I came in December 23rd around 5pm hoping by chance to get a dip manicure. While everyone had a customer they were tending too, I was greeted very quickly and asked what services I needed and asked to see the color wall.I was sat in the next 10 minutes, everything and everyone was very attentive and I was offered refreshments.Cece gave me my manicure and its held up very well over the past week. She didnt rush the application process and was very professional. I look forward to booking my appointments with her in the future! Im so happy I stopped in after months of driving past them. It will absolutely be my new go to place.

The place is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and all of the staff was pleasant. Kelly did my nails and not only is she skilled but also VERY kind and personable. Kelly did an amazing job with my nails. She made sure I was happy with the nail color. She went the extra mile to sample the color to make sure it was what I wanted and I’m glad she did because the color I originally picked out looked different on the sample. This was my first time here and I will definitely be returning. Thank you for providing great service since I know it’s not easy to please everyone.

Bebe was AMAZING! 10/10 experience here and i cant wait to come back. It was recommended to me by a friend and i’m so happy i came here. Kelly did an amazing job on my nails! It was my first time at this salon. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my nails but Kelly was able to come up with something that turned out beautifully! I am so excited that I gave this lovely place a try.. Tracy, Kelly, and T were excellent! Tracy’s attention to detail on my pedicure was impeccable. Kelly and T went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and make sure that my experience was five star… and if it wasn’t, they made it clear they wanted to know about it right away so they could correct it. Very rare to have a place that cares so much and I’m so glad they are right around the corner. I will be back! Excellent experience, reasonable in price, and did not feel rushed at all.

Another awesome experience at the state of the art brand new facility!I called to make an appointment and I wait was concerned because I was going to be coming late (right around closing time). They still took excellent care of me and my 80 yo mother, not that I recommend being a late patron but they didn’t make me feel late, never rushed us, … I highly recommend Bebe! And Kelly such sweet kind girls and My nail tech was father of a brand new baby son named Legend!It’s a class act place - worth every penny!

First and for-most this place is beautiful. It’s well kept and over all a great vibe. I see Stephanie as my technician she always have great availability, we have great chats and she does a phenomenal job. I keep my nails on for 3-4 weeks with no breakage and no chipping. I’ve been seeing Stephanie for about 5ish months now and will continue she’s great and very talented.

I loved my very first experience at 5th Nail lounge in Maitland. They’re brand new, very clean and I love the luxury look to this place. All the workers were friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They offered me something to drink and made sure I was taken care of immediately. James did my pedicure and he did a very good job and he took his time. I felt so relaxed. Kelly did my gel manicure and I enjoyed the conversation we had. She was so nice and she did a great job on my nails as well. Even though the place looks expensive, their price is very reasonable and they even offered 20% off just until the end of July. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and I came out so relaxed! Thank you 5th Nail lounge!

Absolutely loved my experience here! Jimmy is phenomenal and has great design skills. I didn’t get any this time but other girls who were there showed me his work. I usually do almond nails, and he did a great job shaping them and getting the length just right. The salon itself is GORGEOUS! It’s brand new and the esthetic is so lux and gorgeous. Cindy did my toes and she was also amazing. Bebe is another tech who just made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I’ve tried so many salons in the Winter Park/Maitland area and this one takes the cake! Great price, people, and product. It’s the new spot for me that’s for sure!

Well it took me to my mid 50s to get my first pedicure and I gotta say I regret not doing it sooner. What a great experience! Guys if you havent done it...youre missing out! Great way to spend quality time with your wife/girlfriend. Atmosphere was wonderful. They offer refreshments and its very relaxing just to be in there. Every member of the staff was engaging and very nice. The wife and I will be back for sure!

My feet feel heavenly and look super cute too. I went to 5th Nail Lounge for the first time today but it wont be my last. The place is super nice with bright lighting and of course the massage chair. But the people are really what make the difference. My technician, Cindy Ho, was absolutely delightful. She is sweet, engaging and talented. She actually asked HOW I wanted them done, not just deciding to do what she wanted and she didnt hurt me at all (which honestly sometimes happens when they start digging at my toes) but she still got the cuticles and cleaned me up nicely. The owners were super engaging as well. Plus I didnt feel rushed. You can get a glance of wine or a coke if that is your style. Just overall a lovely experience. I cant wait to go back. :)

I moved to Maitland almost a year ago and was so excited to see 5th opening so close to me. I have a little one and it’s so hard to even get out of the house some days. I went with my friend to check out the store front, which is stunning inside and out, and was welcomed by the owner ( didn’t catch his name , so sorry !) but he was such a sweetheart . He welcomed us in with such open arms.Kelly did my nails and she was so sweet and very meticulous while doing my nails. I really loved how they came out. She took her time and carefully filed and shaped my nails so beautifully and that meant so much. She was so engaging in conversation too so that made my experience even better . So excited to go back and get my mani and pedis done again!

Me and my mom were so happy with our pedicures. I’d rather keep this spot a secret, but they really deserve the review! You can’t tell from the street, but inside the salon is absolutely beautiful. It’s clean, bright, and the decor is very modern and sleek. Kelly did my pedicure and was friendly, detailed, and all around wonderful. She cleaned up my cuticles and shaped my nails perfectly. They looked great before the polish even went on. She also spent a very long time on my leg and foot massage and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure throughout. The place is beautiful, they offer drinks while you’re already getting pampered, it is very clean and honestly just a nice environment to treat yourself, reset and relax. Today I walked in without an appointment and they were very accommodating and took care of me right away. Usually, I am hesitant to have my ails done by someone I don’t know or hasn’t been recommended. However, Kelly did an amazing job with my nails! I told her my concerns and she consulted with me on what would work best for the kind of work that I do, concern about damage to the nails, and longevity of the polish. I chose the type of gel manicure that they recommended and my nails look beautiful! Kelly was very kind and really took the time to talk to me and to make sure that I got just what I wanted. Beautiful new nail spa! The owners have a lot of industry knowledge and it shows by the great services I received by Kelly. I had a basic manicure, and an upgraded pedicure with added massage and paraffin. “AMAZING” and professional, relaxing, and she did a great job. She was careful on all aspects from asking if i wanted more pressure, cleaned up the nail beds, trimmed everything up. Not one over cut or flesh wound. THANK YOU Kelly and “T”.

I decided to walk in to see if the lounge was open. The lounge is stunning, clean, and very state of the art. To my surprise they actually had a soft opening, and I was one of the blessed ones to get in. I was greeted by T, he was so professional, welcoming, genuine and very kind. Ivy was my tech and and she was the best. We had great conversation and she did a superb job. She was very thorough with my pedicure and nail polish change. She was a breath of fresh air.
