    I recently had my eyebrows done at AR Asthetics in Melbourne with Jenna, and I am so happy with the results. The staff was friendly and professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Jenna took the time to understand my preferences, I had previous work done that needed to be covered up, she explained exactly what she was going to do to correct the color and old shape. Her attention to detail and precision is impressive. The experience was painless. The aftercare instructions were thorough, ensuring a smooth healing process. I’ve been following this artist for a few years on social media, my only regret is not booking with her sooner. I highly recommend Jenna for anyone considering permanent eyebrow makeup.

    I was very nervous to find someone new for my injections after being with my same dermatologist in NYC for many years. I was very impressed and happy with Elisia at AR in the Melbourne office. She was so knowledgeable and gentle! I have bruised in the past and expected the normal irritation or swelling- but she has such a touch that I had zero bruising and very minimal discomfort. She is happy to give her opinion on facial balancing, but isn’t pushy about it. I trust Elisia and have been so happy with my anti aging treatments.

    I had my new patient appointment today and it was a fantastic experience! Alexa is amazing! She analyzes your face, diagnoses, recommends and guides you, she was totally right with her recommendations: nose tip, under eye area balance, targeted area of my face: forehead, crows feet and jawline, now my face looks amazing, I love my new profile, Alexa took 10 years off my face!

    I recently received a Co2 Lazer facial.Dr. Ibrahim initially spent time and spoke with me over the phone. He was very kind, unrushed and informative.At the office, I was greeted by courteous and friendly staff. Dr. Ibrahim took me back to the procedure room. He explained what to I was going to experience and what to expect in detail. He was concerned for my level of pain during the procedure. The procedure went well.I had a followup appointment within a couple of days to monitor my progress. Dr. Ibrahim was unrushed and answered all my questions and concerns. The office stoff is supportive as well.It was a fantastic visit. My face is looking better each day. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Ibrahim and highly recomend him to anybody looking for good support information to support a procedure. Dr. Ibrahim is well educated, executes the mission well, and he cares; support and followup are perfect!

    Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim, MD, PHD did laser skin resurfacing and the whole was positive. He was comforting, made me feel relaxed. Results were over the top. He was educated and I learned alot about skin care. Robbie the aesthetician gave a wonderful massage prior to the procedure. I highly recommend coming to this place. The front staff is beautiful and helpful. A feel good experience!!!

    Amazing! Sums up my experience in one word. From the scheduling, to the welcoming when I arrived. The location is absolutely beautiful. I was greeted by Robbie, he walked me into the room, and we discussed skin care. My skin is something Ive struggled with forever, hearing him discuss what would work and not push anything on me was a relief. He asked all the right questions and recommended 1 item that I decided to move forward with purchasing. Elisia was my injector, she came in and went over every single detail, she gave me a piece of mind Ive not had previously at other offices. We discussed treatment, she was very understanding and explained the reason and she was honest about what would work best for my face. Being that Im new to the area it was a sign of relief knowing I have a new home for injectables and facial care.     The office is fabulous from the greet, decor, cleanliness and the owners are absolutely wonderful. The attention to detail with carrying on a conversation with clients is top notch. Most places here also do what they want with your face, etc. here you get what you pay for and what you actually want. My wants have been more than met by everyone here. I just love that you’re as thoughtful with what clients want. My only advice would be, after injecting to smooth out things with a tool because fingernails hurt. Thanks again for your experience.

    This is a state of the art Medspa. Everything about this experience was wonderful from the front desk to the medical assistant and especially my amazing injector Elisia Luther.     As a male in his 50s Ive been getting under eye filler every year for the past decade to improve the hollowing that comes with age. Ive been to multiple physician and nurse injectors and always endured severe bruising that sometimes lasted for weeks. Then I was fortunate enough to find Alexa. Miraculously, for the first time ever, I experienced virtually no bruising!! My under eye area looks rested, natural and youthful.     Absolutely GORGEOUS facility, and beautiful friendly knowledgeable providers. Top notch service! I had fillers in my DEEP glabella LINES ( 11 lines from squinting) and a liquid rhinoplasty and am over the moon satisfied ! They are pros and specialist. My regular provider actually referred me here saying they are the best and specialize . Next I’m going to try tear trough filler and eventually have some sculptura done . Better than result than an actual surgical nose job in my opinion.
