    It’s a beautiful and relaxing place. They have a huge hammam, dry sauna, steam room and heated lounge area. Also the ice cold room, which I wish was cooler, because for an experienced sauna goer the temperature is mot low enough to cool off (cold water in the shower is not enough, if you know what I mean). I like the amenities, the teas and snacks are always nice and fresh👌🏼they provide water as well and a nice salty soap to use in shower. I haven’t try any of the massages or treatments yet though.

    Tierra Santa Healing House is a small charming spa at the Faena with an interesting selection of treatments including energy cleansing. Your eyes are covered for the cleansing and you can’t see exactly what your therapist is doing for an hour, but hopefully my energy is cleaner now lol! Also had a massage and facial. The massage was excellent, the facial was all serums and masks—no extractions or exfoliation—which I would have preferred. I did not spend much time in the wet spa area or hammam, but they were beautiful. The spa also sells souvenirs, sundries, skin care products, and essential oils. The staff throughout was polite and professional. Overall a nice escape for a relaxing day off.

    My favorite spa in Miami. I’ve been coming here for the last 6 or so years each time I visit miami and am more pleased each time I visit. Flo for facials, Shane and Armando for massages, and Gloria the spa attendant make this spa exceptional. Without them, it wouldn’t stand out the way it does to me. I would like to emphasize how kind and welcoming Gloria makes each experience at this spa exceptional for me. She is so loving, kind, and helpful in getting you situated at the spa. If you need anything, she’s got you covered. I will never forget how kind and helpful she was!I can’t wait to be back this winter.

    Love Tierra Santa Healing House! This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. Marina, Massage Therapist: One of the best Massages Ive ever had, and I frequent spas monthly all over the country. All services were fantastic, and Marina is gold and gifted. Thank you Marina!A few things that we noticed and some room for improvement. Co-ed Spa Restroom off waiting room: NO HAND Towels, only Kleenex to dry your hands. My business partner and I both commented on this. When I asked the Front Desk Assistant on check out. she stated due to Covid? Also, we noticed no cold wash clothes in steam, sauna area... We asked, and nothing.Finally, the booking of appointments was handled with ease and perfection. Front Desk Experience upon check was less than ideal. There should have been notations on the account this was for a business client appreciation event, and they tried to charge the client, when I secured all reservations on my card. Front Desk staff needs some fine tuning.Well be back, highly recommend!

    Tierra SantaI was looking in Miami for the best spa experience. I was looking for a day of pampering. As such, I wanted additional benefits and not just a massage. This spa ended up topping my comparison list.Scheduling an appointment was slightly problematic. I spent entirely too much time on their site attempting to make a reservation for two. The site was not working. I ended up calling the spa to schedule over the phone. However, there was no answer so I had to leave a message requesting a return call. A staff did call me back late the next day. I was able to schedule over the phone. I was advised to complete the forms prior to arrival date- which I did doThe spa is located inside of the Faena Hotel. The hotel is on the corner and is easy to find. The spa will validate valet parking for $35. We parked about a block away for much less. However, parking price value would be based on how long you plan on being at the spa. It may be more cost effective to pay the $35.When we arrived a hotel staff assisted us by escorting us to the elevator to the spa level. There was a lady at the front desk when we arrived. It did take her a few moments to acknowledge us, and when she did she asked us to give her a few minutes. Another staff approached and asked if we had been assisted. The staff sitting at the front desk did ask her to help us. We advised we had appointments. She checked us in and walked us over to the waiting area.The waiting area is very bright and doubles as a store. We were served tea and allowed to relax and take pictures. This area also had access to the outside patio also available for lounging durring your spa day.Following the waiting area the staff walked us to the womens fitting room. She gave us a quick tutorial on how to utilize the lockers. We changed into our swimsuits to get ready to enjoy the wet area.The wet area is on the opposite side of the spa. You have to walk through the waiting area and the front desk. When you walk in you are greeted by a table full of fresh soap. You are encouraged to grab a piece to try. The following are available in the wet area: a waterfall shower, steam room, a haman, a sauna, and a cold room. NOTE: this area is co-Ed. Based on my observation its best to schedule an early service so that you can enjoy the benefits with a limited crowd. You also access the area for your spa services directly from the wet area. There is a lounge area where you can enjoy tea, infused water and snacks such as dried fruit, fresh strawberries, and chocolate covered almonds to name a few.I opted to take a quick shower prior to my 60 minute massage. My skin was feeling dry from the over load on water, and heat. We arrived to the lounge about 5-10 minutes prior to our scheduled spa time.Shane came into the lounge and advised he would be my massage therapist. When we walked into my private room he advised I could have a seat on a purple chair. He went over the paper work I competed on line. He repeated to me what I indicated as it relates to areas to focus on, areas to avoid and pressure I desired. After confirming everything he asked me what oil I would be interested in for aroma therapy. I opted for lavender after smelling all of them.Shane gave me some privacy to undress to my comfort level and advised I should start out laying face down. When Shane came back into the room he got to work immediately. This massage was PERFECT! Shane ensured the pressure was what I desired, and he focused on all the places I need to be worked on. He did some moves I have never felt before and I was so impressed. I was so disappointed when the 60 minutes were up.This experience exceeded my expectations!

