    Just got off the phone with the owner and she was very transparent and honest on how monthly waxing helps with ingrown hair issues, she was very understanding of my situation with my IUD and we were able to determine what works better for me as far as memberships go! Not only was she kind and super understanding, all the girls who answer the phones are so nice; the place is extremely clean and they always welcome you and offer you something to drink. Not to mention my wax lady, she’s incredible and pain free, Andrea L. Is her name! 15 mins in and out! They have a member forever! Thank you!!

    Easy to navigate and find. Love the atmosphere and the decor. Instantly when I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and welcoming service. My tech was pleasant, knowledgeable and quick. She was beyond gentle and patient which I appreciate. I fell in love with the results. I would definitely recommend!

    Love this place! They do everything!! I got my brows laminated and love how they look now! The Salon was beautiful and spotless. The vibe was upscale without being pretentious. I was greeted kindly by everyone and offered champagne.Can’t wait to come back !

    Great wax bar in the middle of Lake Mary! So new, clean and welcoming! They meet you with a glass of Bellini or champagne! Talk about service! Friendly people try to do everything to accommodate your needs! Like it very much. The esthetician was friendly too and tried to connect on a personal level. Quick and quality work. They have good plans for regulars too. Definitely a must visit!

    I was absolutely spoiled at The Pampered Peach. Made an appointment to get a full brow shaping and henna tint. When I arrived the location was clean and beautifully decorated. I was kindly greeted, welcomed right away and even offered a glass of champagne. Dakota took the time to make sure that everything with my brows was the way I wanted through out the process which was amazing because I have been caught off guard at other salons....but she was amazing. I am so thrilled with the way that my brows turned out because I hated how my brows photographed and it essentially looked like I had none...now I have the most gorgeous brows that appear thick, full and (as my husband would put it) powerful! I highly recommend.

    I loved my experience here! I had 5 sessions of Cryoslimming, and I couldnt be happier. The front desk is friendly and I appreciate the text message reminders for each appointment. The staff, Andrea and Brooke were very knowledgeable and incredibly caring. I even went back to get a tiny tattoo with Brooke during their Halloween specials. I highly recommend CryoSlimming to anyone that wants the extra push in their fitness journey. I think Ill try getting facials here in the future!

    Loved this place! Ive been going for over a year although its a bit far for me on the other side of town and paid the VIP unlimited and monthly packages. Friendly staff, champagne is a nice touch. Dakota was my go-to but she has since left. My last visit was not that impressive. Although the wax was fine, I was promised some credits over the phone when I first called about my membership, then was told I had none after my last visit. $120 gone down the drain because my new work schedule didnt allow me to get to appointments for 2 months (they are closed Sundays). I was also just respectfully asked to not bring my teenage daughter with me in the lobby although we had done it many times before, making scheduling that much more impossible. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted. Ill be looking for a closer facility with less turnover and hopefully better prices and hours.

    What an experience! I can’t tell you it doesn’t hurt but I can tell you that Frances and Callie are going to make it all worth it. From the moment I walked into Pampered Peach I was made to feel welcomed. Offered my choice of water, wine, champagne or peach bellini. I chose the peach bellini. The estheticians were personable and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Most of all my peach was pampered and looks and feels great! Give them a try and see for yourself!     Hi! I LOVE this place! 10/10 recommend! The staff is so sweet & friendly and the space is so beautiful and clean!! I had a CRYOfacial which is a non-invasive technique that uses gentle bursts of pressurized, hyper-cooled air (-240F) to rapidly lower the surface temperature of your skin on both the face and the neck. The cold temperature instantly causes your skin to tighten, which helps fill in wrinkles and fine lines. A must try!

    The ambience of this place is wonderful! The decorations make it a very cozy, relaxing environment. I have been going here to get waxed for some time and every waxer i have had has been so wonderful— at both waxing and with people! Brooke and Andrea are both do such a seamless job so efficiently. 10/10. Most recently, I had the pleasure of getting a cryoskin facial! After minutes you could see noticeable results, my face feels so much slimmer and tighter after just one session. My friends even noticed a difference in my face. It was a wonderful, luxurious, and relaxing experience that I will definitley continue doing because it is so worth it. Andrea did an amazing job! The owners are so lovely, as well as the rest of the staff who works there. They really do care about their clients. I love this place and highly recommend it to everyone!

