I was in Lutz for one last Sunday and woke up with a very sore upper back with knots. I called Massage Envy at 8:45 a.m., never expecting there to be an opening for a 90 minute session. They had one at 12pm and I had the best massage I’ve ever had from Sandra, and I’ve had a dozen massages over the past year at three different Massage Envy locations. This was the best.

I have been enrolled in their membership program for almost 2 years and have really enjoyed it. I like this Lutz location best. It’s convenient for me and the staff is great. I have no complaints with the front desk and I’ve had Michael as my masseur for the last few times and he has been spot on for me. I also really like some of the ladies that work in the earlier shifts, like Daniella and Maribel, but my schedule does not work to see them as much. It’s important to politely communicate your needs with them throughout your appointment. If you’re expectations are not met here, I can only assume you didn’t convey them because the staff here goes above and beyond.

I was pretty hesitant to walk in mainly because there aren’t to many massage places that take walk ups especially on a Friday at 5pm but Message Envy made it work. I came in at 5:10 and by 5:30 I was in my session. They took care of me and in the end I didn’t feel a high level of pressure to apply for a membership or monthly plans. They mentioned the options if I was interested but in all were more happy that I was able to relax and get the treatment that I needed after a long and stressful work week. Look no further y’all Massage Envy is the place for you!

Had a facial. The aesthetician was professional and didn’t push too much to buy their products.What I didn’t like is she burst a fresh pimple. Some may think this is okay. It’s absolutely not and really she should have got my permission. Bursting pimples scars and it’s still hurting.Please always ask before doing that.

I have been to many Massage Envy locations but this one may be the best. I went there to see Colleen for about 6 months before moving to another city for my job. There is only one Massage Envy in the town I moved to and they are subpar in comparison to Lutz/Dale Mabry. I went another six months without a massage and continued paying my membership even though I couldn’t use it. Tanja at the front desk was kind enough to guide me through my options over the phone. She made sure my accumulated credits were not lost and my account was put on hold until I move back to Tampa. I cannot say enough positive things.

However, the complaint my mom had was that my mom was hurting on her buttocks; this is usually her problem area and even worse from a long flight; therapist refused to massage the area even though we requested focus on that problem area before hand; no one mentioned that’s not a problem area that they work as therapist advised.

She is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and helps you understand what she is doing and how you can make your skin better. I appreciate that she remembered what we talked about my first visit (my wedding and my grandmother) and is genuinely present during my service. I always walk out feeling relaxed and glowing. The front desk has been less than friendly towards me and always seems to just want you in and out which is disappointing. But if youre contemplating a facial or have never gotten one, Agnes is THE BEST!

Colleen is simply amazing. I have visited her regularly for many years now and, simply put, she knows her stuff. Not only has she been trained extensively, she also has an intuition like no other. My intractable migraines have plagued me for years. Colleen knows exactly where to focus, but then also adapts as she reads whats going on — whether its my neck, scalp or shoulders. My migraines quite literally melt away and Im back to my life. Colleen is not a cookie-cutter massage therapist - she customizes every session and takes her work very seriously. In those rare months and weeks where Im unable to see her, I absolutely feel it. I can and have very confidently recommended her to family and friends. My only hesitation in writing this review is that it will become even harder to get on her schedule as more people discover just how amazing she (and Massage Envy) really is!

I used to regret my decision to purchase a membership here (Lutz location) because the front desk team was rude and they never had availability when I needed it. When I could actually get in, the massages amd facials were just ok. It seemed like maybe the massage therapists were brand new and aestheticians just graduated . They all had attitudes like they didnt want to be there so i started to use other locations. HOWEVER...new management seems to have made a big difference!! The check-in team is now friendly, helpful and tries hard to find a spot that works for you. They have excellent massage therapists and aestheticians now too.
