It has been two years since I had the pleasure of undergoing an eyelid lift procedure with Dr. Filiberto, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care and results I received. From my first consultation to the post-operative follow-ups, Dr. Filiberto and their team made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring.During my initial consultation, Dr. Filiberto took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, discuss my concerns, and set realistic expectations. Lovely people and very professional and so affordable! I also love the fact that this doctor offers an alternative to general anesthesia. I have a surgery coming up in April. I will continue to update this review as things progress.^^^^^^Update: Had my neck lift surgery on 4/24. It went very well.! I was very comfortable and Dr. Filiberto and his assistant, Allyssa, did a fantastic job. The suture work looks great! And even though Im still swollen at this point, I can tell that, God willing, I will have a nice jaw line minus that horrible loose fatty area under my chin. Im doing everything I possibly can including using Arnicare gel and tablets to prevent hematomas from happening as well as religiously wearing my compression facial wrap. His pricing is amazing and he does excellent work. I was a little disappointed though because I was supposed to have laser work done as well but they said that the machine was being serviced and that I could have a refund or just reschedule for another day, so I took the latter. Its all good though because the neck lift was the most important thing, obviously! I am very happy with the outcome! Just a note of caution. If you do not want a full picture of your face taken, then make sure to let Dr Filiberto know this. Im a bit of a private person and dont wish for the world to know my personal business, so I made sure they only took a picture of my lower face, which is the area that shows the neck lift anyway. Dr. Filiberto is fine with this. Also, this is extremely important! If you start feeling at all clammy or nauseous during the procedure, speak up right away. Dr Filiberto will stop the procedure and they will make you feel better with an anti-nauseous shot and a cold wet cloth to the forehead. Do NOT be afraid to speak up. They are very good at what they do and the procedure went extremely well. I felt no pain except for a little pinch now and again, which I spoke up about, and so they made sure to stop again and give me more numbing agents. You have to speak up. They have ways to check your vitals during the procedure but you also need to speak up if need be. One last thing, be sure to take your anti-nausea tablets as soon as you possibly can after surgery. Youll have to stop at CVS which is nearby and get your scripts filled by the person that is with you. Dont wait to do this, like I did. You will regret it. But truth be told, I was not too bad, but it definitely would have been better if I had taken the medicine sooner. Thank you Dr Filiberto and Allyssa! I could not be happier and I am so very glad that I went through with it. I have a feeling my life will change a little bit for the better now. Blessings to you and yours!

I had a consultation here last week after seeing a Groupon for a service I was interested in (I didn’t buy the Groupon because I called and found out that they do price matching in person). Firstly, I was blown away by the staff. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. Then I met Dr. Filiberto. Not only is he warm and kind, but he is clearly not just in this business for money, because he did the opposite of upselling…he recommended a less costly procedure that he thinks is a better fit for my needs.I just set my procedure up for the end of the month and will update this review once I’m healed and see the results.Update: Surgery was yesterday. I can not say enough good things about my experience. Every little thing was handled with the utmost care.Will update again in a few weeks as my chin and neck heal.Year update: Absolutely wonderful results. I wanted a little more taken out and Dr. Filiberto did it at no extra charge. I really love this practice and I’ll go to him for anything else I need. A+

Amazing staff Amazing Doctor. I lost 100 pounds several years ago and with COVID ZOOM meeting my face was in full focus. I used a Groupon yes a Groupon and I am so happy I did. He did an amazing job, I am still healing but can see results already. Dr Filiberto has an amazing bedside manner. He did a neck lift and mini facelift. He tightened the muscle under my chin and by my ears. I am 3 days post op and have really only used the pain meds a couple of times. Mainly Tylenol and arnica tabs. The swelling is minimal too. I have a jawline and no more turkey neck. Thank you so much 😊 Dr Filiberto Lori and Bridget. Y’all are the best!!!!!

I loved the atmosphere; Dr. Filiberto is wonderful. I had a Phenol deep peel done, you do not want to go to anyone else. The aftercare and staff are lovely. I am still healing but I love their work.
