    I walked into DOCCS feeling very sick at 8:15 pm on a Friday night. All other walk-in facilities were closed. The staff at DOCCS was very efficient, friendly, and professional. I was second in line to be seen and was on my way home before 9 pm. This was my first experience with DOCCS and will be returning when and if the need arises for an after hours medical treatment facility.

    Really impressed with the consistent quality of care I receive every time that I go to DOCCS. The communication between the urgent care side and the primary care doctors is thorough and the staff definitely cares. I went in for blood work after a 2-year hiatus, and the woman manning the front desk remembered who I was! Who does that nowadays? I highly recommend DOCCS for compassionate and thorough care.

    On the evening of October 1st, I broke my wristand DOCCS was the only urgent care opened. As we walked in the receptionist was not as polite, but Christina and Samantha were very caring and so concerned about my hand. They were very efficient in getting me in, and take the xray and get results back quickly. Samantha and Christina took very good care of me. I was very lucky to have them there. Thank you so much for your outstanding care.

    Best experience at an urgent care in a long time. Got in, they were helpful in registration and then quick to see a nurse and then straight to the PA. Pharmacy on site was easy. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable.

    I really do like DOCCS as far as quality of care, bed side manner, and friendliness of staff goes. The only problem is they are sooooo slow. Ive been here many times and even when theres an empty waiting room, expect the visit to take two hours minimum. You will definitely get good care though.

    Went for annual check up / bloodwork. Waiting time always seems to be longer than expected, I try to keep in mind that this practice is also an urgent care practice which is why I came originally last year with a shoulder injury. Overall pleased with care.

    Dr. Sahay is a really wonderful doctor. She treated both myself and my son. She thoroughly listened to my concerns, has a pretty thorough understanding of autoimmune diseases and the unusual symptoms that I have. Going to urgent care with my condition can sometimes be a nightmare. After taking my son to six different doctors, I was finally able to get him the treatment that he needed.Thank You Dr. Sahay!

    Im a retired Air Force Veteran that normally goes through the VA. With that being said, I had a potential medical emergency and went to DOCCS. The staff was friendly yet professional. After a through examination, the doctor prescribed me medication that took effect almost immediately. I have nothing but good to say about DOCCS and thier personnel!

    The wait is not nearly as long as it could be. Prices are fair & quality of care is excellent! IMPO, Dr. Moss is an angel. Very personable, listens well, gives wonderful advice & goes above & beyond her duties that you pay for. Been seeing her for 2 years & will continue until the very day she no longer is available as my MD. For me, she is what makes DOCCS a pleasant experience!

    Hello I have been going to DOCC for way over 10 years. This is a place is open 7 days a week for appointments and urgent care. One side runs urgent care is on the left side which does not show in above photo. Sometimes I wait also I think that is EVERY doctors office. The doctors ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS spends Quality time with you. NOT like other doctors that spend maybe 5 minutes with you after the nurse leaves the room after a blood pressure check. Yes sometimes you might wait alittle bit BUT that is at every doctors office. So if you want to see a GOOD doctor that spends time with you for ALL your concerns then try her out and get your own opinion. Remember if you have an EMERGENCY or need to make an appointment they are there 7 days a week. Have A Bless Day

    Overall this place has improved tremendously. The wait times are usually minimal and the providers are great. We’re usually out of there within an hour. The only thing negative I can say is the lady at the front desk is just very unpleasant. She needs some better customer service skills, maybe learn to smile here and there.

    Dr Shahay has taken care of myself (Patrice)and my husband ever since we moved here from Texas 7yrs ago. We are veterans and she is thorough, thoughtful and cares a lot.Dr Shahay struck gold with her PA Samantha, just as phenomenal, as well as, the wonderful staff..I prayed for the Lord to lead me to the right doctor and Dr Shahay was it.The office flow and wait time has gotten better and better over time.     Absolutely the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was checked in and triaged in less than 20 minutes. The doctor took her time to discuss my issue and she came up with a treatment plan. There are closer urgent cares to me but I’ll absolutely go out of my way to go where I know the care is best.

    Was very distressed from blocked right ear, near total loss of hearing. The nurse and nurse practitioner knew exactly what to do.     Happy that I chose DOCCS because this is a great place to come for my health benefits and information.The staff here are very helpful and polite to the people that comes in for treatment or information.And the Doctors as well as their assistance are amazing.I was seen on a Saturday, x-rays were taken, explained the results to me, prescribed me with the medication I needed and everything else that I had to be informed of.     I will say it was a very long wait for the urgent care side of things. With that being said the doctor was amazing once I did see her. She listened believed me and gave me exactly what I needed. It was also super helpful that they have a pharmacy on premise too.

