Steven has been taking care of me for almost 10 years now and I would never want to trust my hair to anyone else. He has taken me through color changes (red to blond to blond/brown back to red), and my color is always top notch and unique to me. Steven has also taken me through style changes and my hair always draws compliments and admiration. Steven is a real professional and takes such pride in his work, and it really shows. I cannot recommend him enough.This salon is otherwise aways very clean and professional. The receptionist is always lovely, and the assistants go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and pampered. Great salon from top to bottom!

I have been going to Yanika at West Avenue Salon for over 10 years. I love her wonderful disposition and professionalism but what I appreciate the most is how much she loves her work, she does it with great care and enthusiasm. She is very talented and is always keeping up with new trends. Yanika does a great job with my color, especially now that I am mostly gray and must go often, she does the perfect tone of color for me. I love it! She is also a very creative hair stylist and does beautiful work. Every one at the salon is friendly, attentive and polite, from the front desk to the assistants, I really appreciate everyone and I feel very welcomed.

After I moved to Miami from NYC, I spent my first five years trying different salons and continually being disappointed. I was so grateful when a European (model) friend finally recommended Rossano Ferretti! Most salons in Miami have a revolving cast of characters but this one has loyal and kind employees who feel more like a chic Italian family than anything else. They are all trained in the same method to ensure top quality cuts. I have long hair and they are able to cut it in a way that gives it great movement instead of feeling heavy. I liked everyone at the salon so much that my husband and children became clients as well. I get my color done by Steven, cuts by Marco or Steven, my husband and son get their hair cut by Daniel, and my daughter sees Stella. They are all fantastic and their jobs, and really lovely people as well. I could not recommend it more highly!

I love this salon. I have been coming here for about 4 years now and have never been disappointed. Rita does my highlights, haircut and blow dry. She is incredible- very talented and skilled. I always adore my hair when she does it. The staff is very friendly and professional overall. Steven Kelly has been cutting my hair for the last 3 years and I don’t let anybody else touch my hair. I have curly/frizzy hair and he knows exactly how to style it to make sure I can properly manage it . He does the best Lob haircut by far! This salon was recommended to me by a very discerning friend. My husband and I and my kids have all gone there multiple times for hair color, hair cuts and styling. Derek did a great job with mine and my husband’s hair. He is helpful, has a great personality and did a great job with my color and cut. He is my go to in Miami. Stephen did my daughter and don’t hair and we will go back to him as well. We are so happy to have found such a great place for all of us.

From the second I walked in the ambiance was welcoming and warm. I was greeted and instantly tended to. The salon itself was clean and crisp. Luigi was a total sweetheart and helped ease any reservations I had about my haircut. He worked swiftly and confidently truly demonstrating good technique and years of experience. The final result truly made me feel like a queen and I could not be more thankful for his work. After this experience I can confidently say that I will become a regular at the salon and of Luigis.

I was referred to Rita by my best friend, and have not gone anywhere else since. Being a blonde it can be hard to find the right colorist - but Rita is absolutely amazing. She truly has a natural talent for color and cuts for that matter. She takes the time to understand what you want from your hair and goes above an beyond.Every time I leave after seeing Rita I feel like I need to take my hair out for a night on the town. I have been going to Rossano Ferretti on West Avenue for several years now. Its a cool spot and with an industrial look thats an easy walk for anyone on the Bay side of Miami Beach. It also very reasonably priced. Steven is great! My hair is easy to cut, but he has cut and colored some of the most famous people in the world. Always happy when I leave with my fresh new look.

Just call and ask to schedule a haircut with Dani. He’s from Argentina and speaks three languages (Spanish, English, and Italian), maybe more. He’s a professional and a proper hairstylist. The guy is simply an artist. They also have the best customer service, and everyone at the salon is super friendly.

I knocked on the door of Rossano Ferretti over 25 years ago having waited anxiously for it’s debut in Coral Gables. I was thrilled that a hair salon of that caliber would select our city as one of their international venues.And you know what? My life changed with their arrival.I met hair stylist Rita Manunzo who became, well...a huge part of my life.Gifted as a top notch colorist and stylist, Rita changed my look. From rags to riches, I dawned on a European look admired every where I went. And, I have travelled almost all over the world.Whether in Paris, Madrid or London, I always felt a tremendous sense of pride and satisfaction with the cut, color and style Rita was able to create. And you know what? Her blow dry could not be equaled in any other salon I have visited anywhere in my travels.Why? Rita’s technique, drying from the roots up ,with strength , power and consistency, cannot be recreated by many. It’s hard work to adopt this technique and most want an easier drying technique. But, not Rita; she creates volume where there is none; she can style the hair to do what you want; if your hair is not full, she will make you look as if you were born with plenty of curls to go around.
