Great therapist. Always have a great massage. Just a little hard to get an appointment if I don’t schedule it at least a month out as I need a deep tissue massage. I’ve been going to the Palm Bay location as they have 4 people who can do the deep tissue massage. -

I have membership out of state, was able to get appointment while traveling through. Kaylyn was very professional and gave a great massage in the areas I had asked. Good experience, would have given five but it was a little noisy and chatty from next door and in the lobby. No tranquility room to relax prior to massage. -

Great location! I have been a member for years. They friendly staff, wonderful front desk. Manager is also super friendly. Great massages as well. Definitely recommend! They offer all sorts of massages such as prenatal massages and sports massages and never turn ANYONE away. -

Love this place! Therapists are always amazing. Ive seen many of the therapists and havent had a bad one yet! The facials are amazing too! The esty went over any allergies I had and customized the facial based on that. I really love the fact that they text you the day before to confirm the appointment length and time! They even send an email a few days before with the same info. I am a firm believer in over communication as opposed to under! Front desk is always friendly and recommends pre booking when they know a therapists schedule is booking out. Once you walk in they make sure to stop what they are doing and help you out! It really is all about you! Management is fantastic too! -

Been twice now and both times customer service has been excellent. Ive had Todd as my massage therapist and hes attentive to what your request needs are for the massage and is overall very kind. Front desk staff has been respectful and prompt. Facility very clean. Will recommend to friends and family as well as be a long time customer -

I had a great experience with the Viera Massage Envy! The service both at the front desk and on the massage table was top-notch — I felt extremely well cared for and comfortable, particularly with their COVID procedures.When I canceled my membership due to some personal reasons, they were accommodating and kind. I have been going to this Massage Envy for about 4 years. Due to multiple shoulder surgeries, and working on the computer, I have been getting massages for over 10 years. I have tried many different therapists and always feel like for the money you receive a really good massage by any therapist at this location. I recently closed my membership because the drive to this location is about 20 minutes for me and is no longer convenient. I was so impressed that they did not make me feel awkward when I told them I needed to close my membership. I will miss going here and want to especially thank Penny and Donna for keeping me healthy. -

Just tried this place for the first time.. got a deep tissue massage from Pablo, and it was great. They didnt have any ambient music in the rooms, but I played my own and it was perfect.. I even fell asleep and may have snored a little bit (or q lot) 😂 -

I received my first facial from here a couple of days ago, and let me tell you, Madison was absolutely PHENOMENAL. She was so knowledgeable about everything and gave me recommendations on how to care for my combination skin. It was so relaxing and very much needed. I would definitely recommend to everybody! -

Susan is by far the best esthetician I have ever met. She takes great pride in her work. Shes efficient and thorough. You can tell that she really loves her job. She has done wonders for my almost 40 year old skin. -

Ada is the sweetest person youll ever meet! She is also the best massage therapist (not sure if this is her correct title or not). I love her! Always look forward to getting my massage, but if nothing else to catch with Ada on just life stories in general. She is such a very caring person. Also she always knows where to go to fix the pain that you are having, and where the culprit is thats causing you the pain so it fixes the issue that you have. P.S. I was thinking that I didnt want to do this review at first because I dont want everyone asking for Ada now, and I cant get in to see her. She is very good at what she does, and always good at giving advice if needed or wanted. If there was an option for a 10 star, she would defently get that! -