    * UPDATED for Dermatology that is now available Dr.K is amazing he is not pushy and will advise against something if he feels it will not do what you are wanting or be harmful/ have bad results (he has told me no to something i asked about because it would have not tuened out well) and give you other options. Also my daughter has alopecia she went to a childrens alopecia specialist in Atlanta that put her on steroids and some crazy expensive medication that cost almost $500 per month after insurance it never fixed the problem. Luckily her hair eventually grew back after she stopped treatment but it did start falling out again and i brought her to Dr.K he figured out a combo of cream and injections that worked for her without steriods and at an affordable cost and now the spots she was loosing hair are all growing back in. I am in my 30s and still had hormonal acne I had the aviclear done 1 set of treatments which is 3 each sepeated by a month. It has greatly improved my skin i rarley get any ance now and if I do it is nothing like the painful ones I got before maybe just a small one here or there that is probably my fault for messing up my skin care routine. I also thought i had dandruff or dry scalp that drove me crazy because nothing worked it took him about 10 seconds to figure out it was something else and get me a shampoo that fixed the problem and now i only use occasionally if it flairs up but it never gets as bad as it was. We have been to him for more than this but a few examples i hope show why you should see him. He also has a very calm demenor which helps if anyone is nervous about getting anything done. I really hope this helps and if anyone has questions on the aviclear treatment which i very highly recommend you can show him this post and ask him to contact me about my experience i really dont mind going over it with anyone who has questions. Especially teens that may be nervous. I reallly wish that was invented when i was a teenager i definitely would have put it on my birthday Christmas or graduation list for a gift.**My family and I go here anytime we are sick. This last time it was my daughter and she just tured 6. The last time she went to the her primary care doctor she had to get her finger pricked. So when they went to put the thing on her to take her heart rate she completely flipped out thinking she was going to get another finger prick but the nurse was amazing and had her not only calmed down but completely fine with the whole visit in less than a minute. I was shocked i can never calm her down like that she hates going to the doctor but this nurse did an amazing job and now she is fine with going as long as we go there . Also i have never waited a long time i think the most was 45 minutes and that was because we had to fill out paperwork and they were really busy. They seem to have a good balance of taking their time with patients and not rushing to get them out but still keeping the visits not too long. I also like that they are open until 11 so if something comes up late you can go there instead of the emergency room. They also have an onsite pharmacy with reasonable prices so for some medications you can get them there before you go. This place is also very nice. I have never been to an urgent care where they have such comfortable waiting areas. Everytime we have been the doctors and nurses are very nice and competent and we are in and out quickly for the most part especially compared to other places i have been. Also its not very expensive the first visit is a little more money after that it is cheaper than alot of places i have been. I honestly cant think of one thing to complain about and from me thats saying something. But when i googled for the phone number to call and ask a question i saw the rating and i couldnt belive it so i wanted to share my experiences here because they have all been great.

    Front desk staff was efficient and provided good information to help me decided what test to take. The nurse and PA were thorough, asked all the right questions, were genuinely nice, and provided the correct treatment. This is the most efficiently run urgent care I have ever visited.

    DOCCS & Dr Sahay happen to be my family doctor so I always go there when I have an illness on the weekend. I was greeted and signed in quickly and did not have a long wait. I met the new physician Dr K and found him to be nice and efficient. Because I get this bronchial infection yearly, I asked for a steroid shot along with the antibiotics, Dr K looked at my history and agreed without hesitation and I really appreciated that from him. If you need Urgent Care, I highly recommend DOCCS

    I went to DOCCS because they had good reviews and needed a swollen and very painful foot looked at. It was not very busy. Everyone was professional and helpful from reception, to medical assistant, to doctor and xray tech. Xray wasnt working so I had to go off site and return later in the day to complete the visit. My problem was thoroughly assessed, diagnosed and treated in a relatively short amount of time. I would recommend using this facility. They took my insurance without issues.

    It was necessary for me to visit this clinic twice in the past few months as I couldnt get in to see my Primary Care physician. The receptionists have always been pleasant and helpful.     I had to get the stitches on my foot laceration removed and left them in too long ( thought it was supposed to be 10-14 days when it was only supposed to be 7 - I was rushed out of the emergency room and misunderstood my er doctor). In addition, I am 37 weeks pregnant with high blood pressure being induced next week- so you can guess how emotional and OVER it I am lol. I have come to this urgent care before for minor reasons, and every time I receive the best care. The main doctor is very patient, funny, kind, and helpful. My stitches were scabbed over so he had to cut them out and I was screaming my head off, but they finally came out. He did an amazing job and was so patient / patient quick about things. Thank you for being there for me and being so understanding.

