Chely is phenomenal at what she does. Very articulate with her placement of extensions. It’s never about dollars with her she truly cares about her clients, she will do what’s best for your hair type and will never do anything that would damage your hair. You will leave her chair feeling beautiful with a boost in confidence. Since meeting her, I will never allow anyone else to do my hair, I would follow her where ever she went! She’s the best!