    It’s been a few months since I had the pleasure of visiting Faena and the beautiful Tierra Santa spa. I loved the spa itself and the shop is amazing, but what (or who) you need to come here for is Shane! This man gave me the best massage of my life. I am his biggest fan and he deserves all the praise. No massage has compared to his! So grateful to have found him and will definitely be coming back to Tierra Santa because of Shane.

    I chose Tierra Santa because I really wanted to book a spa that had extra features, like the wet spa. I was nervous by some of the low reviews but thankfully, my husband and I had a great visit. The hotel its located in is incredibly beautiful, which adds to the experience.The desk staff were very nice and welcoming and the wet spa was very relaxing to do before our massages. I like that its co-ed so my husband and I could enjoy it together. The Hammam and sauna are just gorgeous. All the facilities were kept very clean and all the staff running it were friendly.Shane was my masseuse - he gave a really great deep massage - probably the best Ive ever had (though a few moves felt a bit too handsy and I got a little uncomfortable). My husband liked his massage. Overall, we had a nice experience and I would recommend this spa if youre looking for something a little extra, like the wet spa, to go along with your treatment.

    Shane at Tierra Santa Healing House is the best masseuse Ive ever had in my life. I get a massage about twice a month and its truly incredible the healing work hes able to do. Hes so intuitive and has such a unique technique that is unlike any other masseuse. Next level, 11/10.

    Overall it was a nice experience. We book the art of love package which is basically a 6 hour experience in a private suite. It’s starts with a scrub which was lovely. Then you shower off in the private shower.. and then you get a two hr long massage. My partner said her therapist was great but not very fluid in her movements. Mine on the other hand was okay.. but I just felt like it was very rushed. Then when our massages were done we were told we had 30 minutes to eat a 3 course lunch (included in packages ) and also bathe (also a service). They were rushing us to get our next service which was the facial. We asked for more time bc there was just no way we could make that all happen and not feel completely rush. But they did accommodate. For the price we paid it didn’t feel good.Flo did my facial and omg she was ammmaaazzzinngg. I’m an aesthetician myself and I never relax, let alone fall asleep like I did with her magic touch.I would go back but it would just to be able to get another facial by flo. ㅤᵕ̈

    Shane’s massage was a transformative experience, unlike anything I’ve ever had. From the moment he began, I could tell he had an extraordinary understanding of pressure points, applying just the right amount of strength. Typically I’m cautious with intense pressure, but Shane’s technique felt purposeful—like each movement was designed to unlock relief. By the end, I felt an incredible sense of relaxation and relief I didn’t even know I needed.Before my session, I had asked Shane to focus on my scapula as I’d been experiencing discomfort that impacted my sleep. That night I slept more soundly than I had in ages, even on the side that usually caused me pain. Shane truly understood my needs and dedicated his time to ensure I experienced full relief.I had heard around Faena that he was a client favorite and now I completely understand why. Shane’s skill, intuition and care made this the best massage I’ve ever had. I didn’t want it to end! He truly has magic hands and I’ll absolutely be back to see him again.

