A perfect place to enjoy with friends! the service was good. The spa has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for disconnecting from stress. The facilities are very well maintained, clean and with a beautiful design that invites tranquility.In addition, they have common areas where you can enjoy a drink and chat comfortably.I recommend this place especially if you are looking for a group experience; it is ideal for spending time with friends and enjoying a unique moment. We will definitely be back!

This weekend we attended a dermatology conference. Wonderful facilities for conferences.We stayed 2 days on site and there are some pros and cons.Beautiful grounds from the entryway to the pools and restaurants. There is an adults only pool however be aware that drinks seems to be even more expensive than normal at this pool. Our particular mojito and Margarita tasted terrible. We paid $97 for 2 drinks and a corona in a can. So be aware of that.Room was nice. We did not have hot water for 2 days so that tends to be a thing there from what we understand. Also a BIG thing to know...the stocked refrigerator is weight based. So as soon as you pick up a drink you are charged. I bought my own drinks thinking I could use the refrigerator- DONT DO THIS! They were gracious enough to refund after showing photos. I called 3 times to have someone come to our room to have refrigerator inspection- no one ever came. Beds are comfy with plenty of pillows. The thermostat is very bright at night so you may want a mask to sleep. Definitely bring earplugs the sounds from the hall Definitely echo in the room. There are so many things going on at this hotel I do not believe you would be bored.They have bikes for you, beach across the bike road, pools, spa ($250 for hour Massage) concerts at night.We ate lunch at the sushi restaurant and have nothing but complements. Our server was outstanding. Sushi was great. I had the lychee Martini and it was perfect. Sweet but not to sweet.So keep in mind there is no microwave or usable refrigerator in the room. That may be important for persons with children.Overall we had a great time.

Happy 1st timer!! This spa is one word, luxurious 😍 I booked the day for myself and two others, who equally had a great experience. Highly recommend Catherine (masseuse) and Evelyn (aesthetician)! Gail, the boutique manager, was very welcoming and helpful in creating a beautiful day for all of us visiting. She offered her recommendations and walked me around the store providing the perfect shopping experience as well. Definitely coming back to his gem!!!

Honestly, one of the better spas in Miami Beach. I was pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities that they had including the cold plunge pool and my therapist Luis was phenomenal! I left feeling refreshed and super relaxed. Highly recommend you request him, if you go in during Miami spa month specials which they have extended through September so you still have time.!!Afterwards, you can grab lunch at their Oceanside social, which they give you a discount code to use as well.

While spending our anniversary at the Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, I purchased a spa treatment during our stay. With plenty of options to choose from, I chose the 50 minutes Clay and Play option. This spa treatment does not include a professional masseuse but it makes up for in couple’s foreplay. The setting includes two massage beds, a jacuzzi, a shower, Bluetooth speakers, wine bottle, and plenty of enriching skin masques, oils, and lotions at your disposal. Such a fun experience!

It’s the best spa in Miami and the boutique is heaven. The services are top notch and the staff is so kind and professional. They carry Johnny Was, Miss June, Camilla, and the best hats and brands. Highly recommend!

I love the spa , I had a facial. The lady whom did my facial was amazing. It was 80 minutes treatment. Also she give me a massage during I had a musk on my face. She was unbelievably good.At the front desk of spa people was very friendly and kind. I had a great time.Thank you all.

This is a very nice and well-run spa, with good amenities and masseuses. My sister and I both booked services this past weekend, and I wanted to change my service which confused them a little but overall was seamless. My masseuse, Kathy, was very professional and did a good job in my 80-min massage, and my sister enjoyed her scrub/massage with Enrique. However, I am deducting 1 star for poor (zero) communication about price increases. This is a very expensive spa as it is, so I was quite surprised to learn at check-out (!) that they had increased the prices since my booking in November. I was not notified of the price increase (+12%) and they refused to honor the price at which I booked at, and to me that is extremely poor customer service. This spa also automatically includes gratuity at 20% regardless of how much you enjoyed your service, and I think that is odd as well. So if you plan to go here, know it will be a good experience but you could be paying much more than what’s on their site depending on when they feel like upping prices.

I recently visited the Esencia Wellness Spa while staying at the Eden Roc Hotel and had a relaxing experience. I booked a treatment for my boyfriend as a birthday gift, and from the moment we arrived, the service was exemplary. Mailyn greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome.Although I wasn’t receiving a treatment myself, I absolutely enjoyed the spa amenities, particularly the relaxation lounge and the tea ceremony.

The spa is great, but I just found the best therapist in town. His name is Luis come to eden rock and book with him it was the best massage I had all year.He is fantastic very professional. Im so happy I came with him.Make sure you ask for Luis

Wife and I had a couples massage, which was superb. The massage room was quiet and nicely furnished. The attendant in the men’s locker room was professional and helpful. The locker room had a dry sauna and whirlpool but the wet sauna was out of service. My wife said the women’s locker room was a little overcrowded during her time in it. The men’s room was not. The relaxation room was well lit by large windows overlooking the resort.

Really wonderful service from the manager Maylin. On the day of our spa appointment, there was a staffing issue that affected my treatment. Maylin was very professional and managed the situation graciously and kindly. I really appreciated the kind attention. The spa facilities are also beautiful.

Very professional staff, solid services and clean facilities. The spa aesthetic is relaxing. Good to arrive early to use the amenities before treatment.My only complaint is that when I visited the steam room was not in order and the jacuzzi was not working— I would have appreciated notice of this from the staff as these are two things I looked forward to enjoying during my visit. I would come back again but will first confirm everything is in working order.Valet for spa guests is $21

From the time we pulled up and valet greeted us I loved it there. I made a reservation for a massage and had access to the entire facility. I felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire experience. The pools were warm and the hot tub felt great. We also checked out the steam room and went to the beach. Overall best day ever and we will be going back next time we come to Miami.

I have had a few spa tours on Miami Beach. This spa offer at Club 4524 truly stands out. You can schedule a tour to find out about their specials and offers. The staff is very friendly and welcoming - they will make sure that you are having a grate time.

Wow, what an AMAZING DAY! First of all, the ambiance and decor is absolutely stunning and has so much detail. It’s very large (the space is great to explore)...and the staff. Where do I begin. Everywhere we turned we were greeted so kindly and with a helping hand. My mom and I felt so special, and felt like the spa was giving us so much attention and appreciation. Monica, Vicky (from the front desk) and Emma the lead esthetician were FABULOUS. We didn’t have to lift a finger for anything. For my moms birthday Monica brought her champagne, and wished her happy birthday and made sure we got everything we needed. The staff wanted us to enjoy it as much as possible and I really appreciate it! We’ve been to many different spas in Miami Beach and this was one of the first we truly noticed a difference. Thank you Eden rock and thank you Essencia spa! Best staff, and beautiful place. We will be back!!!!

Its a little tough tough to call for rsvp; but after that, its all great. The spa had plenty of amenities, and the waiting room was relaxing. Not recommended for couples, as the male/female areas are quite separated.
