My best friend and I got an appointment with we believe Jenny or Julie whomever it was did wonderful! We got two acrylic sets, one with designs and gems, and one very long square set, was there 6:15 to 8:30 (past close) she didn’t start rushing just finished up as she could; prices were good, (what i expected) started at 38 ended up 68 (6 designs at 5$ per finger) + more cost if there’s additional length. Also got 5 dollar voucher off next time, we’ll be back and hope to enjoy the services again!

Julie and Jinny were GREAT! My husband and I had a date night and we found them on Google. We got the jelly spa pedicure and it was absolutely WONDERFUL. We will definitely be back. My feet never felt this good, the foot massage with the hot stones and then paraffin wax was what we needed 🥰

I’ve been coming to see Jenna for two years and she NEVER disappoints. Not only she is talented, she takes her time and does an excellent job. Every time I show her nail inspiration she goes above and beyond. She also does lash extensions and her prices are amazing! I recommend her to everyone I know and they keep coming back for more. If you’re ever at the Tampa Premium Outlets come check this place out and ask for Jenna.

Jenna at Lavender Nails is absolutely amazing and can do any design you present to her. You will not be disappointed. The shop as a whole is such a vibe and the selection of colors and services is top tier. Dominic is so hospitable and will not hesitate to offer you a beverage. Jenna did such an amazing job on my nails. She did a gel x full set on me & really took her time, which I appreciate. I haven’t been to a nail salon all year because lately I’ve walked out disappointed. This was the first time in over a year that I walked out of a nail salon HAPPY. Gone here twice now and I can say confidently they have good nails techs and great prices! MARIA did my green nails and BENNY did my yin and yang nails. Both are incredible! I’ll definitely be going back here for the third time! Only little complaint I have is last time I got a pedicure the guy didn’t double coat it so it’s a bit see through nothing crazy but just something to keep an eye out for. I still fully recommend this place!

I have been here twice and I love it. The first lady that did my chrome dip did a beautiful job but I can’t remember her name. I went back 2 weeks later as a walk in with Julie and her service was phenomenal. She took her time even though it was 1 hour until close when I walked in. She was kind, made conversation, had amazing attention to detail, and she is a very hard worker. My nails came out beautiful. Thank you so much, I finally found a nail salon in the area that I love. I can’t wait to come back :)

This was a walk-in first time visit and the service was excellent. The manicurist, Mai, gave an excellent pedicure with exceptional attention to every detail!Leah is amazing at Swedish massage! She addressed all my tight muscles to bring great pain relief.The salon was clean and all the team members were friendly, considerate and helpful. I would definitely recommend this salon!

More than 5 star review!!!This is the quintessential nail & spa experience. The decor is nothing short of opulent & luxurious. The staff is extremely friendly & aim to please. The place is CLEAN & you can see they take cleanliness seriously.It’s right within the Premium Outlet malls so shopping or just going there for an appointment is an easy thing.I’ve not had a pedicure in over 10 years & was embarrassed of my feet. The owner & staff went above & beyond to make my 1st time there truly wonderful. I had EXTREMELY short (let’s be real, they were non-existent, picked, bitten nubs & awful to look upon) nails & we joked about it but he was just extraordinary. I told him I was starting a new job & had picked out a nail color. He gave honest feedback when asked & so I let him pick out the color. I was nervous as it was very glittery but the most amazing summer coral color. But he said, “trust me.” So I did. 2 1/2 weeks later I go in & walk up to him & said,” you were right. I ended up loving the color. I almost want to do it again.” He said a “new color “& so I let him pick. He rounded my tips and filled my nails as they grow quite a bit when you don’t bite them!Then he painted them this stunning purple but at the end I notice this crazy cat-eye effect & I need to stop staring at them!Then the pedicure came & I told him I was very ticklish and he was excellent.

Lavender Nails at Tampa Premium Outlet is now under new management. After doing some Christmas shopping at the outlet, I treated myself to a manicure and pedicure for the holidays. After looking at the menu for pedicures, I choose the deluxe pedicure for my tired feet. Toni, my nail tech prepared the water and removed the old nail polish. The manager came around and offered refreshments to everyone and passed out a gift to all the customers. It was a tube of lavender hand and foot lotion, a handy size of lotion for the purse. Next Toni cleaned up my cuticles and removed any and all callouses from my feet. He also massaged my legs with heated stones and soaked my feet in warm paraffin then he finished up with a heated towel. My legs felt great afterwards. Toni also helped in picking out a nail color for my toes. All in all, my tired legs and feet were for the better with a deluxe pedicure.After the pedicure, Kay assisted me with my nails. He carefully trimmed the cuticles and smoothed the surfaces. Next came two coats of a powder application to build up my thinning nails followed by a gel color to each nail. Kay finished with a hand and arm massage and a warm hand towel. My tired hands thanked him.I would recommend Lavender Spa & Nails at Tampa Premium Outlet anytime for your beauty routine. Treat yourself!

It was my first time at this place. I went there because the place I always go to was fully booked. We made an appointment and were seen right away. I had requested a fill and full arm wax, and my daughter had a full set service. The place has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff is friendly. The lady who worked on my nails removed the all the acrylic ( she said it was too old and she was right). Upon seeing that I had grown my natural nails, I requested a regular manicure with gel. My hails did not soak and I did not get a hand massage like we are used to getting with regular manicure in most places. Dont know if it is because she had an appointment with the person after me or if its because I had worn acrylics and it required a different approach. They have a plethora of colors available. Mai did an excellent job on my arms. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely return if I cant get an appointment in my local salon I go to. That will be my second stop.

The entire staff was friendly. I arrived with my son and we both received pedicures. We were able to be serviced immediately. Julie did my pedicure and handled by broken toe nail with special care. The hot stone pedicure with Mai was amazing! Ive been in Tampa for almost a month with work thats been very hard on my feet. I took my students to the Premium Outlets & saw Lavender Spa & Nails and just walked in. They were able to get me back into a pedicure massage chair right away, and its been an incredible experience so far. Very relaxing! Mai has been attentive and very hospitable. Im awaiting my gel polish as I write this following the best pedicure Ive ever had! Ill post pictures when finished! :)

My nails were in need of some new polish and a fill in. The lady who did my nails was very gentle with my broken skin and made sure I was feeling happy but most importantly taken care of and looking forward to showing off my new set!! If visiting in the Tampa area this is a great place to visit. Might I also add that my full set was genuinely priced. (That nail tech most would of gotten more then a $10 tip if I had more cash.) My nail tech was Henry! And when I tell you I NEVER IN LIFE experienced a pedicure so amazing. He was the absolute best. He’s so concentrated when he working Lol you can really tell he’s experienced and works so hard. He seemed like a perfectionist! Also he give the best foot rubs and massages ever. He removes any and all callous until they are gone! He uses a steamer and hot towel and a variety of nail tools to make it all perfect. I can’t believe this review is si long . But it’s worth it.
