    Iā€™ve been getting my nails done by Diamely for months, and I always come back because of her service. She is very detailed and a perfectionist. Her customer service is excellent throughout the entire appointment. She offers me coffee, and the conversation is always very pleasant. I would come back 100 more times just for the experience, plus the manicure is high quality and lasts a long time. The best manicurist Iā€™ve ever had, highly recommended.

    Lesbet is absolutely amazing. Not only is she punctual and attentive, but she also take great care of her clients and is the most accommodating.     Iā€™m must confess I have only visited here twice- but both experiences were 100% positive. The manager (Erika I think??) is super helpful and kind and the different estheticians who did my nails were both very sweet. The atmosphere and vibe are excellent. Note: I hate being rushed, while I equally resent when people take forever to do a gel mani/regular pedi. Here, they strike the perfect balance; great attention to detail while not faffing around- and the prices are completely reasonable! Making another appointment today!

    Lesbet always does my nails so well. My cuticles on my hands are sensitive to the drill and she always does her best to accommodate me and my nails always last at least 3 weeks! Make sure to ask for her. Shes also very kind. :)

    Hottest nails in South Miami! I came down for the week, and wanted some Miami Nails. Tommy greeted me and my friend, was so kind, gave us Vietnamese coffee and water, and I got my nails dipped! They came out amazing. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

    I canā€™t even begin to describe how upset I am that I donā€™t live close enough for this to be my regular nail salon. Tommy is absolutely phenomenal, heā€™s the owner of both hot nails salons (make sure you double check which one youā€™re going to, I went to the wrong one and he let me come an hour late and got me right in) they take walk ins but youā€™re better off with an appointment, super easy to make online. The spa itself is so beautiful and the complementary moscato was a very nice touch, Tommy has 26 years of experience and his passion for the work he does shows. He also gave me a discount which was not necessary, heā€™s hands down the best nail tech Iā€™ve ever been to. Youā€™d be a fool not to go here and, on top of it, his prices are the best. I got nail extensions with dip.

    Tommy runs this place the way you only hear about in movies, he guarantees satisfaction for 2 weeks, he has a great sense of hospitality and his stylists are all able and extremely talented. I highly recommend Ladys work she is extremely skilled and applies an absolutely perfect nail. The attached photo is of my nails after a week and I use a lot of water and use them as tools lol

Got today for the first time the Volcano Stone Pedicure and it was amazing!     Hot nail spa is extremely professional! I went in Friday 8/27 for dip services and on Wednesday 9/1 I saw I had a nail chipped. I called in and spoke with Tommy who immediately without hesitation said to come in so they can fix it free of charge. I came and he saw that two other nails needed a touch up and completely did again all my nails. I was relaxing experience and I am extremely content with the services provided.     Yaremys is wonderful! Always has a sweet disposition and does beautiful nails. The glitter pedicure is my favorite with a peach scrub, hot stone massage and glitter lotion. Very relaxing!

    Appointments are super easy to make. Lesbet Diaz does a perfect job! Ive know Lisbet for 7 years now and she introduces new products that we try out! Hard gel and Dip are my favorites.     Iā€™m new to the area and happened upon this place online. Iā€™m so happy I found them! I made an appointment for a gel pedi on the same day, called in and asked if I could get a gel mani during my pedi, and they made it happen. They have dip colors and corresponding gel colors, and their facilities are clean. Sandra did my nails and Lis did my toes, and they were both careful and meticulous about their work. So grateful I found a new nail place!

    They not only do amazing nails and pedicures, these people truly care about making their customers SMILE while providing the best service ever! They go above and beyond no matter how busy they are. They welcome you with a glass of wine (or water). The salon looks impeccable and location is just perfect! The owner does things no other salon does for customers, and that is, to give free services to those people that are unemployed. Heā€™s all about giving and making people feel very special! Elizabeth, Leidy and the rest of the girls are such wonderful people too and they all do beautiful nails! This is my 3rd time in the salon and I feel ā€œat homeā€ every time.     My first time coming here and Sandra did an amazing job. This is the first nail technician that has not cut my cuticles on my pedicure or at the tip of my toes in months. I have found my new place, my new shangri-la. I will definitely be back. She listens to me and always does a beautiful job my nails are stronger too.     This place and service is nothing short of amazing! For those concerned with Covid- they give you hand sanitizer upon arrival, spot is very clean & they have plexi glass at all stations. Tommy is extremely personable and did an awesome job with my nails. Ive been looking for a good place and Im so happy I found Hot Nail Spa. They dont use acrylic, which is amazing. They specialize in dip and make your nails look as natural as possible. They also offer a cool incentive (spin the wheel and you could possibly get different prizes such as, a few dollars off your service. You also get 100 points per visit). They offer beverages (water, wine or Moscato)! Though I dont reside in Miami, I will take a 40 min trip from sawgrass just to keep coming back here. Thank you Hot Nail Spa for going above and beyond to ensure your clients are happy.

    I love coming to this spa to get my gel mani and pedi done. I always make an appointment ahead of time with Yareymis so I never have to wait to get a great service. Sheā€™s truly the best!     I have been going to Hot Nail Spa South Miami for the past 2 years. I tried 6 other nail salons in the South Miami area before finding this gem - itā€™s the best by far. All the girls there are so nice and do fabulous work! I have never had any problems, but they do offer to repair your nails if they should break or chip within 2 weeks. Highly recommend this place!

