I am more low maintenance and don’t usually care about beauty as much, but after getting my eyebrows done here, people noticed and complimented me a few times. Vivian sees her work as an art. I was recommended Vivian by my sister and this is by far the best mani/pedi I’ve ever had. My nails look SO clean and perfectly manicured. She really took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly and her space was nice and comfortable. You really are getting the most of your money and time here compared to other chains or quick places. If I could rate this with 10 stars I would.

I have been a client of Vivian for 7 yrs now and I can say she is the best nail tech Ive ever had. She takes her time to deliver immaculate manicure and pedicures. Her attention to detail is incomparable especially when creating nail art from scratch no stencil needed. She is highly skilled and I trust her completely. Most recently I had the opportunity for her to bless my brows (Ombre Brows) and gave me what Ive always wanted. Vivian will excel at any beauty trend because she puts in the work and research needed to provide the best quality and outcome. Not only for her services but products as well. Nevertheless, Id like to add her availability she has never cancelled an appointment and has accomodated me because you know life happens. I have never felt like damn that was a waste of money unlike most salons and spas.

Vivian is by far the best in what she does. Amazing nail tech , ombré eyebrows and very professional. She is extremely caring and makes sure her clients are always comfortable, and satisfied. She has great attention to detail. I love how she takes her time to clean the cuticles right, paint perfectly the nails and has NEVER failed me on any design I have wanted on my nails (short or long). The pedicures are also perfect, and wrapped hot towels are by far my favorite part of the pedi. I don’t trust anyone with my eyebrows except her because she has such steady hands. My ombre eyebrows are to die for ♥️ Highly recommended. I have tried other places and I always leave so disappointed, Viv has set the bar too high for any salon to match. If you are looking for complete perfection in mani, pedi and waxing/ombré eyebrows you have come to the right place with Viv!!! Oh and I love my nail buddy Pelu too!! 💅🏻🥰

Vivian has such great attention to detail and her work is amazing. I come from Broward just to get my nails done with her, even though I have a nail salon across the street. I’ve been hooked since the first time. I have been bringing my daughter with me as well and we have never had a mani/pedi AND eyebrows as amazing as how she does it. You’ll be hooked after your first session. Her perfectionism is reflected in her work.

Before going to her I had super damaged nails but with only 3 visits so far my NATURAL nails are looking healthy again! Same goes for my eyebrows, I always had 2 different eyebrow shapes but after Vivian did my eyebrows they are identical!! I was super shocked and didn’t think it was even possible . Every time someone ask me either about my nails or eyebrows I make sure to tell them that she is the best but her work speaks for itself I constantly get countless comments on her work… “how cute are your nails” or “your eyebrows are perfect!” She is professional and a loves what she does. When she was in maternity leave I suffered because I could NOT find anyone at her level my nails were ruined in that short time and as soon as she came back my nails were back strong and beautiful. If you want to get what you paid for go to Vivian she will not disappoint.

Going to see Vivian to get my brows waxed was a wonderful experience. I was slightly doubtful at first because I hadn’t had them waxed in years, but she calmed my nerves and explained everything she was doing before and during the experience. Her place was very nicely set up and as she worked I just lay there listening to the calming sounds she had playing.I was expecting it to be slightly painful but it was not. She even used a cooling roller when she said I had some redness and that just added to the soothing experience.I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Vivian is the nail tech of your dreams. She is professional, diligent, reliable, and detail-oriented. For years, Ive dealt with disappointing nail techs. They were either too rough, too unprofessional, overpriced, etc. And my gel manicure would start chipping after only days. My gel w/ overlay mani with Viv lasted 3 weeks!!!! You absolutely will not regret going to her. She is AMAZING!

I had a really hard time in Miami before finding her! She is so meticulous and thorough; I always get comments on my nails after a session with her. I unfortunately no longer live in Miami, and have a hard time finding someone as consistently good. I cannot recommend Vivian enough!

Vivian is the ONE to go to if you’re interested in PMU, specifically Ombré Brows!! She has given me the full experience and I have already learned so much in just a few months. I just had my brows done by her and I was so shocked by how PRECISE and FLAWLESS they came out to be. I could not stop looking at them! I typically take a while to shade in my brows with my brow pencil everyday, but after getting my Ombré Brows done by Viv, I know I’m going to save so much time and money in the long run while having the most beautifully done brows all day every day! :)

I moved out of town and the first thing I did when I booked a flight back was contact her for an appointment, I even changed my flight because she didn’t have availability. Do your self a favor and see her ASAP. Or order her press on nails. Or do both and then book her again before you even sit down. When you go to Vivian’s to get your manicure and pedicure you will be part of her family for the duration of your appointment and beyond. You will experience her meticulous work, patience, professionalism and quality. I had the pleasure of getting my mani and pedi every two weeks by Vivian for almost 8yrs! Only reason I stoped was because I moved away and no one has come as close to her level of work since then. She’s an artist at her craft and the passion she has is evident in her work. Trust me, once you start, you will experience that no ones comes close to this woman’s dedication to grow and excel in her craft. She is able to create designs without stencils and the wonderful conversations are alway a plus. I miss you dearly my friend and “nail lady”! ❤️

I have known Viv for a long time. I went to her when she started working as a mail tech. She has great customer service and attention to detail like none other. I have yet to encounter someone who can do my nails like Viv; no one comes close. She enjoys her work and making her customers happy. I cannot say enough about how great she is. Everywhere I go, I get compliments on my nails and brows. I would definitely recommend Viv to anyone; she will not disappoint.