    What an amazing experience I had. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everything was exceptional. I am glad I went earlier than my appointment because I was able to utilize the other amenities. Such a relaxing experience , the ambience of the entire spa is spectacular. If you are seeking a one of a kind massage experience this is the place. When I was done I grab a bite at one of the hotel’s out door restaurant, which was nothing from exceptional as well.

    This is my favorite spa in Miami. I used to live in Miami and I now drive from West Palm, spend the weekend in Miami Beach and treat myself with a nice massage at Tierra Santa. The front desk staff, the therapists & the spa are top notch! Always a pleasure to come here!

    Mothers Day done RIGHT! The Tierra Santa Healing House is absolutely stunning with superb service. As a local, I was looking to have a me time on Mothers Day before spending the day with my family. I was lucky enough that Anamaria, a spa manager, recommended the Wet Spa early morning since I only had a few hours to disconnect and relax. The Wet Spa delivered on all fronts. Anamaria personally gave me a beautiful welcome and walked me around the facilities, from the storefront, the locker rooms, changing areas, and the Wet Spa rooms, and gave me tips on the order to use each room. I was provided with rose-infused craved-out soap petals, purifying scrubs, healing clays, and oils to use throughout the Wet Spa. The attendants were on point - they were informed and made sure the spa was clean/organized and that I had all the items necessary to feel a luxurious experience.I have to say the Hammam room and the Ice Parlor were my absolute favorites. Hammam has a waterfall and the contrast from the hot sauna to the Ice room was the best feeling. Anamaria was right - booking in the morning was the best option because at most there were two other guests so most of the time the Wet Spa felt like it was a private booking. I arrived at 9 am and left around 1 pm when the space got busier and noisier since it was a holiday and groups were using the Wet Spa before other services. I will definitely continue to visit The Tierra Santa Healing House.Thanks to the front desk and attendants for making me feel extra special on Mothers Day!

    A wonderful treat. Impeccable facility and friendly staff. The steam room and sauna were a perfect start to my Valentines Day, followed by a full-body massage, which was outstanding. The lemongrass tea and treats were delicious. Overall, it was a perfect couple of hours spent at Tierra Santa. I will be back for more. Thank you for the relaxing treatment.

    I visited the Faena spa in January, for a last-minute full-body massage after an extremely stressful few months with work and family responsibilities. All I needed was an escape where all my worries could become a distant memory. I went to the spa with my good girl friend and they only had a couples massage appointment available for the next day, but we didnt mind.When we got there, we enjoyed the inclusive haman and other wet spa benefits, the sauna and ice room, and relaxed in the lounge with hot tea, fruit and snacks. When it came time for the massage, they were able to accommodate us in separate rooms, rather than together.My massage therapist was Shane. I requested lavender oil, because I love the relaxing scent. The massage was ethereal with the perfect pressure in all the right places. Shane was the best Ive ever had as a massage therapist. I swear he unblocked my chakras in places where I had no idea I was locked up. For a person who finds it impossible to relax, because I am going, going, going all the time, he made it happen. I hope hes still there when I return in 2025!

    We made rsvp for Spa Month and from entering the Faena it was a 10/10 experience. The doorman offered us water and escorted us up to the Spa. The ladies were very kind checking us in and offered us water checking in and out. The Healing house was very clean and relaxing. The masseuse was attentive to my preferences and temperature. Also, the beach staff was friendly and hardly had to wait for drinks and food. 10/10 experience.