    Absolutely love this place! Ive always had really bad ingrown hairs and Ive tried to get rid of them with the help of different estheticians to no avail. Well... Tiffany V has done what no other has! She is INCREDIBLE. Its like she listens to your skin! Its amazing. She will also truly clean them out to make sure it heals right. Go see her!     Haleigh Shaffer is the absolute best!! Today was my first day going here and I always get a little nervous when I get a wax anywhere because I have a low pain tolerance but Haleigh did a great job I making sure it was a comfortable and smooth experience for me!     This place is so amazing! Waxing is already uncomfortable enough, but the workers here make it quick and they do a great job. They always have a great conversation with you and they have water and drinks if you’re feeling thirsty . It’s a great feeling of togetherness & you can tell they really care here.     This place is my absolute FAVORITE!! 😍 The staff is always so friendly and they always have availability. I’m always welcomed with a drink option and don’t have to wait long at all.     I went here this past weekend for sugaring. It was my first time doing this and Lacey was great! She walked me through everything she was doing and even held a conversation with me which helped take the focus off of the occasional discomfort.     This was by far the best wax experience I’ve ever had. The spa itself is super cute, classy, and girl they had champagne okay?! My esthetician Monica was an absolute angel.     This is my fourth time here, and I keep coming back because of how amazing they are! The owners and staff are super friendly, the atmosphere is so fresh and relaxing, and the service is great!!Before coming to The Pampered Peach, I had never gotten a Brazilian. It hurt, but didn’t hurt as much as everyone said - the complimentary champagne probably helped a little with that. And Jerrica is amazing!! Love her!!     Amazing! Just received Cryoskin-Facial Treatment and experienced a remarkable change,with a decrease in lines around my forehead and outer corners of my eyes; my face lookssmoother and feels refreshed. Even though the treatment was very cold, there was no discomfort. It actually felt refreshing.They also did an introductory Cryo-Slimming treatment while I was there,. The technology is so amazing. Definitely going back for additional Cryo treatments. Considering the Ozempic weight loss, price seem reasonable- no hidden fees. This Regal salon had friendly and professional staff. It was such a delightful experience! I cant wait to go back.

    I went to get a Brazilian wax on March 31st. It was my first time visiting this place. The ambiance is everything! Youre offered a complimentary beverage refreshment. The staff was welcoming. Dakota in particular completed my wax. Not only was she kind, but she paid close attention to detail. Upon completion she passed me the mirror, and told me to make sure it was to my liking. It was! The owner also called me the a few days later. I will be back when the time comes, and I truly enjoyed this atmosphere. They also have a membership club for men and women whose hair grows rather rapidly or prefer frequent touch-ups. Yall better pamper that 🍑! Lol 5 🌟Might I add....they are big girl friendly 😊

    First... Everything was so simple, start to finish! From the website that actually tells you all the services and prices, to easy online scheduling, to the short wait time and quick service! Very nervous to go in for a first time bikini wax, but the glass of champagne helped with that! Highly recommend the sugaring wax with Lacey. She was quick, professional, and I felt totally comfortable. Minimal discomfort considering its been awhile and the first service is always the worst pain wise.     Absolutely great service and people. My first time doing a sugar Brazilian with Dakota, and she explained the difference, checked in on wax temperature, and made you feel very comfortable.At the end she steps out so you can check to make sure she got everything. So many times I’ve left waxing at other places to get home and be disappointed in the service.     I got a Brazilian wax for the first time at Pampered Peach and it was a great experience! They offer a numbing spray to semi take off the edge which I thought was a bonus.     I had such a great experience at the Pampered peach! I received the moisturizing facial and the moisturizing lip treatment. My face feels so nice and smooth. I also notice a nice glow in my face! The lip treatment made my lips soft and plumped them. Francis was amazing as well! I would definitely recommend the moisturizing facial to everyone!!!

