Waxing doesn’t get better than this! The space is impeccably clean, smells wonderful, and leaves you with a sense of accomplishment. While waxing may not be the most fun experience, the European Wax Center makes it the best it can be. The staff ensures you feel cared for, and the entire process is incredibly smooth and seamless. Monica was amazing! I booked her for my first appointment 4-5 weeks ago and she was the sweetest woman ever and she was also very fast which is what I asked for when I went in. My old waxer moved over an hour away from me, so I was nervous to switch. But Monica didn’t disappoint! I was in and out just like that. I’ve been going to this Lake Mary location for over 2 years and Monica has been my esthetician since day one. First and foremost, the front desk team are always pleasant and kind. They accommodate all reasonable requests and are truly exceptional at customer service-you’ll never feel like a bother. Secondly and most importantly, Monica has been a gem since my first visit. She’s extremely nice and will make you feel comfortable, even with your knees to your chest but more even more impressive is, I’ve never had an ingrown or infected hair. I truly believe her experience and knowledge in her craft prohibits this from occurring. I’ve had my underarm hair get infected from an ingrown hair about 10 years ago which required surgery, so you’ll understand my hesitance in waxing again. But nope, no issues with Monica. I do remember, during our first session, she was even able to get a hair, that I assumed was a pimple. But again, her inspection and experience determined it was an ingrown and it was removed immediately. This overall team is what keeps me a member.

Summer is the BEST! Very professional, patient & informative. She’s the only reason I drive 40min!The reception area does need some work. I called 5 times & I would be placed on hold for 2 minutes and the call would drop. When I finally got to speak with someone, that person was rude & not very polite. She hung up on me once I rescheduled. When I arrive to my appointment they don’t welcome you, they just ask for your name! Definitely need some work in this area!

So I live in the Daytona area and always use my local EWC in ormond. Unfortunately it’s my bday week and my local store was closed to AC issues. As I panicked I remembered I can go to another location, even though this location was 30 miles out of the way there was no way I was going to miss my bday wax. I made a reservation at the Lake Mary location. I had wax specialist Kristen!! She was awesome , we instantly started talking , I told her how I can be a little nervous to the Brazilian even though I’ve been with EWC getting Brazilians fit the past 6 years, I still get nervous it will hurt. Kristen added pressure after each area which I haven’t had a waxer do the past Cpl years, it felt so much better with that technique! I wish I lived closer to use Kristen again I appreciated herAll around with my appointment.Only issue I did have was normally when I tip they hand me the envelope to put the money in and seal it in myself. I did notice the girl at the front insisted on me giving her the money to put in the envelope. I did not get to see her put it in the envelope and I just had to weary feeling at that moment, I’m not saying that my waxer didn’t get her complete tip It was just out of the normal routine I’ve done for the past 6 years!Thank again EWC!