    I only have 1 complaint DONā€™T get your nails or feet done by DIAMELY she is rude. She has an attitude sheā€™s nasty. Sheā€™ll cut your feet up and wonā€™t even put any effort into your manicure or pedicure and also horrible customer service. No empathy whatsoever sheā€™s extremely rude. Sheā€™s blonde and has her lips done. She looks like a duck she has two tattoos behind her elbow. Definitely can see she does not reflect on the whole spa. She is the only nasty one there. The lady that did my feet she is amazing her name is gretsy if you wanted the job done make sure to go see her she is fantastic I totally recommend this place just donā€™t go to the girl I mentioned above

    I went to Hot Spa South Miami for the first time. The place is beautiful and very clean. My nail technician was GREAT . She was professional, knowledgeable and attention to every detail. She made the experience great and my gel mani and regular pedicure came out PERFECT. Her name is Lisbet Diaz. She just started and is great. I have followed from the other places she worked.     Hot nails is phenomenal! My nails have never looked better! Judy is an exceptional nail tech.     I love this salon! And all the employees are amazing. Iā€™ve been going to Hot Nail Spa for almost three years now, and I was sad to stop going when I moved an hour away. After trying a few different places by where I live, I decided it is worth driving an hour just to get my nails done at this salon. They give the best recommendations and pay so much attention to detail. Lady gave me a beautiful dip manicure, and Elizabeth the manager is such a sweetheart and gave me a relaxing spa pedicure.     Amazing experience! (Be forewarned this is not an acrylic nails salon) It felt very personable and welcoming to be greeted by name and addressed the whole time by name. I called to see if they had last minute space for me and they quickly agreed to take me in without an appointment. I looked into their appointment scheduling system and it also looks very easy to use. Moving on to the services I have to say they were very detail oriented. I got a dip manicure and gel pedicure and I couldnā€™t have left more satisfied. My hands and feet look better than any other nail salon Iā€™ve even been to. Their motto is we love to see a smile on your face and it couldnā€™t be more true. They constantly ask how they can make you more comfortable or make your service even more realaxing, if that is even possible. In the end, my personal opinion, this salon is worth every penny.

    I am not one to leave reviews but I was in the area and stumbled upon this gem! Not only was in super clean and everyone was very respectful with regards to mask protocols, but the owner/manager Tony was incredible. Not only is he friendly but I was blown away by his kindness. He knew most of the customers by name and was even organizing free manicure event for breast cancer survivors. To add, he had a sign that said for the unemployed who have interviews, they can come in for a free manicure with a text to his personal phone. Wow, I love supporting small businesses like this, a must visit when in S. Miami!

Tommy accommodated for me to come a bit later and when I arrived he was very attentive to whatever I needed. Shantise did my pedicure and I loved!     This has now become my go to nail salon. I came in with no appointment and they were very busy, I wanted a design with gold foil but they didnā€™t seem to have any, but Tommy (the manager) was determined to help me out so he was willing to get the foil and do my nails the next day. However they ended up finding the golf nail foil in the back. Not only was his performance amazing, he also talked to me and made conversation. Overall I am so glad I chose to come here, I would absolutely recommend coming here. In love with my nails.

    5 stars !!! I can definitely say this Nail salon is by far the best I have been to so relaxing. The best Spa pedicure I have had ! I had my Spa Pedicure done by Shantise she is awesome !     Hot nails spa provide the best pedicure service in all of Miami! Love them. I am so happy they opened a new location in South Miami. I started going to Hialeah first until they opened up a new location closer to home. They have different selections of pedicure services and all of them are extremely effective and they do the best massage for my legs. I can not recommend them enough!     Came here for the first time over the weekend and was blown away. I am from the area and have been hoping for a great nail salon for a while.     When I tell you this is my forever place, I mean it. Iā€™m one to always go on Groupon and look for deals. My sister showed me this place and itā€™s my forever place. The environment, the staff, the people in general. Ive gone a few times and you feel as if youā€™re royalty. The nail work comes out amazing!! I do my nails every 3 weeks and they LAST!!! I am one picky person, I used to go to the Hialeah location but because of distance I ended up going to other spots nearby and THE DIP nails NEVER EVER compared to the work of Tommy and his staff from Hot Nail Spa.     I am new to Miami, by way of NYC and was a first time walk-in customer. The energy is so relaxing and all employees are very pleasant as well as happy to be of service. Although I was the first client of the day, the wait in between my mani and pedi was quite long due to early morning appointments trickling in around the same time (the only thing keeping me from giving 5 starts). While waiting I was offered and enjoyed a soothing hot cup of green tea. As I was finishing up my manicure, the onwer walked in and greeted everyone with much appreciated pleasantries. I have not been to the nail salon since the start of qurantine and I am so glad to have found this place! Ultimately after this experience it was all worth the wait, and I will be bringing my partner for a couples pedi the next time.     My sisters and I went for my bday and Tommy was so personable and accommodating, and the rest of the nail techs were so sweet! Shantise did my nails (mani/pedi), and as she did she engaged in conversation with us and consistently checked in with me to make sure my experience was a great one. All the tools used were newly packaged and cleaned, and the techs wore gloves as they works on our feet. We did the volcano pedicure package (we recommend the honey pearl scentšŸ¤© per Shantiseā€™s recommendation) and it was both fun with the fizzing bubbly water and thorough as it included actual leg massages (not just an up and down motion with lotion), hot towels, hot stone leg massages, and loads of lotion. Not an ideal salon for walk ins but I highly recommend if you have an appointment. I will be going back

    Got my nails done here and they came out amazing!!!! I did dip powder with marble and pink and it looks SO GOOD!!!! Definitely recommend this place :)
