    Irene is amazing and she is so kind. She does the most amazing job with blonde highlights, she is very precise and takes excellent care of my hair. I’m always so happy with the result when I leave the salon!

    This is the BEST salon in Miami!. The colorist is unbelievable. It is very hard to get my color right and she always nails it. Irene has been doing my hair for years and Ill never change her. She also cuts hair extremely well and respects how much I want cut. Shes also great at cutting mens hair. I highly recommend this salon for its great value and fair prices.

    First time getting my hair done here and the service was great and very affordable. Love my hair. Irene did a great job. Everything is fully sanitized and felt safe. She has a great sense of humor and very professional and did exactly what I wanted to to my hair..great colorist and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. I highly recommend this place.

    Impact Salon is a great place. Irene has been cutting my hair for years, as she does mens cuts as well as womens, and the results always turn out better than I could hope for. Irene is very charming, professional, and she always makes sure everything is sanitized and is the safest environment possible. Go support a great local business!

    I recently went to Irene for a blowout and everything about my experience was fantastic! The salon follows all covid protocols and if Irene isnt doing hair, chances are shes cleaning or sanitizing something. Irene is incredibly personable, nice and gave me a fantastic blowout. I will definitely be back!

    Irene has been my hair stylist for 20 years and I have recommended her to all of my friends and family . Everyone has called me to say thank you for my excellent recommendation . She is very professional . I first came to Irene as I liked her hair coloring on another friend and she has been doing my color and styling ever since .

    Irene’s is the best! Super sweet, welcoming and personable. I felt also very safe from Covid in her salon. She takes all the extra steps to keep everything sterile. I would come back from Vegas to Miami Beach to get a haircut from her again... Referred my sister soon after. Her cut was even better. She also does some of the very best blow dry styles too. And she took the time to teach me some special techniques to style my hair, while it’s wet to have that perfect elegant wavy curl look. Highly recommended 💇🏻‍♀️

    I had a great experience! The owner/stylist was attentive and very knowledgeable on how I wanted my hair blown out and pinned. I have very long thick, ginger hair and she went above to make sure it was dried properly. very happy she took my last minute phone call and said yes for me to come over right away. Would go again when I’m south beach.

    Irene was amazing! Clean and very friendly.. She took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted. Made me feel very welcome and I definitely will be going back for any beauty needs.     I am a long time client of Irene at Impact Salon. I have regularly had hair cuts and colorings done with her. She is friendly, caring, punctual, doesnt double-book, and you are treated as if you are her only client. She always works hard to make sure you look your best. Highly recommended.

    Great service, owner/stylist is such a sweetheart, and making sure no stone has been un turned when it comes to COVID precautions. My hair looked amazing. Irene has been in this business for over 20 years, and treats all her clients like family.Must call in doors are kept closed due to covid, and opened upon appointment.

    I needed a last minute appointment to get and updo for a wedding in Miami and called Impact Salon hoping they’d have a spot. They were able to take me on short notice and did a fantastic updo that lasted through breezy weather, a full night of dancing and even a drizzle at an outdoor wedding. The owner is mask friendly which made the experience feel safer and the salon was clean and bright.

    I didn’t experience this salon but my mother did. She said that the owner was friendly and professional. The place was sanitary and very welcoming. My mom loved her brows and I really loved the shape that they decided on that worked best for her. Well done!!
