Traci is simply the best!! I had the pleasure of having her as my nail tech for years and every single time she delivered. A welcoming atmosphere and not to mention the best nails that would last me 4-6 weeks.

Traci is fantastic! She is easy to talk to, attentive to detail and fairly priced. I am very happy with the outcome of my nails, they look perfect! Her no-show policy was clear to me upon booking and I received several appointment reminders via text which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

Having recently moved to FL, I tried a few nail salons and technicians who claimed to specialize in GelX. (I can only get GelX as a result of developing an allergy to Acrylic nails back in 2020.) My experience with other nail technicians in the Central Florida area was continually disappointing. So much so, that I started learning how to do GelX on myself and practiced for almost a year. Considering Im not a professional, it was very time consuming to do my own nails. In a desperate attempt for some much needed self-care, I booked an appt with Traci in April and have been a monthly patron ever since. Traci is kind, attentive, timely, professional, and creative. She doesnt cut corners and she actually cares about quality. I also like that shes in a more intimate location. As long as I have the means to afford her services (cause life be lifin) Ill continue to be a loyal customer.

Last minute needed an appointment, as my previous nail tech moved. Ms. Traci was so accommodating, as she came in earlier than her designated hours to fit me in. Overall great job and great customer service!
