I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and I have always had great experience. Everyone is very sweet, professional and efficient. I’ve come at basically closing time, and they still took me and did a great job. I’ve gotten a few pedicures, manicures and eyebrow waxing, and I’ve been really happy with the results.They just remodeled and it looks great! Very modern looking. I never have to wait long. They usually take me right away.

I walked in and they were all ready and willing to serve me! I asked for a sparkling water and when they didn’t have any, one of the nail techs offered me hers!They quickly got busy but handled the traffic well, no one was left to wait for an extreme amount of time.Ky did both my pedi and mani. Took his time, paid attention to detail, and checked in with me throughout the service to make sure I was satisfied! They offer a pint system with discount and everything on their service list is priced fairly!

Amazing people and outstanding job on my nails and toes! my nails come out so good and my toes come out so beautiful. came here for my dads wedding on may 2 and they stayed on no chipping and none fell off all the way until june 7th!! Got my nails done for my senior photos and the the lady who was doing my nails named kim noticed my nails were very dry and recommended some stuff to do for my nails and they gave us cuticle revival oil for my dry nails. amazing people greet you every time at the door 100/10 place best place i have been to for my nails! will recommend to anyone!

She would honestly tell you if you need a new full set or just filling, with undivided attention she would listen to what you have in mind or looks at a picture that you show her and then meticulously and precisely perform an outstanding job in good speed, she will let you know how much is it going to cost before hand, shes awesome, I definitely recommend, make an appointment you wont be disappointed.

The back massage was great while getting a pedicure. My nails that Ky did came out beautiful as he took the time to shape them and make them pretty. I highly recommend Ecco Nails.

I have been coming here for years. I always have a great experience but under the new owners the experience has been even better! Thu was so kind and did a phenomenal job on my pedicure and eyebrows. I have never had someone actually try the colors out on my nails when I was in between picking colors and she did without hesitation. Little to no wait times and they take walk ins as well. They have two locations in Troy and both are clean, well appointed, and have top of the line/updated chairs. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. It is best to schedule appointments (but often they do fit in last minute callers). Catherine is the owner and I am a faithful customer due to her tireless devotion to her business, her staff, and her patrons. The gold standard of nail salons!

I have been going here for over a year now. LIZ is the best nail artist I have ever had. I had no nails to hardly work with. She sees every clients request and makes a master piece. She doesn’t treat you as just a fill or a set. She truly loves and enjoys her job. I would refer ANYONE to her. I’m never rushed and if you don’t like something it’s corrected. She takes her time and NEVER rushes. It’s nice to have a nail tech with so many clients yet remembers your name and what you like,not once but every time you visit. That’s the kind of nail tech anyone would want. If you go here I recommend LIZ OVER ANYONE 😁

The Salon has a nice atmosphere. Michelle did my nails and she did a wonderful job. I usually never get a color twice, but the way they look I m going to have to get it again. I received so many compliments on the color.....mood changing color. She put the acrylic on thick just how I like it because I do a lot of typing at work and they break easily. Its hard for me to find someone to do my nails correctly, but it looks like I found the right person and nail salon. Thanks Michelle.

I’ve been going here since July of 2018. I will always go to Lisa. She really is the best I’ve had for pedicures and manicures. I typically do the sns dip powder and a pedicure. She’s taken care of me since my pregnancy. I have had others do my nails here but they don’t have the same attention to detail as Lisa. The atmosphere is nice. But if you’re a first time customer, Request Lisa. You will love your experience.

I stumbled upon Ecco today and needed my toes painted for a couple of events this weekend. The greeter took me in right away. I needed help picking a colour and the technician helped me match to my dresses and was very efficient. He did have to go in the middle of my procedure but they were very apologetic and I have no issue with that. I was Very happy with the whole experience and I highly recommend Ecco Nails.
