This is the only spa I go to for getting massages and/or facials.I dont get them often, but anytime I get a massage (often the half hour one) they never disappoint.I used to go to a different spa in Fort Myers, but that one and many others just cant compare to the overall quality and the pricing Lool Ha provides.What I like most is the affordability of the 30-minute massage and how many features are included in the session (hot towels, stones, essential oils), which I had to pay for separately at my past spa.My massage therapist here typically uses the citrus-scented essential oil and hovers her hands above my face at the beginning of each session, which I also love.Its also always a pleasure to speak with Maite on the phone when setting up an appointment. Shes so sweet and patient & actually remembers my name whenever I call.Thanks for rejuvenating experiences for the times I come here. -A

Hands of an angel. Felt like I was in heaven. No one would help me anywhere I went. Wasnt able to move my neck and severe bad pain. She loosened my tension and was able to start moving my neck. Nice environment calming and soothing. Smell wonderful when you walk in.

Have been here a few times over the last 4 years. So has my family & friends based on my referral. Never had any issues. Massages are amazing. So are the other service. I see people commenting about them not answering the phone. The thing is, this is a small spa. They have few employees. They focus on the customers there rather than stop and go to answer the phone. Imagine them stopping your massage, that you’re on the clock for, to answer the phone. Thats not very relaxing for you. They do an amazing job helping you relax.

We have tried most places in the Fort Myers area that offer couples massages. We found this place with a groupon a year or two ago. It is definitely the best experience we have had and is worth the drive (20 minutes or so). This is our go-to spot for special occasions or just to relax. Their gift certificates also have made great gifts for our friends. I highly recommend scheduling a massage and trying this place out. Today is Valentines Day and we are off for another couples massage!

SO glad we found Lool Ha Spa! Maite & Luis were friendly & very professional. The environment is very clean and relaxing. Prices are reasonable, especially if you visit their website for coupons and deals. Be sure to tip well - they deserve it! They do such a wonderful job, my husband and I dont plan on going anywhere else for massages.

Recently had a couples massage here. It was my first massage and in my opinion lool Ha Spa set the bar really high for future massages! Upon entering the spa the staff make you feel very comfortable. The couples massage was super professional and very relaxing. Hope to visit again on a future vacation. If youre in the area, dont hesitate to stop by!

I can not thank them enough for getting me in on short notice as well as helping me prevent my sciatica affecting me worse .They knew exactly what they needed to do to help and within two days I felt no pain at all .. I will definitely be back !!

My husband and I were planning our wedding anniversary weekend when I saw their couples massage special on Groupon. Ive never used Groupon so I called Lool Ha first to ask about openings, the staff was very friendly and offered me a spot and said they would honor the online discount and do a hot stone massage for FREE! It was wonderful. It does not look like much from the outside but on the inside it is a small very clean and comfortable parlor. The two women that work there are very nice, respectful and professional. My husband and I had a wonderful first time massage experience here and since its so local we will be going back very soon!

We did a whole family Spa Day with Maite today! My husband & I did a couples massage, then I did a facial with microdermabrasion while my husband did a body scrub, and my son did a facial. All of the services were amazing! Everything that I asked for attention on was addressed...the massages and the facials where done with detail. Maite did amazing stretches for my sciatica and worked out all of the tension on my upper back! Felt absolute euphoria afterwards! We will definitely be back for more treatments! My face has not felt this smooth in a long time! Thank you Maite!! Phenomenal job today!!
