    I had the best sns manicure there! It was like a Russian manicure. They have a great color selection for both gel and sns, tons of opi colors which are normally hard to come by with sns. Next time I’m in Miami, I’ll be back! Almost 3 weeks and still looks perfect

    Great service. Clean place, and music is fun but calming it wasn’t too loud. Owner seems very nice. Staff was incredibly sweet and very gentle when doing the job. They were also very patient when I asked for nail shape change which I really appreciated. And, the nail job for both gel mani and gel pedi was superb. This is now my new nail spot. Prices are also great here. This place deserves 6 stars! Angel and Patrice were awesome

    I had an amazing experience at Anais Nails on 41st in Miami Beach! The ownership and staff are incredibly professional, and the nail technician’s work is top-notch. My nails have never looked better! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality and professionalism. ⭐⭐⭐

    I have been a customer for some time. I am always treated so well, each technician makes to feel special! I have brittle and thin nails and they take their time to do it right with no damage! Very happy. About ready to have my loyalty card complete also!

    This was a great experience. My nails turned out amazing with their chrome powder. The nails artists paid so much attention to detail. I went with 4 friends and we all had great results. Definitely recommend. You should clarify the pricing prior to getting your nails done though, there seemed to be some confusion on how much extra the chrome was.

    First time I do acrylic nails and I loved how Rachel took care of me! I was very happy with the outcome! I went to the location on Washington ave. Please be patient because they also accept walk ins so be there extra early if possible! Gracias Rachel por tu excelente servicio! Súper profesional y creativa! 10/ 10 estrellas

    First time at Anaïs Nail & Spa and I absolutely love this place. Until recently, I’d been going to another nail salon but after a few bad experiences with my nails not being done right, I found Anaïs. My nail stylist was iBelsy and she’s incredible. She fixed my nails to perfection and she is very detailed in how she shapes and paints your nails. Customer service from scheduling the appointment to actually being serviced was great too!!!! Definitely coming back!

    Amazing service by Danielis. I came in and asked for an infil with nail design. She did it in the hour , and did it exactly how I wanted it !! She was fantastic. Will be going again 100%.

    Miami South Beach 🏝️Stopped here to get my nails done.From the Northeast .. the employees were Hispanic and the atmosphere was alive.Back in NJ we have a lot of oriental nail salons.Even though Spanish is not my first language they made my husband and I feel welcome.On the way out the owner and I talked. What a lovely man, Francois he was from France. Totally a different person from other France natives.Will be back next trip 💜

    I’m a licensed nail tech, and this is the only place I go when I don’t feel like doing my own nails. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend making an appointment, but walk-ins are always welcome, AND THEY VALIDATE YOUR PARKINGGGGGGG!! Look at this perfect manicure y’all 💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️ and this is already about a week old! 🥰

    Staying in Miami for a bit and wanted to find a one-stop, reasonable and clean nail spa that does the basic - waxing, mani & pedi. I called and spoke to François, made my appointment and showed up accordingly. The young lady that did my waxing and pedicure was good but didnt speak a drop of English. That said, once she started my pedicure, it was difficult for me to communicate my preferences to her (disadvantage of me for not speaking spanish). Although I know other techs could have translated and have done it, I just didnt want to bother another technicians while they were attending to another customers (I dont like when my nail technician is distracted as well). Moved on to my mani, Laura was excellent, she knows her stuff and did an awesome job.About the spa --management/François seems to be kind but doesnt know the names of all the services he offers or knows it under different names.-the spa was kept in a reasonable manner- not spotless nor messy (I probably wont make it my go-to nail spa if I was living here).-I chipped a nail a day after (and was determined to have it fixed for the price I paid but I was also going to a function and want to have a proper mani). I called and was able to have it fixed at no cost.-theres a public parking lot at the back of the spa.

    Everything in Miami is over priced so far…. However this little gem tucked away right around the corner from all the action ( walking distance from beach-adjacent hotels) is priced at fair market and delivers world class customer service and amazing service. My massage during my pedicure was to DIE FOR! Please come here if in South Beach. I will every time I come back!

