    Had an Absolutely AMAZING Experience 🤩 with Adriana 🥰🫶🏻 She Gave me the Exact Haircut I wanted literally exactly the way I imagined it!! Getting so many compliments and my hair feels extremely silky and so beautiful!! I love it!! If I could rate 100 stars I would !!

    Every time I visit, Reina leaves me feeling absolutely gorgeous. She does my hair quickly and thoroughly, with perfect results.The atmosphere is amazing and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I will keep returning over and over.

    10 OUT OF 10 Would definitely recommend. I have driven by this salon for so many years, I just was in town decided to take a shot and I was very pleased. Juana, Kiara, Marta & all the other ladies were very sweet and so professional I kept seeing women come in and leave so amazing. I personally had my hair colored and highlighted. I am so Happy with my end results. I have become a customer for sure and will be returning more in the future.

    Love it here! Got my first silk press on my 4c hair, it’s been over a week and my hair is still loose! They did trim my hair too much so beware

    I go here every year for my keratin treatment and every year Im ecstatic with my results. With proper care my hair will last 10 months. These ladies are the upmost best I have ever let treat my hair.

    They are so good at what they do ! Had a mommy and daughters day out and They did an amazing job on all 3 of our heads and they have really good prices. I found my go to hair salon. Finally after living in Florida for 8 years . Ladies this is the place they are also very nice ladies. So recommend you wont regret it 😉

    They are super welcoming and knowledgeable of what they are doing. I went with an idea but not really knowing what would work and they were patient and super helpful. This will be my hair salon from now on. Definitely recommend.

    I took my goddaughters here to get a blowout. Loved that the ladies were patient with the children and the result is everything. This is a first come first served business and limited english.

    They are wonderful. The women are friendly and they will transform you quick. I have only been there twice and was recognized and greeted warmly. They are clean. Hours are longer than most places and they educate you on whats best for your hair type.

    ALL the staff was not only knowledgeable but they made sure to attend to our comfort. They were kind and gentle with my little girls. It was their first professional salon haircut. I also appreciated that they spoke English, did not have blaring music, nor were they speaking Spanish loudly across salon to one another. These are personal pet peeves. I would highly recommend them. We plan on returning.

    Went there with my daughter and sister. I was going to be a bridesmaid and my daughter a flower girl. They worked so hard to make us look beautiful and the hair looked amazing all day. I had my hair dyed, trimmed and styled. I am very happy with the result. They get busy on a Saturday so it is best to turn up before they open. Thanks again ladies.

    Been looking for a new salon since moving to Lakeland and decided to take a chance with this place and very happy I did. Although I was a walk in, they were able to get me started within 15 min after arriving and I was done 90 min. later. For a Friday and I did not get there until noon, that was awesome. I will definitely use them again.

    Walked in with my daughter. We were welcomed the minute we walked. We both had hair washed, cut and dried. The service was incredible and will definitely come back to get my hair done here more often.

    They always do a great job!! My daughters and I have been going here since before they relocated to south Florida ave. Nice customer service. They arent very fluent in English but they know enough lol. Great for natural hair as well!!!

    I am natural and I go here every couple of months to straighten my hair and they do a great job. I have also gotten my hair colored and cut here. No complaints they are certainly experts and keep me coming back.

    The only thing that concerned me was that my appointment was for 10 but they weren’t in the shop at all and they had also booked a few other ladies the same time we waited 45 minutes outside and it was very hot.. the time of business was not posted neither they do an amazing job but someone should be in the shop ready for clients before we get there and I heard from the ladies that they do this a lot which concerns me we make appointments for a reason we may have other things to do I just wish they changeThank you for your serviceAnd u hope this will help out to make your business better 🙏🙏🙏

    So I was in here a couple of weeks ago… I asked the lady to make my hair even on both sides and take off the damaged hair in the back without making it super short.. it costed 35$ for shampoo and cut which is totally fair* but she didn’t even my hair up like I asked…. One side was significantly higher than the other… I have Aspergers syndrome… it was loud and there were a lot of people in the salon… so I hurried out because I was extremely over stimulated and could not speak to say what I needed her to fix… that was my 3rd time being in a salon my entire life**… I’m changing my review to 4 stars only because, today, they charged me another 35$ to cut off the 2 inches that I asked to be cut off 2 weeks ago… and she took off more in the back when I just wanted the sides to match**… BUT, she did an excellent job!!…I’ve never had my hair this short before.. it’s somewhat of a Halle Berry bob style… but it was a too pricy to correct a mistake I didn’t make… I will likely be returning for future haircuts… but next time I will bring someone that can speak for me that way I don’t have to return to have a mistake fixed…I wanted to put 3 starts because it ended up costing me 70$ total for the short style I was going for and my hair was not long to begin with.. but they were kind and it’s not their job to understand a person with Aspergers… the other ladies that were in there getting their hair done looked fabulous! They do great work at this place… so I would 10 out of 10 recommend this salon to anyone that doesn’t have Aspergers***

    If I could get 10 stars I would rate the level of care I received here, especially from the stylist Martha, she makes you feel like she is your family and not just a hair professional. I love my conversations with her and she has been taking great care of my hair. I moved here from Orlando, nervous about not being able to find a stylist who knew how to handle my hair type, Martha eased all my concerns and constantly gives me advice on what to do to keep my hair working hard.

    My name is Maria, she took care of me, Juana in the house and they washed my hair, keratins and dryer, blower and straightener, Martha took care of me, she has the hands of God, they are all excellent with hard service. All day they were working with my hair and they treated me with a service excellent until I downloaded the phone and Martha kedo in send me the photos hehe thanks for your service The only place that works

    I went just to wash and trim the ends. The lady who trimmed me is a sweetheart and was a blessing for my hair. Years ago I didnt see my natural curly hair. I love her. I dont change my beauty anymore. I will also be taking my daughter who has curly hair. Not everyone knows how to trim this type of delicate hair.
