I was a walk-in on a Saturday looking for a simple but nice and clean place to have a mani-pedi for me and my daughter. I had called 30 minutes in advance and they said they would have no problem taking care of me and my daughter. The price for my daughters nails were $70 total and mine were $75. I did not opt for gel as that was more. But because I did a little design strip on my nail they charged a little more than their normal price. I also upgraded my pedi to the deluxe which honestly wasn’t much more than the basic pedi. I at first had Allen which honestly seemed to be sick and was a little too rough and didn’t put the scrubs and lotion all the way up my calves he only did half way up and I had to specifically ask him to go up to the bottom of my knees and he did. So this could’ve been more so a polite thing but all the women were going all the way up to their knees for the other clients getting their feet done so I was a little jealous. When it came to my design he did end up getting Kristine and I am so happy he was honest and said he couldn’t do the design I wanted to he got her and man oh man world of a difference! She did the paint job on my hands and toes so nicely! I totally enjoyed her! My daughter had Meechi I may be spelling that wrong but she was absolutely AMAZING as well! She was wonderful! My daughter was having a difficult time deciding what she wanted as a nail art design on her big toes and Meechi had to fix it for us but she was spectacular in making sure we were happy at the end of the day! I wanted my daughter to feel super special as she is starting high school. So it was more important to me that she was well handled and taken care of and Meechi exceeded my expectations! I will gladly and definitely be back but will highly recommend Meechi or Kristine! Both were amazing. Allen may do a good job but I don’t think he was honestly feeling the best so I will play that to the experience. However he did try his best to make sure my nails were how I wanted and catered to making sure I was happy so I will not fault this nail spa in anyway! I overall was happy but will ask for Kristine or Meechi in future appointments. Overall good experience. Facility was clean and nice. Equipment was clean and good.

I am very pleased work Nail Lounge by K! I had gotten Gel X Nails and they were not working out so great. I came in to get them corrected and Nail Lounge by K went above and beyond to fix them! I have a fresh gel manicure now and staff was kind to take their time, redo my nails, and retrim/reshape my nails. My nails were also discounted for the issue, which was incredibly kind. I am definitely going to be returning, as this was above and beyond service that they provided. Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now since I moved to the Lake Mary area! I’ve been to numerous nail salons and I will only come to get my nails and toes done here in this area! Not only do they do this but also eyebrows too! I’m so picky with my nails and eyebrows, this is the only nail salon in this area you should be coming to! Everyone is so nice and I love that I can come in and they know who I am when I make an appointment and walk in! You won’t be disappointed!

My nail tech was really good and my favorite part was her leg massage. It was perfect and not rough. My pedicure turned out great and I highly recommend this salon. Oh they also offer 10% discount to medical professionals, students, and something else I cant recall!

I recently moved and was looking for a new nail salon in Lake Mary. I read reviews, and Nail Lounge by K came highly recommended. I went in last week for my nail appointment and was helped by Randy. He did an outstanding job on my ombre nails. Yesterday I went in for my pedicure and was assisted by Lily. She did an incredible job and my pedicure was perfect. The salon is extremely clean and comfortable. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. This will be my go to salon moving forward.

Great service overall!! Shu is the best :) she is very attentive and knows what you exactly need. She is also gentle while cutting cuticles, but provides the perfect amount of pressure when massaging you. She gives the best massages! She can replicate designs effortlessly as well. Would 10/10 recommend this very efficient nail salon and Shu! Plus, there is very relaxing music playing throughout your service as well. I have been coming here for a few years now and love it! Whatever you need for your nails, they can do it. Their massage chairs are awesome and the staff is super nice all the time. Now they have an online booking portal and extended hours which makes everything much easier. If you have thought about coming here, just book it. You won’t regret it. I’ve never had a negative experience. My daughter comes here now also.

Su is the best! Today I went in thinking I would do my basic pink and white ombre dip. But at the last minute I asked if she had any leaves. Next thing I know she has a whole book of decals out that I could chose from. I picked a rose gold metallic leaf to add to my ombre nails. Soon after, Su asked me if I had ever done chrome. My reply was No, whats that?!?!? After a quick explanation, I was happy to add the chrome!!! Picked the shimmery unicorn/cotton candy color. Now my nails are shimmery and shiny and so cute!!! I absolutely love the chrome look! And huge thanks to Su for mentioning it.And Su... she provides great customer service as a nail technician/artist and manager! I have never not been happy and if I were to have an issue, I know she would remedy it immediately.Highly recommend Su and all the nail techs at Nail Lounge by K.

This picture is a week after I got them and went camping. I had a great experience. First off the place is actually spa like. No loud music and no bright white walls. I was actually relaxed with the water fall sounds. Second off Randy killed these nails. It took a good handful of tools but to do little ladybugs 🐞 was hard. I will be coming back every 2-3 weeks even though its 30 min out.

Went for a manicure and pedicure on 30 August. I had been searching for a good nail salon and I was impressed with the reviews for this salon. Emma did a great job on my nails. I got a french manicure with powder and I asked her not to make it too thick. She got it just right! Also got a french pedicure with gel and she did a great job on that as well. I think I have now found my permanent nail salon.

I opted for the Volcanic Pedicure which was so moisturizing and relaxing. 80 min of foot pampering which was exactly what I expected and hoped for.