    I went in for a Allergic reaction from a wasp bite. They gave me two shots and perscribed medications. I waa able to get it at the pharmacy onsite. The pharmacy doesnt accept insurance but it was affordable and convenient. The swelling went down the next morning. I am so happy they are down the street and I didnt have to go to the ER.

    Needed care and was referred by the VA to DOCCS to attend to my illness. The staff and care recommended was handled well. I was seen late morning...the prescribed medication took a lot longer to be transferred to a local pharmacy (around 8pm). Had to make numerous attempts calling DOCCS to inquire into my prescription status. Although, it took awhile to get the medication, care was handled pretty well. Thanks DOCCS Team for tending to my care.

    Overall a good visit. The receptionist could not find the appointment I had made online and seemed confused about working with VA. The medic who checked me is was great and personable as was the doctor. He wanted to inject my injury but the pharmacy cabinet was locked and the one with the key wouldnt be in until two hours later so I had to wait. Had a book so that wasnt too bad but should fix your system.

    Front desk reception was very nice and welcoming. Dr was helpful to fix my problem so I wouldn’t have to go to ER. Was in and out late on Friday night. I highly recommend this urgent care!

    The establishment was clean and easy to find. The hours of coverage were good and they offer several services.It was a long wait, about 2 hours, but to be fair I didnt schedule ahead and the office had several other patients in wait too.Dr. T and the intake nurse were helpful and personable. I found my general practitioner through her recommendation which was great.I had to call and come back for a different medicine after not getting better. I found out from the doctor on duty my original prescription was probably not the best choice for my situation and thus was not helping me. I was given a prescription same day to get alternative medicine which worked well.

    Never been here before. Came in late last night. 10pm. As my physician could not see me for at least two weeks & I couldnt wait. I was the last patient seen & felt like I was a burden. Teresa the NP assured me that I should not feel rushed and listened to my problems, ensuring all my questions were answered before I left. All my tests were collected in house, so convenient! If the occasion arises again for after hour care, I will not have a second thought & return. The facility appeared clean, even at the end of the day. The staff was nice too.

    I was nervous due to the reviews. I called ahead and they told me their hours were changed. Once there, the receptionist was funny, sweet, and a pleasure to speak with. The nurse was cutting up with us and having fun with my 15 year old who was injured. The Dr. Was great too, with a great personality.We were overall extremely pleased with our decision to go here rather than an ER which would have cost a fortune.

    Docs urgent care has been the best place to aide my husband. Caring, attentive staff. Dr. Ravi took a personal interest in getting my husband feeling well again. I have found that we always get more thorough care at docs than at our own doctor. There is so much they can do at their facility that your doctor can not and prevents a long wait at the Er.Shannon was very gentle with my husbands care. His comfort was important to her and made all his discomfort of feeling ill more bearable.

    I have been to this urgent care location twice in the past two weeks for a lingering respiratory issue. The PA that I had on the first visit (09/13/2019, 10PM) and the MD on the follow-up visit (09/20/2019, 11AM) were both very knowledgeable, caring, and communicated exceedingly well. Being new to the area, it was difficult to decide where to go for an urgent issue at night (vice going to the ER). Thankfully, I made the right decision. As a side note, I did make appointments online before going to the location both times.

They are an experience caring team of medical professionals who showed genuine concerns about my health care.     I had gotten something in my eye, it was miserable and no matter how much rinsing and having others try to find what it was that was causing sharp pain every time I blinked, I couldnt get it out. I walked into DOCCS and only about 5 minutes later I was already with a Physician who was very friendly and within about 8 minutes after that she had given me numbing drops, saline drops, and dyed my eye to find a tiny grain of sand that was causing all my pain. In total about 20 minutes in and out and I was able to get back to work. Thank you so much for getting me in and out with quick, friendly, effective service at a very reasonable price!!

    Our first video visit for my teen, though we have had good experiences with in person visits before at this urgent care. The video visit went well today and doctor asked great questions to arrive at likely diagnosis. Asked us to shine a flashlight at times so he could see better. Very useful appointment.     I made an appointment for 10 am on a SaturdayI was greeted by a helpful receptionist and filled out the required forms. I waited for 1 1/2 hours to be seen. The same amount of time walk-in were serviced. Why ask for an appointment?Otherwise the waiting room was clean the physicians were helpful and I left feeling glad I chose DOCCS.