    I visited the spa in March after years of wanting to visit. The spa was beautifully curated in every way. The customer service was seamless and elevated. The therapists were well trained & very skilled healers and masters of their craft. The facilities were beautiful and transformative. I had a hammam rose ritual service with Gisela M- absolutely incredible experience. I also had an amazing massage with Alejandro C and ended the day with an excellent Biologique Recherche facial with Francesca V. It is clear that the TSHH team is very skilled and I am ready to return...tomorrow! :)

    This was the best massage and spa experience that I’ve ever had. I have gotten treatments all over the world, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great this one was. Lisette was so attentive to my body’s needs and also very aware in general. She knew when and where and how much pressure to apply to release all of my tension and stress effortlessly. The name of the spa definitely does it justice. It was truly a healing experience. Lisette was kind and intuitive and I am lucky to have received her as my massage therapist.On top of the massage the spa itself is luxurious, beautiful, and relaxing. I couldn’t stop taking pictures because it was so nice to just look at and be in that space. I wish I could go back every day and I will definitely be back very soon. Thank you very much. You’ve made my last day in south beach a very pleasant one.

    Everyone from the valet, front-office spa and the boutique was courteous and easy to talk to! My deep tissue massage was the best Ive ever had and the staff at the beach were great!     I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Sacred Warrior massage at Tierra Santa Healing House, and I must say it was truly transformative. ZUNDIEHs skill and expertise are unmatched. She worked her magic and, impressively, removed every single knot Ive been carrying for a decade. Her profound understanding of muscular anatomy was evident in her technique.     Omg Joanett is an amazing Massage therapist. As a licensed professional massage therapist myself and Director of Eastside Massage in NYC,I am a connoisseur of excellent massage therapy. The spa is simply amazing, the service team is fantastic, and Joanett is a 10 out of a 10. I love the spa. It’s just incredible and the secret warrior treatment is so special. Treat yourself because Massage is no longer a luxury. It’s a necessity in the stressful world that we live in. Pricey, but worth every penny!

    I came to Faena for my birthday with 5 of my friends. I am so happy I chose this spa because it was a wonderful experience. The massage was the best I’ve received in my life, Charlie was so knowledgeable and professional. The hamman, sauna and other amenities are so beautiful. I will definitely be going back.     Loved my facial with Ingrid, she was so skilled and left my skin glowing! My sister and friend saids that their services were top notch too.Also enjoyed the wet area (2 levels of steam room, sauna, group shower areas, not so cold room) Even though it was on the small side, eveeytheve was very nicely done. It doesnt inclide access to the pool but there are a couple lounge chairs and seating areas on the balcony over looking the property and ocean if you want some sun.Already planning our next visit!

    Truly a healing experience! Gisela was my massage therapist for the Tree of Life treatment during Miami Spa Month, and not to be dramatic but it was life changing. Every little detail of the treatment was designed to realign your chakras and to bring balance & harmony back into your life. Seven essential oils are used for chakras, and there are Nepalese singing bowls, whose vibrations create a sound bath & an experience that makes you forget where you are. The massage itself uses hot stones, which ties everything together so beautifully. Arrive at least an hour early so you can enjoy the wet spa, which includes a waterfall room, a hammam made from Amazonite, sauna, a steam room, and an ‘ice chamber,’ which is 55° and so refreshing from all the heat and steam treatments. There’s also crystal-infused water in the lobby, which was such a unique & lovely touch. Amethyst and Smokey Quartz everywhere to stimulate intuition & to ground you. I left Tierra Santa recharged & renewed. Thank you to Gisela & the rest of the staff for making this such a beautiful experience!

    I had a facial with Virzy. It was an incredible experience! Before she started she explained to me about my type of skin and all the products she was going to use and the brand. I felt the passion and dedication, she didnt made me feel just a costumer. I felt she was really caring about my skin and the results. I relaxed and slept in tota confidence! Thank you!!
