First in formals the most formal spa I ever gone too in Lakeland. I called and received same day appointment for cut, blow dry hair, they got me in 30 minutes later, not only did I receive a cut and blow out but Julie also did a toner on my hair to cover my greys, it looks so natural. When I tell you this place is so relaxing and friendly. So welcoming this family really touch my heart. I’ve not gone to get my hair done in so long and to come to Julie and her family made makes me want to come here more often. I’m highly grateful of the outcome of my hair. Desiree is her daughter and is just as great as her mom! Her mani, pedi and massages are beyond expected. Pietro now has joined the family salon and does a great job also. Due to a series of unfortunate events, my hair was a hot mess and really overdue for a cut.I took a chance and gave them a call - fortunately, and to my surprise - they were able to squeeze me in this afternoon. I was wowed by the fantastic hair cut & style I received. Not only do I absolutely love my hair, but the warmth and hospitality shown by everyone I interacted with was outstanding.I just gave her a little guidance on what I was thinking about, and she took it from there. The cut I received was perfect for my face and looks fantastic. Seriously, a wizard with the scissors!Also, they have massage chairs in the shampoo area, which is a nice touch.A+ all around. I will definitely be back.

I searched all Sunday morning for a salon and ran across this hidden gem and I mean Gem. My experience was phenomenal. Once in the door the decor was shocking, it was all white, classy, elegant. I thought I stepped into a Hollywood spa. The staff welcomed me so warmly, smiling and so calm, literaly 0 judgement and that was before they heard what I wanted. I then asked for a Fantasy hair color with layered cut and style. Also once I found out they do it all, I wanted a full makeover head to to and they could not be more excited. They were ready to hear my vision and super knowledgeable about every detail of service. I also got my lashed done, gel manicure and pedicure and eyebrow tint. They were very attentive to my needs and comfort. I feel blessed to have run accros this heavenly place. Definitely not going anywhere else again. Big thank you to Gulia, Desirée, and Milayka. After bouncing around hair stylists for a few years I’ve definitely found the one! I was recommended to Giulya and Pietro. I traveled from out of town to come here because I’ve seen some great work! They are miracle workers for sure, taking me from black box dye over years of bleach and color, to a silver blonde with pops of color, in one session! They are inviting, friendly, so talented, and professional. The salon is beyond cute and they are the sweetest people and went above and beyond my expectations! And my hair feels and looks so much better!

Giulya and Desire, they’re amazing! I had gotten an unfortunate haircut from another establishment and Giulya spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. She’s so skilled and so sweet. I have been getting facials here once a month since this salon opened. Desire is wonderful! The whole experience is so relaxing….. This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my hair. Shes amazing, kind, caring, thoughtful, professional and fab. She knows when I need my hair cut she knows my voice instantly and I never have to explain anything to her as she remembers my needs. I took my daughter to the salon, because they were one of the only spots open on Sunday. The people here are so kind, and welcoming! They do not speak fluent English, but they speak enough to understand your needs. We brought our own products, because my husband is allergic to fragrances. They were able to work with my daughter with such care. Her hair cut is perfect, and exactly what she wanted. Honestly, based on the experience alone, Id come back. They brought us Italian chocolates, and soda. They have a coffee and espresso machine. If you are looking for a quality salon experience, come to this salon!

In my near 30 years of life, Ive rarely been to a hairdresser that cared at all about my own perception of beauty, the health of my hair, and my satisfaction as a customer. Cielos cares.Guilya was the main hairdresser with Pierto and Daisy assisting with washing, toning and eyebrow waxing. Guilya was so dedicated during the process, it was apparent she takes a lot of pride in her work. The process of transformation and inspiration of a customer who FEELS more beautiful after her care is something that feeds her.My mother and I booked a 2 hour appointment, they worked on us for a little over 3 hours accomodating extra procedures like toning, root touch ups, basically redoing my first cut, and waxing my eyebrows.I am so satisfied with my experience here, and will definitely be back.

It is a 100% Italian beauty salon with excellent quality Italian products. The attention is VERY PROFESSIONAL, knowledgeable 100% of their work, with personalized advice and careful down to the smallest details. Getting there was my best choice and I wouldnt change it for anything. I congratulate Giulya, the owner, and the entire team for making me feel and transforming me into a beautiful woman.
