I enjoyed a wonderful body therapy spa package with my best friend, which was entirely worth the money. The steam room, lounge, and locker rooms were all clean. There are cold towels available after your steam. There is a beautiful waterfall in the outside lounge, which really makes you forget you are even at a hotel with other guests. Truly idyllic and made my morning!

Have traveled 27 countries, visited many award winning or top 10 spa in the world, but it was quite challenging to find a great massage therapist in US. So glad I went Aveda Spa and had Julia!! The high quality, very professional 80 minutes aroma oil massage healed my body and soul❤️Definitely recommend this spa to anyone who stays at The Palms hotel or not, you won’t regret it! The therapists are so friendly. One thing could be improved is when you book online, wish I could pick female or male therapist and avoid any misunderstandings and save each other’s time.Thank you Julia! Really wish I can have your awesome massage again!

Wow, its just an amazing place to relax, wind down from all of the craziness in Miami. The customer service was top tier, and I had the best masseuse hands down. Thank you again, and I will be visiting again!

This spa is very nice but small. The locker room is tiny with a single bathroom and 2 showers. They have a steam room I really enjoyed but its in the waiting area so theres less privacy. At one point, there were so many people waiting in robes in that waiting area that there wasnt enough seating. But it cleared up very quickly, within minutes.I dont really see the value add of a couples massage. Weve gotten these elsewhere and usually theres more fanfare around it but here we were just kind of both there at the same time. The therapists were great though! I checked out the poolside massage area after the fact and would do that instead. Its far enough away from the pool that I think itd be quiet. This spa is a great option for guests with late flights to go to after check out! Convenient plus shower and pool access are included.

The massage was very good, but make sure you are aware of the massage time. We were told we will have a 50 minute massage, but we only got 30 minutes.

Great massage experience at this spa! I had the stress fix massage with Marcelo and he really did a good job releasing the tension in my neck and shoulders. Loved the peppermint smell too.

Bernarda is an amazing specialist! She was very kind and gentle with me during my pedicure! She made me feel very relaxed and did not make me feel self conscious at all about my feet! I mention that because I have been to other places where they make rude comments about how worn and unkempt my feet look since I dont really get pedicures often. But she was so sweet and lovely and very accommodating! I would definitely come back to see her again next time I am in Miami! ¡Gracias Bernarda!

I had an 80 minute massage with Sophia. She was absolutely amazing. Being in this industry myself, I appreciated her attention to detail and communication. Self care is so important. I am beyond ecstatic with my experience at The Palms Spa today! Im so excited that I could hardly wait to get home to write this review!I’ve been super stressed at work so I decided to make today a “Treat Yourself” day. I had a good feeling I made the right spa choice as soon as I made the call to book my appointment. The receptionist was so friendly and informative. I had a few questions and she was able to answer them all and recommend services based on my specific needs. I decided to go for the Island Style Cabana Massage, which is a private cabana by the pool, with shampure as my Aveda aroma. And OMG I could not be more thrilled about my choice! Let’s start with parking. Since I was already treating myself to a full on spa day, I decided not to stress out about parking and went straight to valet. The spa validates 50% of valet so I only had to pay $15! (I mean, it doesn’t get better than that in South Beach!)I walked into the spa to the cutest reception with a retail selection. Just by walking in I wanted to buy all the scented candles!! The receptionist again (not sure if she was the same from my call) was super nice and friendly. She checked me in and took me to the locker room to get changed. I then waited for the therapist in the beautiful relaxation area. I arrived a bit early to start my relaxation process. It was like shutting the world off. I felt sooo relaxed and at peace! It even had access to a cozy terrace which I enjoyed after my massage. The Island Style Cabana was a dream. 🤩 I was giddy when I walked in. It was just so beautiful! And I felt I was on a deserted island during my massage. My massage therapist, Brenton, was AMAZING!!! I’ve had massages before but he is on another level!! He was able to melt every knots and stress away! After my glorious massage, I walked on clouds back to the relaxation area. The spa manager even checked in on me in the relaxation area and got me a cold beverage. She was sooo sweet and attentive. Although the spa doesn’t have a sauna or jacuzzi, the fact that you get access to the pool and beach all day made up for it in a big way! I spent the rest of the day between the beach and the pool. I felt like a million bucks. I also treated myself to lunch at the hotel’s restaurant and ate a delicious salmon poke bowl by the pool.I just want to thank Ms. Vivian and her amazing staff for making my day so special. This was exactly what I needed and everyone went above and beyond to make me feel whole again. You have no idea how much today meant to me! I will most definitely be coming back very soon!

Natalie, cosmetologist & hairstylist is very professional, takes in each client very seriously. I love the way she takes care of my hair with the parasana scalp treatment. Shes gentle & sophisticated.

I love this spa. It’s my new go-to for a great staycation. Really friendly staff, extremely peaceful environment, and very skilled masseuses.You get the benefit of getting pool/private beach access too and it’s incredible.

As a spa Director of Eastside Massage Therapy in NYC, and Licensed Massage Therapist since 1983, I confess that I am very particular about massage therapy in general.The deep tissue massage I received from Zuly was excellent. It was what I would call a smart massage. She targeted my tight neck muscles and helped to work out the knots, in addition she loosened up my back with a very good treatment of deep tissue and I felt refreshed and restored. The Aveda spa has a very nice relaxation room and the treatment room was clean and professional. The table was heated which I appreciate. The music was soothing and the 50 minutes I received was all about me. The only issue I have with the spa is they need another front desk associate because when I checked in the one woman was on the phone scheduling someone else which made my massage a little late. In addition people waiting behind me were getting anxious. They need two people at the front desk for an efficient operation.All I can say is that I was very pleased with the quality of the massage and the whole experience was very positive. The tea was beyond delicious licorice and mint and unfortunately they were out of it so I couldn’t buy any. I recommend the Palms Hotel and spa and we will go back when I get a break from my own work and lifestyle in Manhattan.

My highest recommendations. A suitable place for a gift for a birthday, anniversary or any compliment in general. High quality products. The staff is very friendly. The signature tea is excellent. They are treated to champagne and mimosa. You can use the hotel pool, sauna and many other services!Highest score ♥️My birthday was held in an unforgettable atmosphere.And they also gave me a 20% discount on the next visit for two and a 50% discount on a manicure,

Very beautiful experience, my boyfriend and I went for his birthday and we had an exquisite time, very good service, and a lot of tranquility, good atmosphere. We were assisted by a girl named Vivian, she is spectacular, very attentive and helpful and the massage was wonderful. I definitely recommend it 100% and it is a place I would go to a thousand times again. I adored it ❤️🥰
