    Ive been going to Premier Nails for over 6 months. Finally I found a nail salon that does a superb job with my nails and pedicure needs. Will is attentive and experienced and his staff is courteous and very talented as well.

    This was my first time going here and they greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Tina did my nails and I appreciated how she asked me if I was pleased with them after every step. I also liked how she didn’t give me an attitude if I told her to add or correct something, she was very nice and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back again!

    I had an amazing pedicure by a young lady. I got black French tip and she hand drew them, AND matched my base! The girl knew what she was doing. I was able to call and get a same day appointment on a Monday. Hubby got a man mani pedi. He enjoyed the pampering! Would continue to go back for services

    I went in for the first time about a month ago and had Chloe as my technician. She is amazing and while I only requested basic nail art, she did a great job. I have found it hard to find nail techs that are also talented with nail art. Its definitely a skill. My nails have lasted longer than ever before without chips or cracks and Ive received so many compliments. I will definitely go back.

    Stopped in after shopping at Homegoods. Henry was great. My nails look the best they have looked in awhile, and he was so nice. Will definitely return, and I highly recommend them.

    I have visited Premier and Nail Spa three times over the past two months. The salon is very clean and the technicians are professional and friendly. I had Connie one time. She was amazing and so sweet! My last two visits were with Vic. He is skillful and highly professional! He even stayed one hour after the store closed because I wanted to change the polish I selected with another color. Wow, what great customer service! Thanks Vic! Though I have not had services with Alvin, he is always friendly and accommodating when I call to schedule an appointment or enter the salon. One of the things I enjoy most about getting services here is the staff take the time to get to know and converse with their customers. Being a salon owner myself, professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness, and skill are all things I want my customers to experience, too. I will be sending my customers your way :) You guys rock!

    Ive been getting acrylics on my nails for about 5 years now and I have not found a salon that can do them anywhere near as great as Premier. I make my appointments with Alvin and he does the absolute BEST job on my nails, they come out perfect every single time. I even go to school in Tallahassee, FL and I make the 4 hour drive just for Alvin to do my nails. The salon is clean, customer service is fantastic, their hours are so convenient (especially if you work full-time), prices are amazing, and conversation is always pleasant. I have never had anything close to a bad experience here and I will continue to be a customer for as long as they are doing nails. I cant recommend this salon enough!!!

    I switched to Premier after several bad experiences with another salon and I am so glad I found them!! Will (I believe) did my nails the first time I went and was friendly and answered all my questions. He made a suggestion on a design I wanted which I ended up loving. I came back for a fill and Alvin did an AMAZING job on the design I asked for. He is truly an artist! They are professional, on time, and my nails are immaculate. They really listen to make sure I get exactly what I want. I will be highly recommending them to everyone and am looking forward to going back many times!

    Went to Premier Nails and Spa for the first time to try the color dip for the first time at the recommendation of a friend of mine. Even though they were busy when I walked in, I was promptly greeted and I only waited about 2 minutes before they had me at the station with the nail tech. I kick myself for not getting his name. He was amazing! He had to give my nails tips because they are too short naturally to do the powder, but he was able to get them nice and short for me. Everyone was super friendly and the gentlemen doing my nails did a fantastic job! I dont get my nails done often, but I will definitely be going to this salon from now on!! Fantastic place!!

    As a person who works in retail and needs to keep up with all trends happening, Alvin has always kept me up to date! I followed him from another salon to opening his own business! Every experience I have had in his salon, along with Will and the rest of his team, has always been the best. It’s like getting pampered while hanging out with friends who are always welcoming. As big of a pain as I know I am when it comes to my nails, he’s surely kept me happy for all these years! And...... just like everyone else, nail techs appreciate any business, especially as a small business owner. Therefore, common courtesy and coming in at a timely manner should be given so they can also go home to their families! Those of you leaving bad reviews because of your own timing, like coming in an hour before closing, and expecting them to stay past business hours, you really need to re-evaluate how you treat others. As for the disrespectful English comment, I’ve not had any issues communicating with Alvin or any of the nail techs. I love getting my nails done with Alvin and the team. Oh! And Don’t forget, you catch more bees with honey 😉

    First of all let me start by saying I’ve been going to Alvin for nails for over 4 years, I started going to him before he owned this salon, and I followed him because there’s just no one like him. Not only is he extremely professional and talented , but he’s welcoming, and extremely friendly and just an overall wonderful person. We’ve become friends over the years, and I couldn’t imagine anyone else doing my nails. It’s always such a great experience, and my favorite salon period.

    Ive tried most nail salons in Lake Mary and rarely go to the same one twice because Im always disappointed. This place was amazing. Seems to be run by a family, everyone was incredibly nice. They did a great job, will definitely be going back.

    I’ve been coming here for awhile. Staff is always friendly and the price is good. I typically don’t write reviews but I just got my nails done and was very happy with the service I received. The nail tech I had today was Ken. He finished my nails and I realized I didn’t like the color. He was very responsive and told me he would have no problem changing them. He changed the color with no extra charge, and the gel color change alone is $20. Will definitely continue to keep going to this salon. Sophia is also really good at nails, she has been doing mine for years now!

    So I have been to this Nail spa twice. First time Henry was my nail tech. I got a pedicure and he was super great. My previous pedicure (done at a different nail salon) wasnt that great. Anywho, he asked me about length and shape and I told him and he did exactly that. Once he finished I was super happy about my color and everything. Now fast forward to my second visit (3 months later, I know Im trying to get my life together yall lol). I tried to schedule an appointment with Henry again and they fit me in for an hour before closing. Again I got a pedicure and told him he was the last to do them. So we joked about that but again he asked how I wanted them and didnt rush he took his time and made sure everything was to my liking. Ill definitely go back and ask for Henry again. 😊

    This salon is under new management/owner and I could not be more excited. The salon is clean and newly remodeled. They have just bought new, high quality OPI powder which lasts forever on my nails when others have failed. They also have easily matched polish for your toes. Ive had great experience with all the staff but Alvin is who I chose to do my nails. He is quick and thorough. Highly recommend everyone give this plave a try, I have never left disappointed.

    I get my nails done from Alvin every couple weeks, he’s on time for my appointments and always remembers exactly what I like. It’s amazing! I’ve also had Vic for a few pedicures and he is wonderful! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

    I took my mom there for a pedicure for her birthday. We brought our own organic nail polish in, and they were happy to accommodate. Everyone made sure I was being helped. It was a friendly atmosphere, and the bathroom was super clean. Loved that they had a Hello Kitty pedicure seat for kids, as well as a Kids Menu. I would highly recommend.

    I Googled best recommended nail salon near me & they popped up with 4.5 stars. So I called and asked the gentleman now come to be known as Will if they could do designs in which he said yes and low and behold he came through!!!!!! For the first time I actually got what I asked for!!!!!!! They are also very down to Earth!! Theyve got a customer in me for good!!

    Thanks to a few referrals I decided to try Premier Nails & Spa, and thank god I did because they are Fing FANTASTIC! I go to Alvin (even though Will is just as amazing), but my nails come out PERFECT EVERY SINGLE TIME! He will fix exactly what I ask of him and doesnt let me leave until I am 100% happy with my nails. I do dip powder, and havent had one break yet! They are super professional and I will also add in, FUNNY! Highly recommend this place even though I dont want all my reservations spots to fill up! LOL