    Recently discovered them through a friend and was very happy with my experience! Andrea was very friendly and knowledgeable about what she was doing . Service was great and fast . The atmosphere is so inviting and very pretty . When you first arrive you are greeted with the pleasant smell of peaches , they offer you a beverage ( water , champagne, peach balini ) and get you checked in quickly and headed off to the back .     Amazing experience at Pampered Peach in Lake Mary. Everything is clean and beautifully designed. The customer service is top notch from other wax studios I have visited.     I just got waxed by Tara and she is absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and is extremely down to earth. I’m super duper pregnant so I’m extremely sensitive on my skin and she was so fast. It was over and before I knew it I had a cooling hydrojelly mask on my vagina, living my best life.     I’ve been here a few times now and I absolutely love it!! It’s so cute inside! The owners and technicians are always so nice and knowledgeable about what they’re doing.     If youre nervous about a Brazilian, this is your place!Ive been shaving my whole life and suffer through the razor burn and bumps, only to never have really smooth skin. Ive wanted to try waxing for a long time, but was very hesitant to have a Brazilian done as I tend to be sort of... um... modest about that area, so I decided to call Pampered Peach and get all my questions asked up front. Callie was so great and answered all my questions, even describing the whole process in detail before hand so I could be prepared.I was surprised at how little it actually hurt and I didnt use the numbing cream or CBD shot (both available for an additional cost). The salon even offers a complimentary glass of champagne to help relax you and take the edge off.While I was there, I also had my lip waxed, brows waxed, shaped, and tinted. Oh, how I love the tint! It looks completely natural and lasts about 4 weeks! I will definitely do this again.Back to the Brazilian- while she took off a little more than I asked for, Im actually glad she did because Ive never been so smooth. The results were great, not perfect, but I think that a couple of stragglers are to be expected and after another treatment or two, I think Ill be completely smooth. Immediately after I experienced light bleeding and the next day I was red and sore, but proceeding that everything has calmed down and all redness and bleeding are gone. I also think these side effects will minimize as I continue to wax. After the first day, things are back to normal and there is no residual pain, redness, bumps, nicks, ingrown hairs, etc. WAY better than shaving- which Ill never do again!Overall, I have to say that what I thought was going to be a terrifying experience turned out to be no big deal. I had great results and even found a new salon service that Ill be treating myself to (tinting)! I cant wait to hit the beach without being self conscious about my bikini line. On my next visit, Im going to do underarms and legs. Why bother with the razor at all anymore???

    Callie was incredible during my Brazilian today, I haven’t waxed in quite a bit and she kept me distracted through the hardest parts, I was embarrassed to be sweating a little and she was so comforting and made me feel human with nothing to be insecure about. I highly recommend coming here and I loved my Bellini. Thank you for being amazing from start to finish.

    I have had two brazilian waxes done at this location now and I could not be more pleased with the outcome of both! I go to Kaylee and she is the most kind, respectful and knowledgeable waxer I have ever had! I highly recommend her!!! I had only ever been to EWC before here and I never really connected with any of the waxers there but everyone here is super friendly and accomodating.My first time with Kaylee she explained the different types of wax and sugaring options and helped me pick which parts of my brazilian I should use the hard wax or the soft wax for. Kaylee makes you feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process and doesnt judge you for anything (even if youre jumpy like me)!!My second time with Kaylee was just as nice as my first. I decided that rather than doing hard wax on some areas and the soft wax on others that I only wanted the hard wax and she was 100% on board to do what I wanted! I even managed to convince my bf to get the manzilian and she made him feel extremely comfortable as well!!The entire atmosphere at The Pampered Peach is just fun, inviting and clean!! They always greet you with the option of a bellini or glass of champagne and clearly have paid close attention to details which puts this place above all others in my opinion.

    I had never tried soft wax before coming here, only hard. The soft wax works so well! Every hair was gone, only downside is it feels a bit sticky for an hour or two afterward. The employees were so kind, the process was quick, and the lobby and rooms are beautiful.

Chip was super accommodating on the phone. I was early, he offered a tour of their new space. It was BEAUTIFUL!I personally loved the decor. It was immaculate and they followed Covid protocol. I was introduced to Chips wife, Salena, who was so knowledgeable about all types is skin/hair. I was there for a bikini wax. Cailey did an amazing job. Both of the girls are R.N’s. They offer much more than just waxing! Great monthly packages, relaxing atmosphere, and professional experienced staff.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Actually Looking forward to my next bikini wax! 🥂

    AMAZING!!! I had my wax done by Sherry VERY friendly, sweet & personable. Even while my legs were over my head, we were having a normal conversation like its perfectly normal!! I Will def go back!! Ive been waxing for 10+ years and it took her 10 mins (not even) to do my Brazilian. Not to mention the wax program they have $55 unlimited a month or $49 once a month. MUST visit. If your iffy they have a 1st-time wax special 50% making it $25 try it. TRUST ME!!! They also have wine, couldnt partake thou I was on my lunch break. LOL Lets just say my peach felt pampered!!