    I’m not even done my mani-pedi yet and I want to say this place is awesome. Suggested to me by a front desk spa lady, I was excited since her gel nails were flawless. Kathy, my tech, is funny, nice and VERY meticulous. All the staff is full of life and seems very happy, even gave me a little Cuban coffee! I’m making a list of places to come back to and this is one of them.

    My daughter and I were traveling and she wanted to get her first set of acrylics. This salon was recommended by our hotel and it was very nice. The customer service was terrific, my daughter loved her nails, and the prices were reasonable. Seemed clean and well kept.

    I came in to get my nails done last minute upon arriving to Miami since my appointment in St. Louis was cancelled due to a snowstorm the day before we left. The staff worked to get me in quickly and gave me the most beautiful polish pedi and gel manicure. The nail technician was a perfectionist, and I really enjoyed speaking with her! Their prices are totally reasonable, and they still take the time to groom and trim your nails and cuticles (which most nail places stopped doing). Overall amazing experience! Thank you!

    First time attending this nail salon. My original appointment was for Wednesday but had to change it last minute - this was no problem. Appointment was changed with ease. I arrived to my appointment (parked in the back - ample parking space and easy access to the nail salon) and was attended by Saiky. She was very sweet, professional, informative (with salon products and services) and detailed with my nails. I was extremely impressed with the salon cleanliness and how nice the staff were to each other. Overall, this nail salon has a huge selection of different color polish and a nice vibe. I will definitely visit again and make this my nail salon my nail salon and keep Saiky as my nail stylist.

    I have my nails done here every two weeks and LOVE it. Saiky always does a fantastic job. She takes care of the details and make sure youre satisfy with the result. She even guide you with your color selection, if you need it.Francois always find a spot for you and is very kind.The place is clean and they added extra protection after COVID (crystal walls between you and your manicurist)The prices are very affordable without sacrificing the quality.100% Recommend

    I visited this salon for the 1st time and was completely satisfied. From the time of making a telephone appointment with Francois until I left was a great experience. He was extremely thorough, professional and patient. I received an appointment text reminder and knew that I was in good hands. My gel mani, gel pedi and eyebrow wax are beautiful. Quality team performing quality work. I will support this nail salon on my monthly South Miami Beach trip going forward. Great work!

    The women were so pleasant and work quickly and efficiently. They have an amazing staff a nice set up. If you have small children, they are so patience and kind to kids. My 3 year old had her nails done while me and her dad were getting mani/pedi. They were so attentive and great with her. They also have a small area for you child to draw or play while you wait if needed. Great place if you have kids, or a great place if you want great service and a nice calm atmosphere.

    I visited Anais during my trip to Miami and it was the best nail experience I have EVER had. Their customer service is A-1.I called to set up an appointment (last minute on a Friday) and the guy who answered was extremely nice, communicative, and understanding.I made an appointment for a pedicure, but I called to let them know I would a little tardy, he understood. Once I got there, I was immediately seated.There was a little language barrier between my nail tech and me, so the neighboring nail tech translated with ease. Everyone was so sweet! Even the other customers lol.At the end, I ordered my lyft to leave. My lyft was no where in sight when I walked outside, so I called to figure out where she was.... only to find out she didnt speak English and I didnt speak Spanish lol. I ran back inside to see if someone could help me communicate and the guy who was at the front desk was an angel! He took my phone and walked outside with me, chatted with the lady on my behalf, and basically stayed with me until she arrived. I was so appreciative.All in all, my toesies came out PERFECT and it was only $39.

    I went to the nail salon spontaneously today and can only speak positively. My nails were done very, very cleanly and hygiene is also taken into account here. Color, filing, construction was perfect. Getting an appointment on the same day was no problem either. Everything was super relaxed there and everyone was very friendly. The only drawback: the price was different from the price table and the agreement.
