    I think I found my new nail place. Its a little out of my way but its worth it! Amalia (who coincidentally, shares my name) was super efficient and always made sure I was content with what she was doing. The results came out better than anticipated! The staff is super friendly and jovial! Will definitely come back!

    This is my third visit to this nail salon, and each time has been a wonderful experience. The space is clean with a relaxing ambiance, and the service is consistently excellent. For my last two appointments, Liz did my manicure, and her work was flawless. I am glad I found this place.

    Love doing my nails here. Iā€™ve referred everyone I know. Whether itā€™s gel or regular polish their techs are great. I especially love TD! He always gives a clean fresh look and his foot massages are the best.

    I found this gem of a place by spending endless amount of time scrolling and looking for a place that can provide good quality service. Ari & Vanessa were amazing. From the start to the end, they provided that extra attention to detail that I expressed I was looking for!! Definitely coming back! They gave me exactly what I was looking for in terms of engagement photo nails!

    It was my first time at the lounge, and I was serviced by amazing Ari for a hard gel refill with manicure, and a pedicure.The place was clean, neat, and pleasant.The staff was nice, polite and professional. Ari did an AMAZING job with my nails, and I will definitely be returning to her.

    Stumbled upon this cute spot while in town for work and had a fantastic experience. Vanessa did my pedicure and crushed it. My toes are not pretty but she made them look like amazing. Paris did my gel manicure and omg - next level. Her attention to detail is incredible.

    AMAZING EXPERIENCE!From the beginning Nicki worked hard to get us in, as we were walk-ins. 3 of us total went by recommendation from another customer who raved about this place. They offer drinks while you get your pedicure done. Coffee was delicious! My pedi lady Vanessa did an outstanding job with my toenails. She got ingrowns I didnā€™t know I had haha. Jennifer did my gel mani and sheā€™s a sweetheart! My nails look adorable and we had a nice little chat. And lastly Paris hooked up my brows! Thanks to all you hard working ladies for a wonderful experience! šŸ«¶

    Ms.Kai gave me a fantastic square gel french. The attention to detail with product use so that it wouldnā€™t flood my nail, how expertly she handled the self-leveling Gel and itā€™s uniform thickness on both hands, as well as a evenly thick white tip across both hands. It is hard to find a tech that is not the owner of a salon/shop yet is just as skilled (speaking personally and from others anecdote). And when I asked for a recommendation of a tech for pedicure, she praised Jennifer, who gave me the best pedicure Iā€™ve had in a years. Perfectly shaped my nails, did wonderful from gel removal to cleaning to shaping to callus removal to Base and gel application. Not one ounce of discomfort or pain. Again, attention to detail was perfect. So happy to have finally found a salon that is as professional as it is aesthetic and pleasant. Customer service and Communication is A1. Thank you guys

    This place is honestly so nice. Perfect vibes and friendly staff!! I got a gel manicure done by Minh. He was so accommodating and took his time to make sure I loved my nails, and also helped me choose a color! Definitely coming back.

    This place is wonderful! Im in from out of town for a work trip and desperately needed an acrylic fill in, I called at 2 and they were able to fit me and my friend in at 6 on the same day. We both got pedicures they were wonderful, both done very very well. I got an acrylic fill and cat eye gel. The blonde woman at the desk was so helpful and very sweet always making sure we were taken care of and suggested the cat eye polish which I love. Anna did my nails and they are PERFECT! I cant go on enough about this place. Im very picky with my nails and I dont have a single complaint, they look amazing. They even did a little photo shoot of my nails when it was done! Its a little pricey compared to where Im from but youre really paying for quality here.

    Wonderful and professional place to get a mani pedi! Came here with my 3 girls and they treated us so well. Ari, Lizette, Paris, and Natalia did a wonderful job.     Iā€™ve been seeing Eliana as my manicurist for over a year, and she is outstanding! She does dip powder on my nails every 3 or 4 weeks, and they always look flawless.     Convenient as I needed a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure chairs do not recline and were uncomfortable. The technician was good, and was diligent. The place is very small so the chatter level is high. The pricing was excellent and if you are price conscious this is an excellent choice. I am more focused on environment and quality of the services.

