The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was no wait time so we got right in. I went in mother’s Day weekend to get my son’s hair cut! I have had Sara cutting his hair for some time now! She went to the Highlands store and I was happy to follow to keep her as his stylist! Well I had been wanting to cut my hair for YEARS! Nervous and anxious I asked Sara if she could cut my hair like a picture I had showed her and she YES! So I went for it! I think she cut a good 10 inches off to give me a spiky faux hawk! That I absolutely LOVE! Sara is very professional, and fun! She pays total attention to what it is you ask of her! I HIGHLY recommend her and Great Clips! Thanks Sara

With online check in, it is never a problem to get in/out quickly. I liked the way Lauren styled/cut my hair and the various other stylists that I have had have done a decent job with the cut also. The place is always clean and the stylists are always friendly and efficient.

Today I was contacted by Stacey about my bad experience at another Great Clips and she said if I could come to her location she would fix my hair and make it right. I have to say I was a little nervous about it, but Stacey was great and did a fantastic job. Love my cut. She turned a bad experience into a positive. She is professional and very good at her work.

What makes this my go-to place? Simple, its Daryl. I followed him from his previous shop, and hes the only guy I let touch my hair. Hes knowledgeable, comfortable to work with, and provides great service. Set an appointment and let him work his magic.

Usually I go to Sports Clips for my 6 year old, but they were not accepting any more guests with 40 minutes left before closing, so I rushed over to Great Clips to squeeze my son in for a haircut since school started the next day. I walked right in and there was a chair available, the lady who cut his hair was so nice and made sure I was happy with his cut. I can be picky with his hair, and she was very accommodating and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I don’t review places much, but this one did such an amazing job it deserves one.! I’m new to the area so I haven’t cut my hair in a year. I was very nervous and the staff was so friendly.! I felt very welcomed and it calmed my nerves. A huge shoutout to JT as he handled my hair service.! He was very helpful and listened to what I wanted. I will be definitely going again and especially with JT to do my hair again.!

So satisfied with this location! Chelsea did my hair and I absolutely love it! Prior to walking into this location it had been 15 years since my hair had seen a pair of scissors!I have healthy, beautiful, shiny hair again! Looks amazing, easy to maintain in this Florida heat!I donated my long hair to Wigs for Kids,corp, which is a company that takes old, healthy, cut off hair, and turns them into BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING, Wigs for young children. I went to pay for the haircut and was told it was FREE! Following this I was also given a card for my next cut only $9.99!Absolutely no more convincing me! Any company that not only helps our children, but also thanks their customers for helping in their fightz i can and do stand behind!

Went to the Great Clips in Lakeland on Harden Blvd. for a trim between my regularly scheduled haircut. I checked in online prior to going and did not have to wait. The salon was very clean and my stylist Kristin was professional, friendly, and trimmed my hair exactly as I requested.Would definitely return next time I need a trim.
