Ask for MADRIANA‼️‼️, please let me explain.I arrived and shortly after was greeted by my waxer (Madriana). I must say Madriana’s room was immaculate (clean, organized and ready for my arrival). Madriana could sense I was slightly apprehensive so she took her time to explain step by step what was coming next. She didn’t complain at all when I changed my services during our session. She explain the health benefits of Uni K’s wax and how it differs from other waxes. I was extremely impressed by her level of patience, poise and meticulousness. (I checked to see if she missed anything). I never felt rush or any discomfort throughout my session. Madriana did her ABSOLUTE best to create a pleasant and memorable experience for me. I woke up today feeling rejuvenated and I WILL BE returning. If you need a wax, ask for MADRIANA‼️‼️‼️‼️ Don’t think twice‼️‼️

I’ve been a customer for 9 years now. And, although I’ve have some bad experiences, it’s only been because my go-to person hasn’t been there and I’ve had to go with whoever is available. My go-to person is Eleydis (Ferreras, I think) she’s always smiling and carries a great attitude. Flexible and gives you suggestions for after care products. She works fast but never makes you feel as if she’s trying to get you out of there. I’ve learned to call ahead and schedule with her before hand so I don’t have to go with any of the others.

This was the best wax I have ever gotten in my life. I came to her with over 5 years of leg hair (not shaved or waxed in over 5 years)... a bush from hell and 6 months of grown out armpit hair... it was NOT PAINFUL. I wish I could remember the name of my water because she was incredible and I highly reccommend... aside from her attentiveness and kind demeanor, the products she used made a huge difference. The wax left my skin feeling hydrated and not dried out... did not rip or burn my skin. I highly reccommend and I wish I could take her and this salon wherever I go! It will be hard to find another place that is good after being so spoiled

So is the “lobby.” The actual facility seems like it used to be a medical office building or small medical practice. Was a bit unsure about how my wax would go based off this vibe BUT my full Brazilian wax was not only done quickly- it was done well. No pain. Everything gone. I left feeling more like - wow. Easy. The price is also cheap (in my opinion). Affordable may be a kinder word. $53 for full (front & back) on south beach is a steal. If you want your hair removed - go here. If you want an experience / spa / oh la la ... go somewhere else. This place is wham, bam, 🐈 pristine. Adios!I loved it.
