I was reminded today after a mani/pedi with Mercedes that I needed to post a review of this wonderful location. I have been a client of Mercedes for more years than I can count, at various locations in Bay Harbor. This spot is convenient for me as I do have disabilities in getting around. Mercedes takes her time in servicing me, and does lovely work. We always have a friendly and personal conversation and I enjoy the small, cozy, clean and private feel of this location, rather than a large spa that handles 10 or more customers at a time. I highly recommend visiting there.

I’ve been seeing Maria Elena for nails and wax for 13 years! She is super sweet, professional, clean and has the best products. I recommend 100% to anyone looking for a nice clean spot to get your nails done!

I highly recommend this place. Being going for a while because I am so very happy with the way they do my nails and toes. On top of that I value the most that I never have to wait although there are busy.The place is super clean and the ambience very relaxing.I also go for my facials and skin treatment and everybody is noticing the good results on my face.
