    Everyone is so nice and helpful! Edmundo Barreto, APRN, did an outstanding job removing a big spot on my arm earlier so now I can wear tops with shorter sleeves. The biopsy he took from my nose showed Basil cell cancer so I had surgery to remove it last month. His helper, Leydi Laura, is thoughtful and takes notes for my future care. I’m so thankful that this business is in Lehigh Acres!

    My son has had eczema since he was an infant. Now that he is older, we decided to go to a dermatologist for care as it began to bother him more than normal. We also had concerns with acne as he enters his teen years. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They treated my son with respect and answered all of his questions.

    Amazing experience from making appointment to checkout. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Nice touches with the refreshments and also noticed a place for children. Your facility is clean and beautiful. I have been driving to Ft. Myers for dermatology for 20 years. So nice to have such a great office so close. I wouldnt change a thing and I highly recommend this office.

    Very friendly staff!! Fast at getting a hold of insurance and getting pre approval. You know how much youll pay ahead of time!Calm waiting room. Refreshments available.They answer all your questions.     Great place, nice helpful staff and the doctors all seem to know what they are doing as well as have a great understanding and knowledge overall of the min in all area of the body.     This was my first visit. I was impressed with the warmth , caring and friendliness of the entire staff. It was quite a welcoming experience.The wait was not long and I got a bottle of water on the way out. Definitely going back and will recommend Lehigh Acres Office.

    I would have given all 5 stars but honestly the waiting time was too long. Having to wait over 45 minutes first, and 25 min a second time during the same appointment is a little bit too much. The PA that saw me was great, but then again, when they confirm the appt over the phone they should inform you that you will be seeing the PA and not the Dr.

    Very pleased with my visit. The office was clean and the staff were all very nice. I was in and out in a timely mannor and achieved everything I went in for. Dr Triana and her nurse were awesome and very friendly, they made me so comfortable. I am so happy that I found them and so close to home. Would definitely recommend.

    I have enjoyed every visit. My 11 month old loves all the staff. Cindy is so patient and attentive. The front desk staff are friendly, effiecient and simply amazing. The facility is clean and neat, they have snacks and refreshments for all ages in the waiting room. Florida skin care centers are focused on you and your family.

    I am so happy to have found Florida skin center.. I’ve been to the Lehigh office twice. Once with my son- I was so happy with the care that my son received so I decided to schedule an appointment for myself. The staff are super friendly. If you’re looking for a dermatology that doesn’t keep giving appointment just to collect money from you, give Florida skin center a try. You will not be disappointed.Update:I’m still going to Florida skin center every 6-8 weeks.. Soledad is treating me for her loss. I am very happy with the results that I am getting and Soledad is super nice and caring. The girls are also very nice. Always made me feel welcomed, overall great office.

    Love it here. Cindy is very comfortable to work with, everyone here is comfortable to work with, from the staff at the front desk to the person re-stocking the complimentary refreshments in the mini fridge. I feel the concern Cindy demonstrates is real. She isnt freeze gun happy, Ive been other places and others have frozen things to a point where I feel they are just generating income. Its different here, I dont get that feeling at all. I DO highly recommend Florida Skin Center.

    I am a new client to the Florida skin center. It was recommended to me during a prompt care appointment concerning another issue. We were new to FL and needed to find a dermatologist. Best advise ever. Since last year I had a Mohs surgery that came out beautifully. My husband and daughter are also clients now and we all agree this is a great place for skin care.

    The ladies in this office could and should give lessons to other doctors offices on what customer service is and should be. They are collectively the nicest and most cheerful group of people Ive encountered in a doctors office setting.     It all started with the warm smile and greeting by the ladies at the front desk followed by a warm hand towel infused with essential oils. Once led into the treatment room we, my husband and I, were treated with kindness during our first visit. PA Soledad Triana was thorough, explaining everything she was doing and why. We felt comfortable under her care. She answered all our questions and took time to make sure we understood. PA Trianas assistant was just as kind and congenial. We never felt rushed. We are so pleased.

    This Dermatologist is awesome, the staff is so friendly and they all had a smile on their faces. Wait time is very minimal. The Dr gave me many medications for my Psoriasis and 3 days later I see a huge difference. Definitely recommend

    Dr. Soledad was very attentive and took time to explain pros and cons of medications for my eczema conditions. (I did not want to use steroids but was extremely distressed and not able to use my hands) The medications she prescribed have greatly relieved my miserable condition just in this first day.     The customer service here is head and shoulders above others. Ive been to other dermatologists in the area who dismissed my concerns, however Brooke and Dr. Badia listened.     I met with the PA in Lehigh about a couple things that ended up being superficial and nothing to worry about and wound up leaving after having a couple other things removed, 1 of them being a basal cell. So thankfully under the trained and watchufil eye of the professionals here this was taken care of quickly before anything spread. Its Florida, ya need to check your skin. Didnt think itd be a big concern at my age-who knew?!?
