I saw Dr. Kareem in her NYC location, I had no appointment and was only accompanying my cousin, however I was drawn to her professionalism, her warmth , patience and honesty! I saw Dr. Kareem for the first time on November 1st, 2021, to get routine lip fillers. Dr. Kareem used a new technique that gave me the perfect natural result I was hoping for. Let me just say that I had a wonderful experience! When I walked in, I noticed how beautiful and clean it was inside. The staff that greeted me was amazing as well. I had PDO threading done for the first time and was a little nervous. The doctor and staff made sure I was comfortable and warm and had spa like music in the background. The Dr went over everything and what to expect very thoroughly. The entire procedure she made sure I was doing ok and would tell me every little thing that she was doing. She did not want me to feel any pain, so she was consistently asking me. You could tell that she was a perfectionist because she took her time with me and kept examining her work. I never felt rushed and she never acted like she had to get to another procedure. She allowed herself plenty of time. I was very happy with my results! I made an appointment to go back next month and will continue going from now on!

She not only listened and monitored my symptoms, she prescribed something she has done thorough research on and how it would affect me, personally - which is honestly more than I can say about most doctors. My symptoms have greatly decreased, almost disappeared, and she still continues to check in on me. Working with her has been amazing. Highly recommend her for anything you think she can help with

Amazing job! I have gotten Botox in other places and I always have a hard time adjusting during the two week process of the Botox settling in. I only have one week in and I can see the results. I dont really know what to say. Im a 33 year old male veteran who has stayed away from Doctors my whole life. I have hated doctors most of my life, but as reality sets in and I get older it seems that medical doctors are getting harder and harder to avoid. I can honestly say that I think my life changed when I walked into Dr. Kareems office yesterday. I have been frustrated with traditional primary care practices and Urgent Care, and avoided facing my health needs because of it. ZenLife is exactly what I have been looking for.Dr. Kareem speaks with you at length about all your health issues and needs, and remembers them. Care is personalized and warm. I feel like I have an MD as my personal health advocate, something I dont think more traditional-style PCPs can offer.
