This place was so phenomenal. We decided to take our little girls along with us for a pedicure (their first) and the staff made it such a memorable experience. They really took their time to make it special for them. They also brought out champagne for us and the capri suns for the girls. We never felt rushed to leave once they were done which I usually experience at salons. And of course, we all look fab 💁🏼‍♀️I was really impressed with the steps they take to stay clean and hygienic— liners in the tubs, brand new out of the package tools, gloves, etc. All this for the same price I pay at my usual spot. I can’t wait to come back here.

In town for a graduation and they were able to accommodate my daughter and I even though we walked-in. Lee did my pedicure and Hanna did my fill. Rosa did a phenomenal job with my design! I’m super picky about my nails. I don’t live in this area so I booked here after reading the reviews. Jon and Hannah both worked on my nails and they came out perfect!! I was scared going somewhere new but I would definitely come back next time I’m in the area! They came out better than the picture I showed them and very elegant. I also got a pedicure with Teresa and she took her time and did a really great job!

Five stars for this hidden GEM of a nail salon. I happened to stumble upon them while exploring shopping plazas in my new town of Lake Mary. I was looking for a place that had SNS dip powders. Hanna did a gorgeous job on my French manicure in pink and white. Mine are simple but I know they do the artistic designs too. They are so friendly and prices are very reasonable. I will be a regular customer!

I walked in last minute with my two girls and we were literally treated like family. I have recently relocated from NYC and have been trying to find a nail place to call home. They allowed us into their business with a warm welcome and took their time but the results were amazing. they gave snacks to my youngest and gave my oldest inspiration for a crystal ball for her room (you have to go to understand what I mean, I cant give away all their secrets) 😁we are definitely going back again ! 💛

I am very very happy with the service I received at this salon.I had just been speaking to a friend the day before about how sad it was that this industry seems to have lost that sense of customer service. So often it feels like you go to one of these places and you’re just not even there. The Technicians just talk to each other in another language, and when you try to ask a question or make a comment or ask for something specific, they just sort of shake their head and then do what they want.This was a very VERY different experience. I ended up working with John who is one of the owners. He cares so much about his customers!! He listened. He asked questions to get clarification. He took his time.I watched him help with another client that had an unusual situation come up, and went above and beyond to try to create a positive outcome. I was extremely impressed.I will absolutely come here!The last place I went in Mount Dora was horrible. The woman was in a big hurry. She didn’t listen. She did dip powder nails and they were so thick that I had to go to another place and ask them to fix them. It was the night before leaving for a trip, so I was so grateful they were able to get me in and help me. Still, the set was so bad I couldn’t wait to get them off.The nails John did at Dainty Nails look so nice. They feel very natural. I am so relieved.They also do massage and facials.I would absolutely recommend going here, and I’ll be going back myself!!

James was amazing! He took his time with my Mani/Pedi. He personally crafted my Mimosa, which was delicious! His attention to detail is unmatched; it was to the point I was in the nail salon past closing hours. He made sure I was satisfied with my results and I was impressed.
