    Nice place with a good vibe. They were able to accommodate a walk in haircut and beard trim for my husband at Noon on Friday. Barbers are skilled with straight razor hot shave and full Barber experience.Had a Coke and tequila over ice from the bar. Upbeat lounge music. We walked over from Hotel Colonnade, but plenty of street parking available out front. Great location - between Mortons and Fleming Steak Houses. If we lived local my husband would definitely join their membership plan!

    One the best barbers Iā€™ve been to in Miami. For the service they provide itā€™s an incredible value and my barber, Raudel, made sure the cut was exactly what I was looking every step of the way. Included in the price was a shampoo wash which is something I really enjoyed. Will most definitely be returning here for a haircut.

    Visiting from out of town and had a wonderful experience today getting a beard trim with Jorge. I came a bit early, but he was happy to usher me to his station and offered me a drink (a delicious espresso). I was thrilled with the result and the time and attention to detail from Jorge.     Beautiful place, very comfortable. The treatment was exceptional, the barber who attended me was excellent professional and attentive to the details that I asked for in the beard cut.     Came in for a walk-in appointment today at 9 AM. The staff was very very kind helpful offered me a glass of water and a little bit of coffee. I would recommend going with Julio. He has the certificate of master barber, and was very kind respectful and took the extra time out of his way to make the haircut that much better 10 out of 10

    I bought my husband a last minute gift card through the website for Fatherā€™s Day, which he was able to use that same day for a hot towel beard trim, a scalp massage and a full-body chair massage. His services took about 90 minutes and he raved about the whole experience. He didnā€™t get a haircut there but liked how his hair was styled after the scalp massage. He will definitely be a repeat client, and I was very happy with the service I received when I called about their menu and pricing, and again later to book his appointment. I deducted one star because the pricing was unclear and changed three times between when I called for info (under $100 total), prior to my husband starting his services ($123) and after the services were completed ($150). We both still agreed that the final price was fair, though, given his experience and the length of the services. I wouldnā€™t have been deterred with the $150 from the get-go. So not a dealbreaker, but just would have liked it all to be clearer especially that it was a gift. Overall very satisfied and would recommend. Also, my husband is picky and likes posh things and this checked all the boxes for him.

    My husband goes to the same barbershop since he moved to Miami 8 years ago and we got gift certificates for Christmas. I made him a double appointment for shaving leather hot towels and manicure. The manicure was great but the shaving was a little sloppy. The shape is great and the outcome looks good but they did not give him the service we booked. No hot towels. When I met him after the experience he had little hair all over his shirt and I had to ask for a little brush so I could do it for him.So that is why a give them only 4 and not 5 stars.

    This barbershop just set a whole new standard of what my haircut experience should be like. From the moment I entered the front desk was extremely friendly(yes, they have a front desk at a barber shop, thats how wild their customer service is) and she offered me something to drink while I got ready for my appointment at 11am. I got there at 10:55am and I sat down literally 3 min later!Before I even sat down with my barber Michael, they requested to take a temperature check with a digital scanner which I thought was just awesome! they really went the extra mile to ensure the barbershop was as safe as possible. They also had a small tray for used and unused pens, every barber was wearing a face mask the entire time wether they were cutting hair or not, they provided hand sanitizer bottles to use in the entrance, if you didnt have a mask they would give you one on the spot(medical grade), I mean every little safety measure you can think of they literally did it.I had the great pleasure of getting my haircut by Michael and he was just a wizard with the machine. He took his time, very high attention to detail, he gave me recommendations on what he thinks would look best and because of it I came out a whole new person! If you want to level up your haircut game, get in contact with Michael ASAP and I promise he will take care of you.Overall, incredible experience and I highly recommend anyone to check it out if you really want to get a professional grade haircut!

    For the long haired gentleman; Alex is the best. 5 years ago, I had to grow my hair out (I developed allergies to every hair product made on earth and my hair looks dumb if short with no product). Since then, I have been looking for someone who give me a masculine, shoulder length cut with the back under-the-long-hair/neck area groomed in a way that looks stylish and clean when I tie my hair up. This has been much more difficult than it may sound and I have gone months without a cut because I did not want to deal with another disappointment.Alex is the MAN! (the one one with the 3 Js tattooed on his neck). Outside of the fact that he told me how passionate he is about learning how to give people a great cut that looks amazing on them (something he has studied for years now), he put his money where his mouth is and gave me the best cut I have had since I decided to grow my hair out. Regarding the back of my head with the hair up, I first told Alex to cut it back to the line that the last person cut...it looked not great. I then said please just make it look good and instead, he made it look amazing; I would say; perfect.Outside of Alex Everyone there was professional, the place is clean, and they offer free coffee and cocktails while you are there,Alex also offered several other services; which I have not taken advantage of yet as I wanted to see how the cut turned out first. I will be trying the beard trim next; I am sure it will look great.

    My husband came to this shop regardless of me my opinion against it and honestly i couldnā€™t be happier. You can tell this haircut came from an actual barber that worked in an actual barbershop which ironically his barber Chris is exactly that. The transition from the lower hair to higher hair at the top was flawless with no lines and the back of his haircut was perfect. The best thing about this cut was that his haircut looked good leaving the shop and just as good later after we got home and took a shower and we went out to dinner. She informed me that they wont be charging extra for scissor cut in the future and that she also was kind enough to offer my next cut complimentary. Thank you for giving me a reason to stay loyal to Well Groomed Gentleman.Edited 12/13/22: After coming here consistently for over 3 years I now have to reconsider whether I will be back. The shop is now under New Management and they have raised the prices for a simple trim with scissors from $45 to $85. My stylist Yuly is excellent as always. She kindly explained to me before my session began that the new management had raised the price for anything that is not a buzz cut or fade by $40. The type hair I have does not do well with those styles of cuts. Never in my life have I been told that simply because my barber or stylist needs to use scissors instead of clippers they need to charge me almost double the regular price. Most barber shops or salons offer the option of a trim which is typically lower in cost than a full haircut. Its hard to continue going here despite the excellent service when I can simply walk down the street and get the same trim for the price I used to pay. Please reconsider this new policy as Im sure you will lose customers.Previous 5 Star Review:Ive been going here for almost 2 years now. No matter which barber I go to the cut is immaculate.     A pleasant place, and a great location. The environment was welcoming and friendly.It was our first time there, the place was highly recommended by a friend who had his hair done by Ayman. We were skeptical about the half hour drive, but decided to go get the haircut and spend time in the Gables area.It was worth the time and effort. One of the best haircuts both my husband and son ever got.Ayman is a talented barber and a stylist.     Ayman cut my 4 yr old sons hair and did an awesome job!! He even styled it and my son loved it! He was very patient and worked quickly. Will definitely be back.
