    This is one of the NICEST Ultas Ive ever been to. April cut my hair today and she did amazing like as soon as I saw her and we spoke I knew she was gonna do a great job. I just moved here and was looking for somewhere to get my hair cut. Def recommend this place. April was so sweet and also so knowledgeable about hair and the products.

    Trey was awesome! It’s been a while since I shopped for makeup and I’m going on an important trip to me soon, that being said he was so kind, enthusiastic, and helpful in getting me what I needed. It’s not often that you get staff so willing to make sure customers are happy. 10/10

    My stylist was Ashleigh and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Keep it dark and add some dimension. I love how it turned out. Ashleigh is that stylist!

    I had MAJOR issues.. but the hair stylist is gone. Im shocked shes still even employed by Ulta.. and is now at the Southside location. MAJOR MISTAKE! Im giving the whole story and it gets insane.So I believe in giving people a chance to correct their mistakes. Sadly Laura RUINED my hair. Not only that but she had EVERY EXCUSE possible! Its the city water, purple shampoo.. the lighting. Every excuse possible! As you can see by the pictures it was YELLOW!! My scalp was BLEEDING!!!I had a consultation at the south location and right after Laura told me she was moving to that location 😡🤬 So I waited for her to leave north so there wasnt any conflict. Welp.. I was wrong. Not only did she look up my profile (and Im sure every other client of hers).. she text me and called me NON STOP!!! THEN she canceled my appointment with the new stylist!! Like true bunny boiler status! I got mgmt involved to have her stop.. it was RIDICULOUS!!SO Brenda did my hair.. and its (obviously) AMAZING!!! It took her over 5 hrs to correct Lauras work.The before pic in chair was Lauras attempt at fixing the yellow in previous pictures. After is what Brenda did.The Management.. most importantly Adrienne and Sam.. were all AMAZING!!! Truly top notch!!I will NEVER use anyone but Brenda.

    I have been coming to this Ulta for over 7 years, and MEGAN has been the most helpful associate I have ever met!She helped me pick out 8 separate items that I know I will love. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, I cannot possibly say enough great things about her! Thank you!!

    Cannot say enough about my hair stylist Merry! Loving the additional colors, we decided to add to my hair! Colors are so bold and gorgeous 🤩 She hit this look out of the park! Im never disappointed with any of her services. My daughter got some tinsel in her hair, too, and is rocking it out. Definitely, recommend her for any services you may want or need. You will not be disappointed!

    Erica is the BEST!!! Do yourself a favor and go to her. I drive 40-60 minutes just for her. Erica is an absolute sweetheart and will always take care of you and your needs while maintaining the integrity of your hair. I have gone to her for my blonde hair and my redhead phase and she absolutely kills it every time. I have always left feeling confident with the cut and color. I have recommended her to all of my friends and they have all loved her as well. If you are anywhere in Orlando—she is worth the drive. You will be so happy you went to her!!!

    Ilyanis is great! I got a haircut and got my hair styled with Ilyanis and she did an amazing job. My hair turned out so pretty and she is super friendly too!

    I don’t know what it is but this girl goes ABOVE and beyond for us. SOUTH SIDE LAKELAND D is horrible and dismissive. I prefer north . Tbh SOUTH seems a bit racist, I dont wanna be inclined to think that but I can’t think of no other reason why they are dismissed towards just people of color

    Chelsea was phenomenal at this location. I never wear make up so I never spend a lot of money at Ulta because I really don’t know what to buy. Chelsea was able to assist me with all of the accessories that I needed in addition to my foundation. She also introduced me to new brands that I would’ve never tried, she is a wonderful asset to your store and to the team. Thank you, Chelsea. .     When I came to Ulta to find perfume for my birthday, I was surprised to see all the samples locked away. One of the employees told me people were stealing samples, which is awful since it ruins the experience for everyone. Because of that, I had trouble finding the one I wanted. Fortunately, I was able to get assistance from an employee named James. James was AMAZING. He had so much patience in helping me choose a perfume. He showed me over 15 different perfumes.

    I had an incredible waxing experience at this locations Benefit Brow Bar with their arch expert Sydney! I was impressed with not only her friendliness, but also her in depth knowledge and the time and care she spent making sure that my eyebrows were perfect! This store always has great service, a clean environment, a staff that goes above and beyond.

    Tonight I went to Ulta, in desperation to find a concealer due to my skin being torn from a waxing sensitivity. I met one the best associates of Ulta, Trey. He was not just a God send but one of the most intentional and knowledgeable artists I’ve ever met. He is the epitome of customer care and service. He was such a safe space in the most intimidating and embarrassing moments I was facing (this next week is a huge and important week for me). I walked in with no idea how to fix the very apparent burn marks on my face and could hardly look anyone in the eye because of how awful I felt I looked and walked out with a smile and confidence all will be well. Trey, helped remind me of my purpose, while boosting my confidence. I really hope this company knows they have one of the most amazing human beings representing their company so so so well. I am grateful! Thank you, thank you, thank youTrey, for being such a kind and caring soul.

