Angel did a lovely job on my hair! She used this amazing product on my hair, a deep conditioning mask, which helped bring back life to my dry hair. I was so sold, that I want to buy it now! She took good care of me and the school itself is so cute! One of the cutest beauty schools I’ve been in. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming! Would definitely come back ☺️

Jade gave me the best haircut and face framing trim. Exactly what I asked for!! She was so kind and professional and took her time and you could tell she genuinely cared! 100% recommend her!! Ive literally never been happier with my hair. That being said Kristen did an amazing job. Back in October I saw her for a cut, we did a patch test (it was free) to make sure I didnt have any reactions to the developer, because I had mentioned that I wanted to dye my hair. Well, it took me a while to decide on my final look, but Wednesday I finally got the nerve to go back to get my fun colors. I knew I wanted vibrant colors, but not so much it was obnoxious. This was the first time Id ever gotten anything but natural colors. She matched my natural as we did grey coverage, (they were bad 🫣) while shed bleached the underside of my hair. Because of the time constraints of night school, I returned the next day, yesterday, and we completed the vibrants. We went with two colors, that she mixed perfectly to achieve the shade of blue and purple I wanted. Throughout the entire process her instructor Dan checked in on us and asked me how I felt the process was going. When I told him how comfortable she had made me and answered every question I had, he praised her, and then he went to help others with their clients. I walked in with the colors I had dreamed of in mind, showed her my inspo pic and she nailed it. The schools salon pricing is a fraction of a high end salon with the same outcome. I will definitely be following my new hair stylist after she graduates. Before and after photos with a video of the outcome.

I came into empire really needing a haircut today. I booked with Kayla to do my service. I am an absolutely amazed at the haircut she gave me! I got exactly what I wanted! Kayla really took her time to make sure everything was cut perfectly even and gave me the best blow out ever! I am so thankful to have seen her today! I called to schedule an appointment to 🎼🎵 Wash That Grey Right Out of My Hair 🎶I was fortunate to get an appointment for the next day. Realize I had a patch test done at an earlier date.I met Angie and her instructor. We had a short consultation, and they fully understood my concerns with color, because I have long natural red hair, and I wanted my natural color to be matched and brought back to life.Angie did a wonderful job. She worked confidently under the watchful eye of Mr. Robert. The color came out beautiful, shiny and silky smooth.I dont think this photo does it justice. I wet my hair to show my mom that I still had a lot of wave because it was blowed dried and straightened when I got home.Extra Bonus:ALL hair care products are on sale this month, so I purchased special shampoo and conditioner to help preserve my color.I also bought some Easter basket gifts for my daughter, who is also a red head.THANK YOU Empire, Mr. Robert, and Angie.Keep up the great work! Amazing experience! The moment I walked in the door I was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the establishment. I was grateful to have Alexis Townson cut and style my hair. I haven’t had a cut that I have genuinely been happy with in a long time. She did a phenomenal job. Alexis was friendly, 100% professional, and gave me some great tips on how to style my hair, as well as how to keep it healthy. I really appreciated the consistent feedback and check-ins Mr. Robert did when making his rounds to each student needing assistance. I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience, and 100% recommend Empire! 😊

The staff was very welcoming and the students are polite as well. The environment is so calm and friendly as you enter the building. Had the pleasure of having Nwaneka give me a spiral perm this morning. I could not be any happier. Shes a sweet person and does her craft very well. Extremely detail oriented and excellent listening skills. Whereever she ends up after graduation will be lucky to have her.Edit. Absolutely thrilled with the spiral perm I got today. August 22, 2023. This visit Maria was my stylist. She introduced herself to me when I arrived, professional and a wonderful personality. She will definitely go far in her chosen field. I would highly recommend her. This school is very professional and does an impeccable job at making sure they understand exactly what the client wants. Desirae was so attentive to detail and made me feel very comfortable and confident in her skills. Daniel was also a delight. He was very involved with his students and is always willing to give some extra advice when needed. On top of the fact that you won’t find prices cheaper anywhere else since you are trusting students with your hair! I will most definitely be going back!

Amazing service by April as always! Highly recommend! Also, her teachers were very helpful and encouraging the entire time I was there!Only disappointment was the bullying I witnessed by 2 young female students, the judgment and hatefulness that came from those 2 students while they pretended to wash hair was absolutely disgusting. I could only imagine a self conscious client sitting there and feeling uncomfortable, while those 2 girls sat and talked and laughed at everyone who had a conversation or walked by. Every person is paying to get an education or service there and it should be a judgement free zone but with those 2 students it definitely was not a comfortable time.

Angel was my hair stylist in training today who helped, along with suggestions by the instructor, on how to give my hair a refresh and improved look. I was in need of a trim and some layering and framing. Now that my hair is fine, thin, aging and medical issues are to blame, these ladies knew just what to do. I have had very thick, naturally curly hair all of my life until the past couple of years. Angel was fantastic in listening to what I wanted, I also had pictures, and made me feel pampered and relaxed. August 1, 2024.I refreshed my look with a cut and style by Megan. She listen to what I was seeking, referring to photos I brought, and Megan checked with the instructor, Miss Precious, for guidance and tips.The process was not rushed, relaxing, and I loved the finished look. I will be returning in the next week or two for a refresh or change in color, and I will request Megan for sure! I recommend Empire Beauty School for many affordable line of services. Every hair stylist started in cosmetology school!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I returned today, April 25, 2023, for my appointment for a cut and color. Shelby C. was assigned the week before to perform the services. Again, stellar work was performed from beginning to end! While additional product was needed to tone down my golden undertones, Shelby took the time and effort to achieve the effect desired. She didnt require constant reassurance or guidance, she trusted the skills Empire has taught their students. Mr. Robert kept an eye on the progress and quickly answered any questions that came up. The three of us were all very pleased with the final color, the cut, and the finishing touches Shelby applied. I highly recommend her! I will be back in six weeks for an appointment already scheduled with Shelby.--------------I have been a patron of beauty schools for many years. While others may be hesitant, the only way great stylists perfect their skills is by hands on experience. Especially on real individuals, not just mannequins. Recently I came in for a wash, cut and style. Genesis P. was assigned to my appointment. Not only did she take her time, when needed, she consulted with the instructors. From the gentle and relaxing wash and deep conditioning treatment, to a layered cut, blow dry and then curling with a curling iron, every process was done with precision and care. My hair is naturally curly and while I typically wear it natural, and dont routinely use heat elements on my hair to style it; this was a treat to myself.
