I’m so happy I found this place! Out of no where I broke out worst than I ever have in my 28 years. Olivia has been amazing at helping me understand acne, treating my breakouts, and pointing me in the right direction. My skin and my hormonal acne has drastically improved since starting her acne program two months ago. Also, Sydney does amazing lash lifts and tints here! I’m very impressed with how long my lash lift has lasted.

I recently went in for an acne treatment consultation with Tori and I can’t speak highly enough about her and the care I received. I’ve struggled with acne since I was 15, and I’ve tried it all. What was supposed to be an hour and a half appointment, ended up going over two hours. Words cannot express what it felt like for someone to sit and listen to what I was experiencing. Tori has a great personality and true passion for her clients and skin care as a whole. Please don’t hesitate scheduling an appointment with her! What a hidden gem! Jennifer is absolutely fantastic. She really seems to know her stuff and is SO informative. I have never had such a thorough facial and I’ve had my fair share. I booked a first time consultation and facial as a new client and she exceeded my expectations by a ton. Sent me home with a new outlook on my skin, samples to try out on my time instead of trying to sell me things on the spot (as most places do), and again, knowledge I didn’t have that will benefit my skin type. I love it! They always treat me with care. They dont give me a treatment just to charge me. If it doesnt work for my skin, then it doesnt get done. The ladies are super nice too and follow up after to see how my skin is doing. I also do waxing and I stayed with them after going to 3 different places. The product they use doesnt irritate my skin, they make me feel comfortable (and I wax everything) and they are quick and efficient.

I never had terrible acne but the little pimples and red patches on my skin DISSAPEARED. She did 2 extraction facials about a month and a half apart. as soon as i started to see the inflamed bumps form i started to try my own routine with brands like cerave and ordinary, they did not work at all. When i cane to jennifer i did not expect the results that i had, she gave me a 3-4 step twice a day routine and they immediately went away. As well as me gaining confidence without makeup. Go to her!!!!

Upon arriving at Skin By Jennifer Ashley, you are greeted by Jennifer in a clean and tranquil modern spa setting. I booked a microdermabrasion facial with her and what a wonderful experience it was! She is incredibly experienced, extremely professional and very knowledgeable of all skin types including acne prone skin, as well as ethnic skin care. She assessed my skin care needs and you can tell she takes pride in her work. She was friendly and thorough throughout our entire facial. My session with her was unrushed and relaxing. Most importantly, I got the results I’ve been looking for; healthier looking skin! My skin finally feels great again and I’m looking forward to booking more sessions with her in the future. PLEASE choose this salon! I was a client for roughly a year and a half. Being biracial, with acne scarring, I’ve always struggled with trusting people with my skin and she literally took the time to explain things and help me clear my skin. I trusted everything and got my waxes done here too. After a year, I barely have any scars & literally get told like once a week that I’m glowing! I’m military so unfortunately had to leave recently but I 1000% recommend this salon. Love you!

Jennifer is the best Full Specialist I have ever received a service from. Her knowledge and expertise comforted me as I went to get my very first leg wax. I was nervous because I thought it was going to be painful and long. Wow was I wrong. I even asked her to wax my eyebrows after and they look AMAZING. As Jennifer started the service she explained everything in detail to me. Her speed was unbelievable, she finished my legs in less than 20 minutes (there was a lot of hair to wax A LOT) It didn’t even hurt. I was so surprised. I guess the anticipation was worse than the wax itself lol. This was over a week ago and I still don’t have any stubble on my legs. She also offers Eyelash and Eyebrow services, Facials, and Nail services. I can’t wait to try the Microdermabrasion. I would highly recommend the Wax Poetic Esthetics Spa to anyone that wants quick and efficient service. The Spa has the best flow, it’s private, clean and modern. She even gave me a bottle of water at the end of my wax. I can’t wait to go get a facial with her as I did some research on the products they use and it’s only the BEST I’m so excited! For those of you wondering how my skin transformed in as little as 3 months, it’s simply by getting facials every 2-3 weeks, using face reality products and following a list of pore clogging ingredients that should not be in your makeup at home along with certain foods from your diet that have the ability to cause acne.
