In my 30+ years of getting pedicures, Len just gave me the BEST leg and foot massage ever! The pedicure looks great! The place is clean and everyone was so friendly. My legs feel great! I truly enjoyed my Volcano pedicure will definitely be back!

I come here often and usually don’t have any issues. I don’t think it’s fair to give a business a 1 star review after having 5 star experiences majority of the times BUT this is my second TERRIBLE experience with the manager that usually at the register. About a month ago, he had an issue with changing the shape of my nails due to them being too short. He proceeded to yell at me while pointing to the door instructing me to leave because he didn’t want to do my short nails. I told him if I didn’t like them, that would be on me. He then proceed to tell me “don’t complain if you don’t like”. Ummm you don’t tell me what not to do sir, but to be fair, I understood what he meant by that but his tone, demeanor, and attitude was rude. I move forward with the service and ended up loving the new shape of my then extra short nails so ultimately, he did a lot of yelling and going back and forth with a loyal customer for no reason.Fast forward to today, I received a text yesterday for a coupon for 10% off my total purchase(pics included) my total today was $182. I get to the register and I pulled up the text message that disclosed the 10% discount. He(same guy) is instantly loud and hesitant. I politely request if he could simply remove a service that total $13 but he then stated that he needed to call the owner. I asked if the message was a hack or something? He says no I have to call the owner. The phone ring but no one answers. With no resolution at hand, I resorted to paying my full total but tipping $00.00! I didn’t wish to argue with him again. He’s aggressive and rude for no reason. The pint system is a joke. I’m considering going elsewhere but I’m torn because I have no issues with the nail technicians, just the rude manager that always seems to have an attitude.***Edit: I spoke with the Owner, Ann or Anna yesterday 9/30/2024. She was very helpful and kind. We have come to a resolution for the problem! Thank you! 😊

I went in for a simple fill in for my acrylics and my husband got a manicure. They treated us very nicely and I chose my color but my nail tech Jay suggested something different. I chose red nails and he said to “trust the process.” He gave me cat eye nails with a beautiful, simple design thrown in! Best nail salon experience I’ve had in years!

Tracy and her husband Andy do amazing work. I bring any nail design to Tracy and she copy’s it to perfection! Andy with his foot massages leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend them and applaud them for my amazing experiences each time I go. 5 starts. Everyone the salon is always kind and polite.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! The environment was incredibly welcoming and had such a relaxing, positive vibe from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. As for my nails, they turned out absolutely beautiful – even better than I expected! Im usually very particular about my nails, but I was genuinely impressed with the precision and care that went into them. I’m so happy with the results and can’t wait to return!

I always had really dirty nails but I wouldnt care as much. Now that I have to go to homecoming, I know I had to get it cleaned well. So I dropped by this local store and I was surprised by their service. I told them about my nails and they laughed and said We can get it done in no time. Dont worry. By the end, my hands looked perfect for the dance and I couldnt be happier with going to this place. After I have seen the results, I have decided to get my nails done regularly. It is truly a great place!

Recently, I joined a competitive gaming team. However, my poor maintenance of nails led to me not playing as well as I could. This tournament was in a week and I needed to get my nails done. This is the closest place to my house and I was nervous if they would do it clean. But after I went to this place my doubts were cleared. The staff was so nice and their service was quick and done to perfection! If I ever need a manicure or any other service they provide again, I know I am gonna go here again!

My husband and I just moved to the area and had been searching high and low for a new nail salon. We were able to make a last-minute appointment for manis and pedis. Although, there was a small wait, the staff was very attentive while we waited. Alan performed my services (dip manicure and pedicure) and he was very meticulous which I appreciated. I cant remember the young ladys name that performed my husbands services, but he was very satisfied as he has a fear of being cut (has happened before). Well definitely be back!

I’ve been going to this location since they opened and always loved it, but I never had the privilege of seeing Annie. I came here this morning in need of getting just a few of my chrome nails fixed but she went above and beyond redoing all of my nails AND my toes while also filing and cutting my cuticles. She refused to let me pay so I made sure to bring her by a gift card and flowers to show my appreciation because I could see what she was doing was not only time consuming but she was very detailed and thorough. Not to mention with Christmas being this weekend, the salon was VERY busy and she still didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. She said she wanted my nails to be perfect for Christmas. I love this nail salon even more than I did before.
