I don’t know why there’s a bunch of bad reviews but I enjoyed my experience. I went to get a haircut with my girlfriend today. We had Kendra and Megan and they were very helpful and informative. I have longer layered hair and my girlfriend likes to keep hers short with a fade. We both got shampoo and cuts and they educated us on how the condition of our hair is and tips on how we can maintain and style it. I’ve always gone to Great Clips and this by far is my favorite location and my favorite stylists. This is our new regular haircut spot! Thank you guys. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 -

Deb is great she is helping me with my extremely damaged hair. The haircut she gave me is so cute. I will be going to her from now on. Deb is a miracle worker, to say the least. She used a shampoo and conditioner that helped my hair a lot she said she can get my hair back to healthy in 2 or 3 months. I can only imagine how nice it is going to be by then going by how it feels now. Deb will indeed be my go to girl. Thanks Deb. -

I stopped in to this Great Clips location, as a walk-in. There was no wait and Avery was very attentive to listen as to how I wanted my hair cut and even confirmed the length after making the first cutting. I left a happy customer with lighter, healthier hair. -

My 2 sisters and mother had our hair cut by Pinky and Riley. They did a great job and we are very happy with our hair and ready for Christmas pictures. 2 of us got layers and they came out very nice as well. They were also very friendly and helpful with suggestions for different hair products to try. We used the online check in while shopping near by and I’d recommend doing this to avoid waiting at the store. -

Riley was again, amazing!!! She is very friendly and always strives to do the best she can when doing my hair. Every time I get it cut it looks wonderful! I highly recommend her. -

My husband and I had about an hour to kill while waiting on my son to join us for dinner so we both decided to pop in to Great Clips. I got a trim and he got a buzz cut. We got the seniors price, $16.00 each and along with a $5.00 tip for each stylist, we spent $42.00 total. I was satisfied with the price the professional, but mostly impressed with the speedy service because they seemed to know thier craft and had excellent customer service skills. I really appreciate professional individuals who take responsibility for knowing what their job responsibilities are and executing them competently. I find it appalling that there are clerks who cant count change, and doctors who force thier patients to do thier own research because they either dont know or dont care enough to really do their jobs and make sure thier patients know what to do after a serious diagnosis like kidney failure. It seems like such a small thing; comparing a good haircut to incompetent doctors care, but I see good customer service so infrequently anymore, that on the rare occasions when I do encounter it, I have to relay the good news. It seems poor service has become the accepted norm. Its a sad commentary on our current situation. -

Not only is my Great Clips extra convenient because it’s close to where I live - it has online scheduling which makes things so easy to plan. The stylists are fun and I know when I get there I will have a blast and when I leave my hair will look amazing! See Pinkee for the best hair wash you’ve ever had! -

PINKY is absolutely fabulous. Even after moving away I still drive about 40 mins to let her cut my hair. She is efficient and NEVER disappoints! Pinky listens to my ideas and brings them to life so effortlessly. The shop itself is very clean and the wait times are minimal. I highly suggest giving the lady with the pink hair a shot if you’re looking for a regular stylist/barber in the area. 10/10 -

Took my 2 year old for her first haircut. The guy was super patient with my terrified toddler and her hair looks amazing. Despite the rude old lady that came in with nasty looks towards me and my kids the experience was good! -
