First time here and didn’t have an appt and they were able to get started on my nails right away. Came in for a fill and they did amazing. I’m pretty simple but still great service. Hand and neck massage was a great touch and reasonably priced. Will be returning!

Beyond satisfied with the service I received today. Got a mani and pedi and the technicians both had great attention to detail. I was offered something to drink and received a mini shoulder massage. My nails look fantastic and I was asked multiple times if Im happy. Definitely recommend and I will be back

Brought my daughter on a Sunday mid day for acrylic removal. Relaxing place, feels calm. 2 TVS on HGTV. 16 pedicure massage chair stations. 12 nail stations in the middle. Complimentary drinks. Super nice technicians.

I was in town with my husband who was traveling on business. I wanted to get a mani pedi within walking distance. I hit the jackpot with Top Nails!! Their Lavender Bliss Pedicure was worth every penny!! ($68) Helen was my technician and she did an AMAZING job-- the chairs were new, high end massage chairs that even had a heat setting-Helen took her time and really paid attention to details-the foot and leg massage for 35 MINUTES let me repeat that 35 Minutes, was the best massage I have ever had!!- the hot atone massage was fantastic- Helen did an excellent job in painting my nails and even the design I asked for!!Then after a wonderful spa pedicure I had a manicure with Helen and Iris finishing me up.Again Helen really did a good job with my cuticles, unbelievably good job at the extra details I asked for and Iris was amazing at my shoulder rub and hand and arm massage.I told them when I walked in I was not in a hurry and I enjoyed every bit of my 3.5 hours spa experience!I just wish I could I could take them home with me!!

This is the best nail salon Ive been to. I got an acrylic filling with gel polish and my daughter got a kids manicure with gel polish. The people were so kind and amazing excellent work and very professional. We loved it!!!

By far the best pedicure I have ever received! She took her time and made sure my feet were scrubbed and smooth. I got the 2nd pedicure package and it was well worth it. 10/10 would recommend!

Best pedicure and service! I dont live here, but I come to Lake Mary for work every so often. I have been to this nail shop twice now for pedicures. I have enjoyed it both times. Chairs are comfy and give good massage. I was offered a beverage (soda, water, red or white wine.) I was given a menu of pedi choices. I chose Happy Feet which included a 15 minute massage with hot stones and hot towel wrap and paraffin on my heals. When I say 15 min massage... I mean it!! She set a timer!! After polish I was escorted to the dryer where I received my shoulder massage!! Awesome experience. Well worth the $50.

This was my first time at Top Nails Salon. I went based upon the reviews I saw online. I was not disappointed. The salon was very clean, large, and spacious. I was greeted at the door when I arrived and immediately was taken to the backroom for a face wax. Afterwards, I had a deluxe pedicure. The 10-minute leg massage was heavenly. My pampering ended with a shoulder, neck and back massage. I felt very relaxed when I left. My feet and face look great. I would highly recommend Iris and Amie!

The nail technicians are experts in their craft. The attention they pay to detail is impressive! I had a gel pedicure and gel manicure. When services were completed, my nails looked beautiful. The spa is extremely clean, and they have a special duck system in the ceiling, which pulls out all the chemical smells! The atmosphere is very relaxing with the soothing music played throughout the spa! I highly recommend Top Nails & Spa!

Clean, pleasant salon. I really liked the master of nail service Olena. tidy friendly and does a terrific job. I also admire the fact that there are 2 masters who speak Russian, this is important for me. Russian manicure is best of the best

This was my first time going to Top Nails and I was so pleasantly surprised. I went as soon as they opened at 9:30 on a Saturday and they immediately welcomed me in, offered me a drink, and made me comfortable. I did a gel manicure and they were so careful and precise and polite. The manicure was the best I have had in awhile and very affordable. I also did the lip and eyebrow wax, and they both came out perfectly. The women were gentle and professional. I will definitely be back!!

After my initial 3 star review the owner immediately responded and offered to redo my manicure for free, which I accepted and am very happy with how it looks. I appreciate the professionalism and generosity. Thank you!Original review: Went here for the first time last week for a gel manicure. The young lady who did them did a good job and I was happy with how it turned out, however the polish started to chip within just a few days.

To be honest I showed up super late after the place across the street said they could only do either a pedicure or manicure not both. When I walked in the place is very open and clean and they had 4 customers and everyone was working. They still said they would do my nails! Whole thing. Mani pedi. I was so happy I wanted to cry. (I never have time to get these things done) Mia was so amazingly nice and she does an amazing job and pays attention to detail even considering my late arrival. I wasn’t completely sure about my color and she offered to try another! (We did not do another color because I was happy with the original-trust me she asked if I wanted another and made sure I was happy! She did such an amazing job and I’m definitely coming back another day in the future! Hopefully earlier :)

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! I’ve been going here for about a year now, at least once to twice a month & they never fail to give me THE BEST pedicure!! It is always the cleanest environment & all of the nail technicians (that I’ve seen) has such an eye for precision. They take their time with their work & I appreciate that sooo much.

I went here 3 weeks ago and was amazed with the service. I referred all of my friends. Don’t listen to that negative review. Everyone in there is wonderful and on top of that you get 20% off whatever you get done. It is simple math if you have two people get their nails done and depending on the length and what type of design they put on their nails (which cost more). Your total comes up to 81.25 * 20%= 16.25 then you subtract 81.25-16.25= 65. So your total comes up to $65. That’s a win-win for two people. So back to what I was saying these people are great don’t listen to people who can’t do simple math.

Just WOW. The effort Angel and Iris put in on our pedicures was incredible!!! They went above and beyond what a normal pedicure would be! They were so very kind, and made sure we felt taken care of the whole entire time. They have complimentary drinks and super comfy pedicure chairs. I highly recommend this salon! This is the only place we will get pedicures from now on. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

LOVE TOP NAILS!!!!!very professional super sweet! Was running 30 minutes late last was super understanding was able to reschedule me for 230 instead of 2. Didnt make me feel bad and even told me to drive safe. So off rip was already vibing with her. Im super picky about my feet (do to my hangnail) she was careful and so gentle with my feet (Linda) didnt even have to tell her she just knew! Complimentary drinks and comfortable chairs! I love love love this place. For someone with barely no toes she sure dis the damn thing! So ecstatic about my feet!!!
