Let me just start off by saying that i’m not the particularly easiest client to work with, since i have so much anxiety to begin with.I took upon their Groupon offer to meet this location because, in the case it wasn’t what i was looking for, then i wouldn’t be disappointed.The place was EXACTLY what i was looking for: clean, quiet, comfortable.Starting from the receptionist who was knowledgeable and accommodating, to the staff, who was professional, patient and fast.I also would like to add that i was pleasantly surprised to find out that their wax DOES NOT leave a burning sensation after it’s done.Personally, the prices were absolutely affordable and they do offer discounts.There is Parking, but it was tight, regardless, i was able to find a spot.Needless to say i will be going back and I would recommend this place to a friend as well. This isnt my first time waxing in general but it had been a while and I had never been to this location but I was shy but the staff was very welcoming. The interior is very well taken care of. Clean and pretty! 😍. I already pre booked for my next session and I will be adding on more services. The prices are super good Ive waxed at other locations and they tend to charge an arm and a leg but this spot was affordable for the service I was getting too! They even have deals for first timers and for prebooking! Highly recommend. Its a plus that its unisex as well! Natalie was GREAT! love her energy too!

Also, for years I’ve been going to the same place to get my eyebrows done and I never thought I could find someone who could top my original eyebrow lady. I have been coming to Wax Spa for about 5 years. Giselle is one of the MAJOR reasons I come. She is the most gentle, sweet, and sincere person as well as great at her job! Wax Spa has a great program as well that you receive a great discount if you book every 3 weeks. It works perfect and I’m always able to change my appointment time earlier if available. The new receptionist Yesi is probably the best one they’ve hired! Love this place and it’s new location is clean, bright, and convenient! I do not live in the area and do not mind driving to get my monthly waxes at all.

I have been coming here since 2015 and every time I go to Gisele she is perfect she does everything precisely when she waxes me. I am never dissatisfied. I wax three areas and she does it in 15 minutes or less EVERY-TIME. They have changed receptionist over the years but each and every one are always respectful. I do miss their monthly 15% or 10% on wax services on certain days. Regardless the service is worth the price

I have been coming to Wax Spa 2018 and they have never disappointed me and I always leave with a smile. From their great customer service to Carolina and Gisele great eyes to detail. These wax specialist are great when it comes to the body. I remember my first visit Carolina made me feel so comfortable and took very good care of me knowing this was my first wax ever. As you know waxing is a bit painful but they make it a great experience. Gisele also make sure she doesn’t miss a hair lol which I love. I can honestly say this is the Best Wax Place you want to go to. And now that we are dealing with the Covid pandemic they take extra precaution when it comes to serving their customers which is number one. They keep the place very clean and sanitized.

After searching all over South Florida for a spot (and having some very frustrating experiences in the process), I discovered Wax Spa 2-3 years ago and I havent been anywhere else since then. The facilities are exceptionally clean and welcoming. The employees are professional yet warm. Carolina gives the BEST wax jobs! Shes quick, thorough, and coaches you through the process by letting you know when you need to take a deep breath or when a certain section will be particularly uncomfortable. (Please note that, in my opinion, it is not painful or uncomfortable unless you go an extended period of time without waxing.) And the prices are very affordable, so you can maintain your monthly appointments without breaking the bank. Coming here is an all-around positive experience - I cant say enough good things about Wax Spa.

I first visited Wax Spa when I purchased a Groupon for a brazilian wax. Nicole waxed me & did a great job, so I booked an appointment 3 weeks later for a clean up. They have a great promo that they run.. if you book an appointment with them 3 weeks or less from your appointment theyll give you 20% off your next service. My next appointment was with Carolina since Nicole was no longer there. She did an amazing job. I have an appointment on Wednesday, and know my experience will be just as great.