    Our experiences at the Ulta Lakeland Park center has always been great. All the associates there are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The manager Melissa is amazing!! Shes has great customer service, and leadership skills. Which now days are hard to find in the retail and management field. I took my daughter to get a haircut and the girl who help us was new and still under supervision ( she was very sweet and did a great job ). Melissa the manager was constantly coming to her to supervise her, she was very patient, she gave her advice to improve her techniques and reassure her with positive feedback at all time.I have another Ulta store much closer to me but I much rather drive the extra 10 miles.

    Great store and staff. I had a hair appointment with Laura and had a great experience. She is doing all the right things. I understood her accent well enough and am impressed she looked up a word she wanted to pronounce correctly. Not to mention my husband said she did the best job on my colour and cut he has seen thus far. I thought so too! Ill be back.

    I love Ulta. So much makeup, so little time and money. They have a huge selection of any kind of makeup you can think of high and low and drugstore prestige you name it they probably have it. This store was nice clean well organized I had to wait long to check out other than that was a good experience.

    This is one of my favorite locations. They have specials happening very often! Right now they have hair items in the liter size on sale. American Crew is the most popular hair product for men, and they have liters on sale for $12.99! Normally up to $36, so it is a great value. They have a Lot of product for Men, so dont think of them as just for the ladies store. We want our skin to be the way we remember our prime, so moisturize and plump applies to us as well. With the Holidays long gone, now is the time to grab clearance deals on all that did not sale. If you need a new storage case value are available. For gingerbread bath soap, now is the time to pick it up for next year. All fun stuff, and some excellent values. The staff are more than happy to help with any questions you might have.

    Great variety of products for all ethnic backgrounds.I purchased a high-end foundation, quality mascara, lasting primer setting spray, and eyebrow gel and walked out spending less that $50.All staff was pleasant and helpful.Thank you Carrie for finding the right shades for my skin tone.     Love their 20% off coupons and points for buying products. I scored a $75 jar of Perricone MD Face Firming tinted SPF30 moisturizer for $1.07 by combining my accrued points along with 20% off coupon. Cant beat that!! Always friendly and helpful sales staff, and many name brand high end lines, as well as drugstore name brands. Love Ulta!

    I had a wonderful experience. On my birthday, I wanted to treat myself to something nice. I wanted to look and feel pretty as the past year Id battled breast cancer. Kiki took excellent care of me! She was professional and confident, yet so warm and kind. I highly recommend her and will return soon.

    This is the best Ulta I’ve been too! I went in to grab a few stuff for an event the next day and Amira ( I am so sorry if I butchered your name or I said it wrong, I am really bad with names) was literally the sweetest checking out she was so nice.     Ive been to a few different Ulta Beautys but this one is my favorite. They were very kind and I felt I could ask for help if I needed any. Store was bright, clean and organized, the organization is somthing I have not experienced at other Ultas and I found it very nice. Cashiers were friendly and efficient, they even let me talk their ear off for a bit as there wasnt a line behind me. Will definitely come back for my makeup needs.

    They where busy when i went in and i was still able to get the help i needed and was able to make it a quick experience. The staff where really kind.It was.. Expensive. But its make up. So idk what i expected. But super nice all the same. The store felt very clean and it was easy to find what i needed.

    This was my first trip to an Ulta store. The employees were amazing, helping us find what we needed. Some of the other customers, however, need a lesson in manners. And they should really do something about the checkout lines.

    I love my hair Kassandra Hahn did such an amazing job turning my hair from medium dark brown to silver gray. The girls in the beauty department and brow station are also very helpful and full of knowledge. I spent 4 hours enjoying myself with them talking about and showing me product, I had no idea that I was in there so long. They are all so absolutely friendly.

    The Salon at Ulta is awesome! YES they do mens haircuts! Pablo is fantastic and gets my cut right every time! His fades are fantastic and super well blended. He also makes sure to explain WHY hes doing things the way he is as he does it for you. The girls in the Salon are also super friendly and helpful! Looking forward to my next appointment! 10/10 would reccomend to all of my friends!

    I came to get my make up done and Ulga was AMAZING! She made me look so beautiful! She went above and beyond to do my makeup and she was so sweet! I highly recommended her, if you go to get your makeup done!

    Ulta beauty and salon in Northside Lakeland is a center of beauty and relaxation.Everything from the salon and facials to just browsing in the store is luxurious. The people inside are very welcoming, pleasant, and eager to help with anything you may need assistance with. The salon manager, Samantha Strizalkouski , especially is hard working, friendly, and efficient. My sister and I followed her from a previous location because of her skill and attention to detail. She is extremely talented and makes every visit the best part of the day. I look forward to my next appointment.
