    I have been coming to this salon for 15 years (formerly motion nails) and never had a bad experience. Recently there has been a change in ownership and it has brought in my opinion some much needed changes. Brand new massage chairs for pedicures, some new decor and staff, along with a line of healthy nail products that not only look great but are great for you! If you live in the lutz area or are just visiting please stop in the sunset plaza off US 41 and see my freinds Sam and Kent for a relaxing pedicure or gorgeous manicure!

    My wife and I have been coming to the nail salon for several years and have always enjoyed our experience. We came today and was pleasantly surprised to see it had transformed into a new salon “Charisma Nail”. The decor was completely redone with all new equipment and some new people. Kent is still there, my wife’s favorite. She has dementia and he goes out of his way to make her feel comfortable. Ben did my pedicure whom I would highly recommend. Taylor, the manager went out of her way to explain the new concept of being the first non-toxic nail salon in Tampa - great concept. Great experience for a new place with a great cause.

    New ownership and all non-toxic now! Michelle did a gel manicure for me and I love my nails! Everyone was welcoming, friendly and professional. I prefer this business over the last that was here. I’ll certainly be coming back!

    First time in the salon today, got a gel manicure and pedicure with sparkly royal blue. Ken was AWESOME! Everyone there is super friendly and kind. I love that they have non-toxic polish options too. They offered me a complimentary drink as well as a lavender warning face mask while my toes were being done, almost fell asleep in the massage chair I was so relaxed! I will definitely be coming back here and more often!

    I’ve been going to Motion Nails for at least 15 years if not more! Paul and his team have always been great.Charisma has now taken over and my experience has been very pleasant and professional. They have great products and they’ve made sure to include nice details like upgraded massage chairs and face masks.Be sure to try them out! They offer online scheduling and you will receive a text reminder. They also have gift certificates available!Highly recommended!

    Easily booked on shops website for same day service. I needed a massage, plus a fill in and some nail repair, and Taylor hooked it up! So glad I found this spot; there are so many options for where to get my nails done, and Nail Charisma stands out for loving, thoughtful, and timely service. I feel great, extra thanks to Sam and the whole team.

    This is an elegant nail salon. My pedicure began with a heated eye mask and something to drink. The massage chairs are like no other. Most massage just your back. These massage your back, neck, butt, arms, and hands. So relaxing while you receive a great pedicure and foot/leg massage. Had dip on my fingernails and a relaxing hand massage. No regular polish or acrylic nails. Everything is natural without harmful smells. Product lasts for a long time so can go longer between appointments. Beautiful and clean place with all new comfy chairs, new counters and even chandeliers. Relaxing music and 2 tv screens with relaxing scenes all set the tone of a relaxing no rush spa. Alll of the workers are friendly and ready to make sure you have a great experience. Ask about specials. They have had some on my last two visits.

    I have been having Kent do my nails for years. He does a great job, does different seasonal themes on my nails which I always love and is friendly and outgoing. The updates to the shop are also nice!

    Kent is very good at doing manicure and pedicure services and I have been coming here for this service for two years and now the salon with the new owner looks spectacularly good, everything looks new and the massage chairs are incredible, I felt very good.

    The new young owners are so gracious and professional. Very friendly service. The quality of the products used is very high quality, claims to be non-toxic.The color selection is the best I have seen. I have been coming here for two years (before new ownership) and the new owners have done a wonderful job remodeling and upgrading. Paul is hands-down the best nail tech I have ever used.     Perfect nail salon for me and my daughter. They specialize in natural nail products that last as long as gel, Amazing! I am willing to pay a bit more for non toxic, long lasting product. We get the best of both worlds. Very calm atmosphere, beautifully updated. No harsh smells or inappropriate content on TV. Would definitely recommend!

    I have been coming to Kent for 8 years now and he is the best. He is so understanding, kind and easy to work with last minute. The salon is now called Charisma Nails, and they offer so many great options that are non-toxic which is hard to find today, none of those nail salon smells anymore. The salon itself is updated now with beautiful colors and massage chairs which makes the experience even better. Come see Kent!!!!

    If you are concerned about your health and looking for a nail option that is non-toxic, this is the place for you! And if you know me, you know I have begun a journey of removing toxins from our life. This is the only nontoxic nail salon around. They do not do acrylic nails because of the toxicity of the toxic chemicals involved.You are NOT assaulted by toxic chemicals in the air when you walk through the door. They have an amazing new bio engineered nail polish and they do gel nails, etc. I loved my pedicure and manicure and I’m going to try the gel next time.Go in and give this new business some 💗PS don’t be fooled by the sign outside the building. Their name recently changed to Nail Charisma but the signage still says Motion Nails.