    This place is the only nail salon I go to where I feel satisfied every single time - Sage is my go-to. I have done so many different sets with her and will continue to do them w/ no one else. I am very picky about how my manis look and shapes/paints them so flawlessly. I usually do dip powder and she makes them very natural looking - no bulky/wonky sets, THANK GOD. When I went through my nail art phase there was no design that she couldnā€™t do. For now my plain color sets are still done so so amazingly by her šŸ«¶šŸ¼

    I found this place through google and fell in love with their work on Instagram. I went with my mom to get our nails done, we both got a regular polish pedicure and I got a gel manicure. The service the cashier, Lissette, and Vanessa gave us was outstanding. Super lovely women who made us feel welcomed and treated us with respect. We both are super happy with our nails and will be coming here more often! My mother also accidentally hit her nail while it was drying and with no problem, Vanessa rushed to fix it. I highly recommend this place as they will give you what you want and more!

    Thrilled to be back as I am a major fan of Ians!! Hats off To TD who had hard shoes to follow as I am a veteran client of Ians ...and today, TD came through with flying colors !! A Perfect Square shaped clear dip with gorgeous baby pink gel on top (that TD matched for me based on the fiji essie polish I brought in for matching ). TD is also such an expert-and is so meticulous like he really genuinely cares about giving you an expert manicure! TD has great energy, he is positive ,yet a super chill guy who made the entire experience relaxing and also fun! I truly believe in Ians expertise in the nail industry and also in hiring excellent people who are not only adept and skilled in their craft but genuinely nice people. The Front desk manager goes out of her way to make every single person feel special. Today she even asked me how my birthday was !! DETAILS! Love this place!! Not only did she ensure that every nail was perfectly shaped and polished, but she also did an outstanding job fixing my broken nails with acrylic.     Iā€™ve been going to the polish lounge for almost a year now. Onyx does an amazing job with dip manicures and sheā€™s such a sweetheart and makes me laugh through out my visit. Great energy!! I use to add tips but now that my nails are longer so I donā€™t have to anymore. They last over two weeks, and I work as a bartender so I do a lot with my hands.

    Loved my manicure šŸ’… & pedicure. Best place Iā€™ve been to in the area since I moved here 2 years ago. Martina did a wonderful job. Only thing I didnā€™t like was the $65 they tried to over charge me for the nail art which is ridiculously over priced! I refused to pay that much especially since they never told me it would be $5/per nail to stick a few stickers on. if you want a design make sure you ask for the price first. I wasnā€™t going to let that ruin my experience because the technician was amazing. they booked me for 12-3:15pm and we didnā€™t go over the time & he tried to tell me the girl could have taken another appt. Hopefully I can get a better price for design next time. I love the fact that they have Pre shaped nails so stileto nails didnā€™t take forever. Thank you willBe back!

    I was visiting the Miami area and was in desperate need of a fill. After doing a quick search on Google I stumbled upon this shop and saw that they had pretty good reviews and an amazing gallery. I decided to go by and see if the took walk-ins. As soon as I walked in , I was greeted and helped right away. I was offered refreshments multiple times, consistently checked on by staff, and happy dancing to their music (great mix) I knew I wanted a nice simple and classy look, but I had no idea what I wanted my nails to look like. Armani told me not to worry about it, and that she would hook me up with something cute. As you can see, she did NOT disappoint! Such a great experience! Prices are typical but their work is definitely above average! I wish I could wrap up the shop and take it home! Will return!

    The facility is clean, My Nail Tech name is Kai. She and the staff are very welcoming, they offer wine coffee water at 9:00 in the morning. My nail usually last 3 weeks even going to four. She was on time did everything I requested on my nails. She delivered All my expectations. Definitely will be coming back to her.

Anytime the owner Ian is there he makes sure to say hello and asks how my service(s) were.Arrival/Greeting: The ladies at the front desk always greet you upon arrival, check you in, and have you wash your hands before your appointment.     Ive been coming here for a few months now and the staff is always very courteous and inviting. I only docked a star because you cant give half stars, otherwise it would be 4.5. Ive had a couple issues with my nails like stickers coming off because they werent properly placed and set or polish coming off because the under layers had not dried properly, but each time Ive returned theyve been apologetic and the issue is quickly fixed. I want to emphasize that the nail tech are very good at what they do, these things just happen sometimes. Ill definitely continue coming to Polish Lounge in the future.
