    I had a great experience at arbor square great clips. I recommend you ask for the hairstylist Veronica. I got a low taper fade with a trim on top.

    I swore never to go back here because there was a mean lady who messed my sons hair up. A nice lady fixed it the next day so gave them another chance. The mean lady was there again and cut my husbands hair like a 90s N*Sync member and said WHAT ARE YOU IN THE MILITARY?! when he asked her to fix it. My son was getting his hair cut again, and the nice lady told me I could come back to stand next to him (we were the only people in there). The mean lady came rushing out and rudely told me to go back to the waiting room. I get it, I dont want to be in the way but it was kinda weird after someone just told me I could stand there.Went back Tuesday and got Julia to cut my hair and she was very sweet and patient. I would just go back and ask for only her. Did exactly what I asked quickly and kindly so I could fire out of there with my kids. She should probably go to a nicer place and charge more but Ill take it while I can get it.

    Pam at land o lakes did a crazy designed haircut for me that my wife really wanted and it turned out to be fantastic I couldn’t highly recommend her for her creative style more than anything and everyone should be coming to see her

    Got the best haircut today from Morgan. Asked me what I wanted and proceeded to do just that. He was professional , friendly and confident in his skills. He has been a floater in the different salons but will be a permanent in Citrus Park’s salon. I will make the trip there for my haircuts, his skill set is worth it.

    I had my hair cut by Julia, she listened to what I wanted and did what I asked. I was happy with my cut. However, your website needs updating, when we check in we should be able to see whos working that day so we dont need to call there. Please update your website.

    I came in after starting to shave my head and chickening out. Pam checked me in and asked me what Id like to do with it. I didnt have a solid style to describe, but i told her vaguely what I wanted and let her cut how she thought would look best. She did NOT disappoint! I am sooo in love with my new cut! Pam was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this salon.

    Always go to Great Clips,Disappointed They are Cutting Back on French Braids and other things. They keep cutting back on normal things, no coloring already and Kim did my shampoo and blow dry really well. Asked if one of the stylish could take a Pic of three generations, GMA, Mom and Grandson we all had our hair done and in the mist of us talking the manager walked in and all of a sudden interrupted our conversation to tell what all she was changing and what they werent going to be doing. This was so RUDE & ANNOYING while we were talking. However I dont think she cared one way or another. The staff tried to ask questions but she just didnt care rather the stylist liked what she was saying. No wonder the stylish move from one location or another because of this particular management doesnt care what they think and being disrespectful to staff. If I were to go back into this location, since my daughter is just down the street, and I saw this manager again and she was disrespectful to staff and rude to interrupt our conversation and tried telling us what she wasnt going to allow in this location I would walk, but I dont think she would care one way or another. Wonder if shes hear of being kind, as we were and so was the staff. No one deserves to be treated like that!

    I have never been to a Great Clips but was in desperate need to get my haircut. The check in process was easy. The shop was spotless. The stylists were using protocols for the virus. My hair was cut just like I wanted it and the price was ..well...great! I will definitely be back.

    I took my daughter here last weekend for a haircut . Thank God for Becky(her knowledge and patience) . I saw other hairstylist also doing a great job and most importantly cleaning after each client. Great prices too. Thank you !

    I took my twin 5 year olds in for a last minute back to school hair cut. Flower and Nichole were both amazing with them. Nichole helped me make the right choice for the fade on my son and Flower made sure my daughters hair was perfectly even on both sides even with my daughter not looking up or sitting straight. Both cuts turned out great and I will definitely bring them back! Very friendly atmosphere and the stylists were extremely easy to talk to!

    This Publix has everything and is always clean. The staff is always very helpful as well. They are always very busy, but you never have to wait in line, which is very nice.

    Arbor square at connerton: Kim did a great cut for naturally curly and thin hair that tends to frizz and was damaged by highlighting and hot iron. Reasonably priced products, too.Since there are no advance reservations, the app is useful only to see waits at various locations after the salon opens and to add yourself to the waitlist.UPDATE: 2d visit was disaster. Cut a huge hunk of hair out by right ear and tried to fix. Unfortunately I referred others who also had a dissatisfactory experience. NOW recommending Caitlyn and staff at Seven Hills shopping center 2 doors up from Publix at corner of Mariner Blvd and County Line Rd Spring Hill, Fl

    Every stylist at this Great Clips does my hair wonderfully. I have a pixie cut so it has to be precise to look right, and all of the stylists have taken great care with my hair. Excellent service all around!

    I always use Great clips even though it is 25 to 30 minutes away when I lived in the area and would always get my haircut there it was always done right and professional so even though I moved 25 to 30 minutes away I still drive to that same Great clips due to all the people are very nice and I get a professional haircut
