. Lauren did my lashes and she was amazing!! She listened to all my concerns and addressed all of them. She helped me to choose lashes that were appropriate and looked beautiful!! She was so gentle, I fell asleep on the table. ( was a little embarrassed but she reassured me I’m not the only one) When she finished and showed me the mirror, I was so happy she did my lashes. I love them!! My husband loves them!! Will definitely be coming back to see Lauren. She is fantastic!!

The lash lounge really helped me out, I was headed out of town and had horrible retention from another salon and they had me in the day I called for a removal and a full set, Tyler listed to what I like what I didn’t like and had me out looking so fresh after about an 2 hrs, I’m headed in for my fill this week and my lashes (while some natural shed happed) still look amazing

    I am updating my review. The owner of the Lash Lounge reached out to me. She corrected the $25 fee. She never once offered any free service to update or change my review. I respect her for that. She only asked if I would give them a second chance, she took full responsibility and never once made any excuses. She is confident in her employers. She even took the time to explain things to me. I felt more confident with my wants after getting off the phone her. I did go in for a refill and it was pleasant.I had to change my appointment, the front office staff made it easy and texted a reminder ( I am busy so this is super convenient)The tech that did my lashes was professional, and confident in her work.The office was clean and well maintained. Which left me feeling relaxed.I will continue to have my lashes extensions done at this location. I am confident, my frist experience was a misunderstanding with newer employees.

    Christy has been doing my lashes for over a year now and she is the best of the best! Not only is she kind and professional, her work is phenomenal!     It was my first time and despite totaling forgetting i booked for 10am not 11am, they were super sweet and accommodating. It was my first time and I had such a great experience.     I have been a member of the Lash lounge in both Lake Mary and Winter Park for over a year and a half. Initially, I went back and forth to each location depending upon which artists I preferred and their availability.My lashes always looked beautiful when I left. But the lasting period was inconsistent causing me to have to book for a refill every single week. The owner recently reached out to me and introduced me to a new lash artist named Sailys.Let me just say that Sailys changed the game up for me. Not only did I love the look of my lashes after the first appointment with her, but this was the FIRST TIME in over a YEAR that I was able to reschedule my weekly appointment to a two week appointment. The way that Sailys staggered the lashes and worked with what I had was brilliant. She is a true artist without a doubt. She looks at what she has to work with and listens to your concerns.I have three children and the fact that I can book a two week appointment for a refill is such a timesaver for me.     If you’re looking for quality lash extensions paired with phenomenal service, ask for Christy! I’ve been coming to Christy for almost a year now and have never been disappointed. She takes the time to fill your lashes as much as possible so they last as long as they can until your next refill. I always get a classic refill but know that others love her for her hybrid or volume work too.Not only is her lash work incredible, but she’s a beautiful person as well! She will go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and will take the time to get to know you as well. I’ve had multiple lash stylists in the past but they don’t compare to Christy one bit. If you’re thinking about getting lash extensions, ask for Christy because she won’t let you down. Book in advance because she gets booked up!In regards to the studio, it’s always very clean and the staff are so sweet and professional. I’m so glad I found this studio as I’ll be coming as here as long as Christy is here!

I was in love with the look but unfortunately, the stylist had placed the lashes a little too close to my lid leaving me to feel lots of pinching and discomfort.     GIRLS! do you know how much easier your life is when you dont have to endlessly apply 16 coats of mascara every morning to look awake?!     I was very leary about getting eyelash extensions because I suffer from blepharitis but after reading on their website that they actually knew what the condition is, unlike every other salon I researched or talked to, I decided to give them a chance. They totally listened to my wishes and concerns on my first visit and gave me very pretty and natural looking lashes. After a few days of having my new lashes and realizing that my eyes actually felt better with the lash extensions, that I was tolerating the glue and the lashes felt very natural versus wearing mascara, eyeliner and strip lashes daily which could make my blepharitis flare up, I went back in for a slightly more dramatic look. Again the stylist really listened to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions to achieve what I wanted and made my lashes a real WOW moment! My husband, who like a lot of husbands and is not the most observant, compliments me daily on how beautiful my eyes look. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you to the ladies at The Lash Lounge Lake Mary! You not only made my eyes feel better but you made me feel pretty!

    So this is my first time getting eyelash extensions. It won’t be the last! I had miss Maiya as my stylist early this afternoon and as soon as I walked in, I was immediately tended to. I wanted a classic set with a natural, subtle (but enhancing) look to it. Maiya asked me a few questions about lash type and how I’d like it to be shaped, then we got started. The lounge itself was clean and quiet, very comfortable for me to be able to take a little lash nap after getting out of work. The whole process was very relaxing and Maiya was gentle. Not that I was expecting any tugging or plucking lol. Took about an hour. I was given the mirror to see how my first set of extensions looked, and it was exactlyyyyyy how I wanted it to be! She also did let me know that I can change how I’d like the lashes to look the next time I come by to visit. The service was professional, fast, friendly, and clean. I was happy to hear they also have a membership. 10/10 would recommend.
